Great location to explore the island. Easy to access north, south, and airport from this town. And the town was very walkable to good places to eat, and beautiful beach and bike path! Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything you’d need. I’m very glad we stayed here and not at one of the ‘resort’ places, this is great place if you’re looking for some place unique and quirky, but so beautiful and peaceful!

The CUTEST place! So nice, so clean! Kitchen & being able to do laundry was a must for us & we were so pleased! Thank you Meg for the great place to end our trip on the magical island! Mahalo! ( :

The wyndham resort was nice and clean. Didn't stay on the property much as we went out on daily adventures. It was nice having a stocked kitchen and didn't need to buy anything in order to cook meals. Very close to Foodland, Hanalei Bay and not far from Kapaa. Would stay again.

Really really loved our stay here! Comfortable room, with a balcony overlooking the pool/bar, you can also see the ocean in the background. The grounds of the hotel are insanely beautiful! Bed was comfy, room was perfectly clean. Make sure you hit the hot tub at night! Easy to get to/park, a perfect distance between the north & south. A market and restaurants right across the parking made eating pretty easy if we were staying close that night. Lots of fun birds and of course roosters running around! Nice walking path along the coast. Easy lockbox check-in. Having extras like beach towels, was great! Highly recommend!

Very nice place, and near Hideaway beach, so you can arrive early and get a parking spot. Also there is a Foodland market nearby.

Excellent home base for exploring Kauai. Very close to Hanalei, which has tons of restaurants and shops) and several lovely beaches, and it's easy to drive anywhere on the island within 2 hours. Shelby was a great communicator and the condo was super comfortable, especially the bed! Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a really good stay at ka eo kai. princeville is about 40min from the airport (depends on the traffic...). it is a bit far from the south of the island (you have to drive at least an hour to reach poipu beach) but on the other hand you have hanalei, the haena state park and the kilauea lighthouse (we def. can recommend a visit to the lighthouse) right "round the corner" (30min by car). The room was as described and the facilities which you can use are worth the money! There is also a fitnesscenter nearby (by car 4min). All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it! Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere was calm and friendly.

Lauren’s villa is more beautiful than the photos! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We came to Kauai for a friend’s wedding at the 1 hotel and this spot is just a 3 minute walk from it. It’s super convenient, especially if you have a little one like we did. We brought our 4 month old baby with us and were able to have the perfect beach day down in the public area by the 1 hotel in a nicely shaded spot with calm waves. It was nice knowing that if our baby got fussy, we were only a close walk back. It was also great that the villa was supplied with everything we needed and more.

Driving up to Jeff and Shana’s home our family instantly fell in love. Located in a picturesque and welcoming community, t is off the beaten path, but centrally located to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and beaches. The home offered perfect amenities on our week long vacation with plenty of space indoors and outdoors to have time to ourselves. The kitchen and living area accommodated family and friends while preparing and gathering for meals and unwinding after exploring the island. With such a beautiful home it’s hard to want to leave, but we appreciate the great memories that our family created and will never forget.

Sean and Tracy were great hosts! The unit worked well for my husband and my parents. My mom has mobility issues so having a room and bathroom on the main floor was perfect. The unit itself gets a bit humid in the common areas but with the doors and windows open the cool breeze easily blows through. Would recommend and book again.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.

Had a great time here for a family reunion trip. Had all the amenities as described and more. Loved the location, and the attractions nearby. Walking distance to two very nice beaches. Would love to come back next time with the kids, seems like it’s very kid friendly.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in the most beautiful place we’ve ever been! The house was so well appointed (beach towels and chairs, a cooler, surfboards, a blow dryer with a diffuser, two fridges, etc.). The surroundings were stunning, and the location was just right (in a quiet cul-de-sac but right near shops too). The beds were super comfy, and there was plenty of room for eight of us. We loved everything about this place and can’t wait to go back!

Incredible spot for a family location. We were able to watch our kids swimming in the pool from our own lanai, and saw a whale breaching one night while sitting out eating dinner. I truly think there is no better location in Kapa'a - right on the beach but quiet and secluded. We loved being close to the Kauai Shared-Use Path (Ke Ala Hele Makalae) which we ran on every morning at sunrise. Having the Safeway/ABC Store/Wailua Shave Ice only a 5 minute walk away was fantastic! The condo and surrounding building is clean and well-maintained. The pool is cleaned every morning. The kids enjoyed playing ping-pong in the common area while we used the Barbecues. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that the beach is not swimmable due to the reef - but it was just a 6-minute drive to Lydgate beach for swimming and snorkeling.

Jasmine’s studio was the perfect place for my solo adventures. She’s thought of everything you might need—and even things you wouldn’t think to pack—like bug spray, aloe vera, bag clips, hair ties, makeup wipes, sunscreen, beach chairs, and an umbrella, the list goes on… The space was cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Our family stayed a week and loved it! Joel was so great to work with and responded quickly anytime we had any questions or needed help with anything. The house was gorgeous and we absolutely loved the location! It fit our family of 5 perfect. My favorite thing about the house was probably the master bedroom and bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and I loved how big the bathroom was and loved the bathtub! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful spot in princeville. community was quiet and could go swimming in the pool. easy to get to hanalei by car or walk around princeville's beautiful path from the frontdoor. place was clean, quiet, and beautiful decorated. kitchen had everything you need. towels for beach, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and beach chairs were a great bonus! keith and kourtney also had a great booklet with lots of recs for local food spots, trails, etc. Would definitely stay here again. a few thing to note, the upstairs loft may be tricky for some to climb with a suitcase depending on age, so something to know if you are traveling with older or super young children. other things is that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but did have some difficulty using it as it would turn off mid cycle on its own. otherwise, no complaints about this location at all, and provided everything we could have asked for and more!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our first visit to Kauai. The location is convenient for traveling all around the island and there’s tons of food and little shops within walking distance. The ocean view from the balcony and being steps away from the pool & beach is unbeatable. And of course, the pool bar! Allison was also super commutative and offered lots of recommendations & local tips. Just the perfect little getaway for my husband and I!

We had a lovely stay at this place whilst on honeymoon in Kauai. The studio was exactly as described and pictured, very easy to find and access thanks to the instructions provided before check in. It had everything we needed, we really appreciated the parasol that was provided for us to take to the beach and the list of recommendations in the house book. Location was perfect, within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Princeville and a 10 minute drive from Hanalei. The surrounding area was stunning, including the beautiful view from the balcony. Thank you so much for letting us stay!
