The flat is really nice, decorated with taste and very clean. We were working there and the wifi is great! Aurelio and his mom are friendly people, and always available if needed. The location is perfect to visit Ischia, near the beach, the port and the bus station.

Perfect for our small family reunion. The 20 by 9 metres swimming pool (depth over 2 metres) was the centrepiece of our daytime activities and was kept immaculately with cleaning every morning. A huge choice of secluded sitting areas to relax, chat, eat or just daydream. The two kitchens on the lower floor were fully equipped, but it was so easy to have pizza delivered or to stroll to restaurants that we didn’t need to make use of them. The established gardens provided a beautiful backdrop to this corner of paradise. We were delighted by everything.

What can I say about this slice of heaven? The view was the best I’ve seen. The little pool was perfect, the big outdoor table and bbq so inviting to use. Comfy beds, huge kitchen, clean bathroom. Just what me and my friend needed for a week’s holiday! A bit of a walk up a hill so be mindful of that. Easy to get there - ferry from Naples, then the no. 6 bus to Nik Bar (€14 for a week pass). 20 mins walk up to Trattoria Il Focolare (featured on Stanley Tucci’s programme) and 20 min walk down to Tenuta del Cannavale for a natural wine tasting. This vacation rental has been one of our best holiday experiences. The cottage is on the quiet side of the island, with an expansive terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. While the kitchenette is compact, it is well stocked with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The host was a delight, very responsive, and offered helpful suggestions. I would stay at this cottage again without any hesitation. I can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

Appartement tres propre. Mais l’accès à la plage devrait être signalé comme difficile, en tout cas impossible pour une personne en fauteuil. Dommage que vous ne l’ayez pas signalé. Maria et Enrico ont été très réactifs et serviables. La piscine est moins engageante que sur vos photos. Le prix est un peu trop élevé, compte tenu des remarques ci-dessus

We were only 3 people and we loved everything. We used a balcony for relaxing and sipping wine. Very clean. Easy to find. Nice area to walk around, also in the evening. Colomna was very sweet to us. Her flat had everything we need. We stayed just 1 night, and did not want to leave her flat and Capri. Thank you so much.

Ottima ospitalità, io e la mia compagnia ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie a Peppino, Rosa e il dolce cane Cesare, persone squisite e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, Peppino ci ha saputo indirizzare verso i migliori luoghi da visitare ed era disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta e soprattutto un ottima compagnia per una chiacchierata, ci ritornerei volentieri.

Lorenzo è un host impeccabile sempre disponibile nel comunicare e offrire soluzioni alle proprie esigenze. La sua casa è un oasi nella natura e nella pace dove regna l'educazione e il rispetto della natura. Si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Forio, il lungomare degli innamorati con un tramonto mozzafiato e varie fermate dell'autobus per muoversi con comodità. Super

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Rubina ist unkompliziert und schnell. Sie hat sich mehrmals bei mir erkundigt, wie es mir geht und ob ich alles habe, was ich brauche, da sie mich wegen ihrer Arbeit nicht selbst empfangen konnte. Diese Aufgabe hat Veronika perfekt übernommen. Das Studio befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestelle des Tragflügelbootes, das von Neapel abfährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Forio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haupteingang und der Strand ist gleich nebenan. Am besten haben mir das hauseigene Thermalbad und die beiden Außenpools sowie die schöne Gartenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Rubina, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Silvano’s place was just as discribed and pictured. The view of the sea from the apartment is amazing. Silvano clearly communicated the situation with the construction and was proactive and responsive with all questions I had during my stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.

L’appart était super ! Je recommande fortement ! Même s’il n’y a pas grand chose autour en revanche pour sortir nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
