Book this place!!! I can’t say enough great things, and like other reviews said the pictures don’t do it justice! You can feel the love Rochelle put into the property to make it incredible. Great location, beautiful backyard with stunning gardens. Next time we are in Turks we will be staying here!

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Flame Tree! The property was exactly as expected—quiet, peaceful, and a perfect retreat. While a few minor items were missing (like a can opener) or broken (such as an umbrella), Eric was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The beds were quite spacious but not the most comfortable. However, Eric’s flexibility with check-in and check-out made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ll especially miss the delicious croissants and stunning sunrises. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book one of his properties again if I return to the island!.

Great and convenient location. Grounds are beautiful. So nice to be mins to the beach and also have a pool onsite. Also plenty of room to spread out with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer also a bonus. Enjoy this beautiful property!

My family—five adults and one toddler—recently stayed at Turks Haven Villas, and it exceeded all expectations! Our host, Patricia, was exceptional—welcoming, responsive, and incredibly helpful. As first-time visitors, we truly appreciated her guidance and local recommendations. The villa was stunning, spotless, and fully equipped, including essentials for a toddler. The kitchen had everything needed for meal prep, and the grill was a great bonus. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally modern, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach in a peaceful neighborhood. Long Bay Beach was breathtaking, with a designated area for villa guests, complete with chairs, umbrellas, and beach gear. Plus, attractions, shopping, and dining were just a short drive away. Our stay was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return to Turks Haven Villas!

What a fantastic stay at Coco Breeze! We had an amazing experience here, the pictures don’t do justice. Private yard and pool area with BBQ made it ideal for evening dining outdoors. We slept like babies in the quiet surroundings and were soo close to everything in town, not to mention the beautiful grace bay beach. We will definitely be back next year to stay again! Highly recommend!!

This villa takes hosting to the next level. There was literally nothing we could think of that wasn’t provided. It’s beautifully, modern with lots of amenities. The host even provided us with a local cell phone to make calls while there with preprogrammed essential numbers. There are bicycles (4), beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the kids, even a dedicated taxi driver if you decide not to rent a car. Each room had robes, and more than enough towels and toiletries for a family of 5. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, this villa - you won’t regret it.

Had a great time. Very roomy for our family. Nice quiet part of the island. The pool is great! May checked in frequently and added pool toys. Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Thashena’s place! We cooked almost all of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor grill was also a nice addition. The villa is very peaceful and quiet, we felt very safe. We rented a car and found it very easy to get to and from the villa and the beaches. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a TV in the living room. The team of owners were also very quick to respond when we had questions, and were kind enough to allow us to check in early. We would definitely stay here again!

This stylish villa is the perfect retreat—modern, beautifully designed, and just a 2-minute walk from a stunning beach. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, with plenty of natural light and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Ideal for anyone seeking luxury and tranquility by the sea. Highly recommend!

Dawnett’s house is spacious, clean, and private. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels, including beach towels. Good AC and fans in all rooms, and comfortable beds. The large porch faces west, perfect for shade in the morning and spectacular sunsets. The location is convenient to the airport and to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay beaches. Grace Bay is a 20 minute drive, depending on traffic, which can be heavy. But we preferred being away from the more touristy feel of Grace Bay. The house is quiet (with the minor exception of the third bedroom, which gets some road noise in the early morning). We rented a beach umbrella, chairs, and snorkeling equipment from Sun Sand and Sea — good prices and service. Overall a very positive experience.

Highly recommend this place. It was clean and we had everything we needed. Close to everything from grocery stores to nice beaches, but you will need a car. It was beyond our expectations, the owners were very nice and provided everything we needed for our trip to Turks and Caicos. I travelled around the world and this experience made me want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything

Having a private bungalow on the beach in Turks and Caicos was amazing! The property is beautifully maintained and each bungalow has its own private setting, including a splash pool. Everything was immaculate! We loved that we were on peaceful LongBay Beach, away from the crowds. The water was calm which made it perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Kayaks and SUPs were provided so there was no need to rent! Everyone was very welcoming and Jen was always very helpful when we needed a taxi or had questions about anything. She even brought us to the market! We have been on many beach vacations and this one is at the top of the list. We can't wait to go back. When we do, we will definitely return to Swaying Palms!!!

Highly recommend this rental. The house was exceptionally clean and well appointed - everything one could need for a marvelous vacation in Provo. Rooms and bathrooms are large and spacious. The neighborhood is close to everything in the Grace Bay area. I have vacationed in PLS for many years and many Airbnbs. This is the best.

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

COCODEMER, THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE! WE FELT WE WERE LIVING IN A TROPICAL VILLA AS YOU SEE IN MOVIES! David and Amanda’s home is truly fantastic- a hidden gem. We greatly enjoyed our stay! – Steady cross breeze , vaulted ceilings! Furnishings & Decorations are VERY impressive ! Huge screened in covered porch overlooking a beautiful pool. Comfy seating on the porch & a large dining table for outdoor meals, we greatly enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked – it had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms are excellent – each with their own bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The pool is beautiful, surrounded with Palms Trees , concrete deck & chairs for lounging . Marvelous property within a short walk to the amazing Grace Bay and Leeward beaches. An oasis in the middle of paradise! Quiet location! David and Amanda are the quintessential hosts! David is always reachable with an excellent response time! We will be back for several years to come! thank you David & Amanda !

Rockenson and Lucnise’s AirBnB was exceptional. Our host was helpful in many ways and engaged in conversation every day to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Even accommodated us with a last minute late checkout arrangement. The location itself was incredible; peaceful and safe! Highly recommend this property if you plan on visiting.

This is a lovely home & spotlessly clean with all the full sized appliances you need-oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer/microwave & air fryer/blender/breakfast station/toaster - all top quality. It also had coffee filters, salt/pepper & laundry detergent. The deck is large, lovely & great water/sunset view-With beautiful landscaping. The unheated pool is wonderful. The area felt very safe including a gate w/remote control & parking. The property sits above very shallow & calm water perfect for kayaking. However, the path down to the water is uneven rock path & a bit of a challenge especially if bringing down the 2 great kayaks provided. I am 65 & scooted down on my bum. It was worth it. We kayaked all afternoon. We saw a turtle on our 2nd kayaking there. As others have mentioned in their reviews all the bedrooms/showers are upstairs & there’s a narrow spiral staircase. We had to leave suitcases downstairs & carry things up as needed. The house is beautifully furnished. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed staying at Lisa’s place it is in a very nice neighborhood. Very spacious and nicely decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. Super comfy couch and bed also good shower pressure and hot water. The porch was massive and nice to sit outside. The place is close to all that Grace Bay has to offer.

The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Terri is amazing.

The property is very well located and has great sea view. Nice Caribbean house with a personal touch, bedrooms are on both ground and first floor, plenty of common space and large terraces. Internet connection was very fast for Provo standards. Although the house is not very new and some details might need fixing, overall impression was very pleasant. Some minor hiccups upon our arrival were compensated by Robin's kind and friendly attitude.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Best stay in the Caribbean The house is amazing — even more so than in the photos — and massive! Very well stocked with everything we needed, and the pool is wonderful and it's so nice to hang out outside. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and is (in our opinion) equally as good as the official Grace Bay Beach (less than 10 minute drive away) but with less people — albeit some construction behind you when you're sitting facing the water, but that didn't bother us. The crib and booster seat were perfect for our 9 month old. Although this is not the fault of the hosts, Google Maps really struggles with directions on the island. We suggest going to the AirBnB app and using the GET DIRECTIONS link directly rather than putting in the address the hosts provide in the manual or typing out the one on the listing. Or that was our experience! But other than that, AMAZING!

Ann was an excellent host. I felt well informed and supported from the time I booked the property for my birthday until we departed. The location is beautiful and spacious. My travel companions and I had a memorable time in TCI. Ann’s place felt like a “home away from home”. We’ll definitely book with Ann again in the near future.
