Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

Jamie was an amazing host! From the moment we booked to the time we left she was responsive to our needs. Location is great! She gave us great recommendations to restaurants around the area. The house is great for large families and extremely well equipped with anything you need anywhere in the house! Jamie did a quick walkthrough at check-in which was different from most hosts I’ve encountered. Even the neighbors greeted us! We felt so welcomed! I’m highly recommend Jamie and her lovely home. Thank you Jamie for messaging me about the fairy lights, my daughter loved it and enjoyed her room ;) Hope to stay again in the future!

My family & I had a fantastic stay at Richard's beautiful home. The place is warm, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Richard is an amazing host! Communicative, friendly and incredibly welcoming. He went above and beyond by kindly allowing us an early arrival and late departure, which made our trip even more convenient and stress-free. When we hit a snowstorm, Richard was kind enough to leave salt& shovel, ensuring we had everything we needed to stay safe. From start to finish, everything was smooth, and well organised . HIGHLY recommend & would love to stay here again!

My family felt right at home. The place was clean and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than we expected. It was like staying right at home. The property is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Catherine was very detailed with her instructions and check in was a breeze. We will absolutely be returning, hopefully in the summer to enjoy the beautiful back yard. Thank you!

such a comfortable and charming home, albeit over 200 years old. Location was perfect if you have activites at Brown. Easy in easy out. Private parking spot was a nice plus. Nooks and cranies to be sure given the age - notwithstanding, everything works and functions satisfactorily. Impeccably appointed with amenities. My family loved our stay.

Theis was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend this for a great stay near Pawtuxet Village.

Amazing house! So much detail and care in keeping the beautiful character of this home with modern updates in all the right places. We had a large group and had beds for everyone and lots of communal space for people to hang out and visit. Great location to all that we needed!

Apartment was exactly as described by others. Parking was a breeze, clear instructions (including photos to help guide you to the exact location for parking). The parking spot is very close to the entrance. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a take-away meal. Quiet neighborhood. We'll stay here again.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The space is exactly as described and pictured. The check in instructions were very clear and the covered parking is a major plus. Everything was pristine so we could truly just unpack and relax. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Van's place was just as described. Looking forward to staying again when we can bring our dog. As others have said some things are dated but most of the houses we have stayed in around Providence are the same. Great location for walking to Brown to visit our daughter, even in the cold of winter. We also discovered new walkable shops on Elmgrove including Knead Doughnuts! Great to have the off street parking.

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

In town for a few days with friends for March Madness and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more. Great value, clean, quiet and comfortable. Appreciated all the information and recommendations from Martha about the city and neighborhood. Breakfast items and coffee were perfect.

Waleed was an excellent host and the condo was as described - beautiful! Great location close to Brown campus and walkable to anywhere in downtown Providence. We had a great experience and would definitely book again when coming back to Providence.

We had a great time and the place was beautiful.

Great place. Cozy with the rooms looking as it did in the pictures. Very clean and kitchen is very well stocked. Floorboards creaked a lot and sound proofing was bad but thats expected of an old house. The study space does not have a door despite what the listing says - but that’s not the host’s fault as airbnb doesnt offer that as an option. Having a parking space was very nice, but might be hard to fit a bigger car (we had a Ford explorer). Despite the few cons, it’s a pretty decent place to stay, especially for visiting Brown University.

As always had a wonderful stay at Danny's. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and the location is amazing-close to eveverything, Providence is a quick 10 min drive. Host is very responsive. Place is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend a stay here.

We loved our stay in Jamestown. Our unit was spacious, clean and so convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit in Rhode Island. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the view of the Newport Bridge at from our unit was so pretty. Definitely a bonus.

I had an incredible time staying here. The home was beautiful, safe, and the room and bathroom were incredibly clean. Instructions were all clear, and Airo was very helpful in giving us recommendations for places to eat and visit. I would definitely recommend this to other people.

This was my 3rd stay at Michaels and it was just as fabulous as the other times! He also had some holiday decorations set up which made it even more homey. The gas fireplace worked well to keep us warm and cozy! Looking forward to another stay in the future!
