This was a great place to stay you can walk 10 minutes to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I was here in the winter and it was great, but I am sure there is even more going on in the summer months.

Elaine’s airbnb was absolutely amazing. It was situated on the second story of their home with a separate, easy access entrance. Upon entering you are treated with a beautifully decorated, well furnished , living room with a large bay window at one end. When you get closer and look out, you are overwhelmed by a spectacular view of the Narragansett Bay. You are so close, if you listen carefully, you can hear the lapping waves. In the morning, the room is filled with the glorious morning sun. The large main bedroom is equally well decorated and has an equally beautiful view of the bay. The smaller second bedroom is fully functional but does not have the view. The apartment had a one fully functional bathroom and a small but updated well equipped kitchen with everything you needed except a dishwasher. No room. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with Elaine and Richard and would loved to stay with them again if we return to Wickford.

very clean and cozy place to stay. for some reason I thought I was renting a little cottage, I didn't realize it was essentially a finished walk out basement but i wasnt disappointed because the place was wonderful and i couldnt even tell anyone was upstairs. patty was super respectful of her downstairs guests. beautiful neighborhood with a small beach within walking distance, its an enjoyable walk and a great spot to launch a kayak or take a dip. central location within reasonable driving distance to many popular RI locations such as newport, Narragansett, and providence. ferry, beaches, state parks, hiking, walkable downtowns, etc nearby.

This apartment is a gem! Tom and Cindi have thought of all the details: plenty of extra pillows and blankets, nightlights readily available for us to plug in or not as/where needed, good blackout curtains in the bedroom, granola bars and some kitchen basics like butter and cream, an electric kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a wide variety of extra toiletries in case guests have forgotten anything. Tom greeted us in person when we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. While it’s not walkable to downtown, it’s a fun neighborhood to walk around, near the bay. We’d stay here again if we visit this area again!

Definitely a five star review accommodation. The host were responsive. Great to work with. The place was very comfortable centrally located. We will stay again next year if they’ll have us back.!

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

This is a really special place! Everything is appointed with thoughtfulness and warmth — the kind of place that makes you want to stay in, have a slow morning! The location is perfect, the view serene. We will definitely stay again, and recommend to friends.

Great place to stay for a few days. Not too far away from the city. Fast EV charger was the highlight of the stay. Would book again.

Our stay in Middletown was an incredible experience! Dan’s place was clean, spacious, and perfect for gathering friends and family. We appreciated all the hangout spaces (game room is incredible) around the home, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! We were so impressed with the amenities provided such as the fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Their outdoor setup looks incredible and we can’t wait to visit in the summer to utilize that space. The location was perfect as it’s a short car ride to downtown Newport. Dan was responsive and proactive and we were extremely impressed with his professional communication. Don’t miss out on this wonderful getaway in the ocean state!

We spent 2 weeks at this adorable house while having work done in our own house a few minutes away. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and pets, well appointed kitchen and bathroom, and a lovely neighborhood for walking and dining.

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house! It was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the convenient location (close to Gooseneck Vineyards, Whaler's Brewing and Carriage Inn restaurant) and the pet friendliness. Unfortunately we were up during a blip of unusual winter weather, so we did not get to enjoy the cozy looking patio and yard, but hope to be back in the future. For future winter visitors, the driveway was plowed, and there is a snow shovel for renters use which we appreciated both of.

Great place for a getaway. The living room has a large couch and the open kitchen/dining area making it so easy to be together. Quick 10 min drive/Uber to downtown Newport. You can even walk to food options close to the house. Bryant was very responsive and flexible. He left us great instructions and local recommendations.

Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Newport area. Easy to find and close to many beaches, restaurants and local attractions. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. The house looked exactly as the pictures show and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook meals, even providing some staples for cooking. The large backyard was lovely.

Great place! Exactly like the pictures! Place was very clean and nice! Plenty of room for my fiancé and I! Quiet neighborhood.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

Barebones, but more than adequate considering the reasonable price for a couple nights in Newport. The space was clean and had comfortable beds.

This was our second time staying at Kevin’s Airbnb, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, so close to everything, and it’s very walkable whether we’re grabbing coffee or heading out for dinner. Highly recommend
