I stayed in Gianna and Brian's apartment for two weeks as I was working remotely and loved the apartment. This apartment is well furnished and has everything you need to feel like you're home. The kitchen has many pots and good knives in case you feel like cooking during your stay. The wifi is fast and stable, which made it great to take video calls with no problems. The bed is also comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so you can sleep well. Getting to the city center takes between 10 and 15 minutes by car. I used Uber and Didi and the rides are very inexpensive. It was a good place to stay as I could be working quietly from there and head to Centro if I wanted to go out. There are also plenty of convenience stores within 2 minutes of walk of the apartment. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Merida!

We had a wonderful time, in an idyllic setting! Had the entire condo building to ourselves for an entire week. Very quiet and relaxing place with a slow pace. The pool and lobby area is equally as wonderful, complete with Wi-Fi. Best to stop and get groceries before you get to the condo as the closest supermarket is in Progresso, which is 4 miles away. Ubers are no problem to get if you want to make a quick trip to town.

Everything is as it say it is, we were there for 2month, it would have been nicer if a setting chair or recliner or love seat was available my wife and I had to spend a lot of time setting in the bed to watch tv for relaxing was a challenge for long stay. You can’t beat the hospitality, the owner made sure that they go out their way to give you privacy. A 5-star for the house cleaning lady. When we come back to Merida this will be our 1st choice, finally they are always investing in beautification of the property with plants it shows. 5 star.

Alojamiento muy comodo y de fácil acceso, las reglas de la casa solicitan no hacer ruido, por lo que es posible descansar muy limpio y ordenado 100% recomendable

Alejandro is a wo derful host, I was a little I'll and he went out of his way to recommend and make me a medical appointment with a doctor he knew, his place is beautiful, he is very responsive and very polite. We loved our stay there.

Great place. Although the “beach” right out of the gate was not the best. You would need to drive or walk to the strip with a better beach. The walk is about 20 -30 min. But overall a great place.

Cute little place in a great location- close to everything! Katinka always responded within a couple minutes! Enjoyed my stay!

Todo estuvo muy bien. Facilidad de caminar a varios lugares.Todo limpio y en orden y fue muy fácil comunicarse con los hostes, definitivamente me volvería a quedar en ese apartamento

Alejandra was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and during the stay. She was also very flexible in working with us on the check-in and check-out time. I would recommend this apartment.

This place exceeded expectations. It was very chic with more than ample light & also effective black out shades for after dark. The only caveat I can think of is that it can be rather loud depending on the time of day (however that is the trade off to being so close to everything & the loudness was only due to the transit). That said even the sound of traffic was often charming consisting of horse drawn carriages. I would certainly stay here again.

Dulce fue super atenta en todo momento, siempre contestando antes de los 15min. Incluso se me fue la luz y me resolvió el problema en cuestión de minutos. El lugar esta precioso, las amenidades fueron increibles y super bien ubicado! Definitivamente regresaría a hospedarme con ella en un futuro 100% recomendado!

La ubicación fue excelente, el departamento es pequeño pero acogedor muy limpio y está en el mismo piso de la piscina y el billar.

Great location next to La Isla and it was a comfortable place to live. The gym access was a great benefit too
