The Dolphin house was the perfect place to host to accommodate my family and friends, who travel with me to celebrate my 50th birthday. Sherry went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was celebrated by giving a lot of venue recommendations. Always in constant communication to ensure my group had what we needed. I will recommend this place over and over. If you are traveling to Turks and Caicos please look bro staying here.

Most of the time with AirBnBs you have to "make do" - That wasn't the case with Majid's place. Everything we possibly needed was there or accessible for us. It really made a daunting first trip with our kid so much smoother. Location is perfect, the amenities are top tier, we felt very safe and the property is absolutely gorgeous and secluded. We will absolutely stay here again when we inevitably return to the island.

Clean, easy to find apartment right across the street from Long Beach. Just a great place to enjoy the more tranquil side of Turks

Place was exactly as advertised. Super quiet and peaceful. Good linens. Perhaps fix the lights in the fridge. And a larger coffee pot would be nice. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

We enjoyed our stay at Yadley's airbnb. Lodging is very expensive in Turks and Caicos and Yadley's place was very affordable and clean. We felt very secure as it was well lit, double lock doors and had a room safe. It is located next to Mr Grouper's restaurant, which was very good. The Thursday night fish fry (next door) was fun and we enjoyed the food , the band, and crafts. When we were tired of the crowds we went back to our balcony and had our own beverages as we people watched and enjoyed the colorful Juckanoo band that worked its way through the crowd. It is necessary to rent a car as it is a pretty far walk to see other things on the island, but we found it more economical to stay here and drive to the different beaches/ restaurants. The bed and pillows were super comfy, kitchen was stocked with minimal dishes/ utensils as it is more of a hotel then airbnb. Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was clean and enjoyable as well! They gave some great recommendations as well!

Had a great stay here! Got there on a Thursday which is when the weekly Fish Fry is next door, with prime seats! You can walk right over or enjoy the show right from the balcony or rooftop. Also close to many other restaurants and beaches. We did have a rental car and there was private parking which was nice. Everything within a 5-10minute drive. Beautiful studio apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

First of all Joseph the caretaker was absolutely amazing! He felt like family! When we asked for a bigger frying pan got immediately. Gas grill was so nice to have, short walk to Long Bay beach literally a block at most. Beautiful landscaping, beautiful pool, free laundry. upper deck is amazing. Bed so comfortable. Beach equipment that was included was amazing. Kayaks paddleboards, chairs, life jackets, cooler, snorkeling equipment and bicycles. We would absolutely stay here. Felt safe the whole time!!!

Never been to the island before. Was worried about safety. Walk to the beach is maybe 8 min . It is beautiful. Rooftop pool never had more than my wife and 2 others. Wasn’t sure about the Fish Fry next door but liked it . And watched the end from rooftop pool. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. Used the E-z motors car rental attached with great service. Great experience! Thank you. Really Enjoyed my stay!!!

Our family of three really enjoyed staying at Ann’s place. We were in town to kite board and the location was perfect, an easy walk to a prime kiteboarding location. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and having access to the kayaks and paddle boards. We would definitely stay here again!

The most amazing location, set back a bit from the beach in the trees. We rented this property for a kiteboarding vacation and it did not disappoint! It is located on perhaps the best kiteboarding beach in the world. Our host was informative, attentive and gracious. One of the best hosts I have encountered on this platform. Most any rental shows a little wear, yet this one is not worn out yet. Furniture, appliances and amenities are all plenty serviceable and comfortable. We liked our stay well enough that we may repeat a visit in the future.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Provo! Unlike our last trip to TCI where we stayed at an all-inclusive resort, our objective for this visit was to explore the island and its many beaches and great restaurants. The location was great for accessing Long Bay Beach (quick, easy walk), Leeward Highway and everything in the Grace Bay area. The property had all the accommodations we needed. We picked up groceries on the way from the airport and made use of the grill for a couple of dinners by the pool (note: the ignition switch didn't work, but there is a lighter in the kitchen drawer). We made use of beach chairs and an umbrella for our beach excursions. It was nice to have outdoor showers to limit the sand in our unit. The only change we would suggest is maybe having a little more comfortable mattress - but it's fine if you like them firm. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it to others. Hopefully we can bring our entire family back there someday!

We loved our stay at sun, sea and sand. Perfect location for Long beach and a quick drive to the more populated Grace Bay Area with lots of restaurants etc. We wanted to stay out of Grace Bay for a quieter and less touristy experience so this was a great balance. I would recommend having a car however to explore the island properly as there are so many beautiful beaches! The studio was really nice and everything we needed, the bbq and pool were added extras and a lot of thought / attention to detail on providing sun chairs / umbrellas / beach stuff for your stay and a laundry room. This was very helpful for the less populated beaches we explored. Long Beach is amazing and very fun to see all the kite surfers and a few minutes walk. Communications were great and also some very helpful local recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much and we’re able to even go kayaking on the river for no additional charge. Best host, who helped us get in very last minute due to flight cancellations. Our host met us at the street to guide us in and allowed a later check out to accommodate us. Just extremely kind people. 🫶🏽
