Ein schönes Haus mit viel Platz und Aussicht ins Grüne... Die offene Scheune hat uns auch bei regnerischem Wetter ermöglicht, draussen zu essen. Viele (Tiger-) Mücken, auch noch im Oktober, man sollte sich entsprechend wappnen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer super war, und Nadia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this fabulous house! From the very beginning Gabriella was so helpful with answering questions and offering up suggestions of where to eat, shop and what vineyards to visit. Elena who lives close buy met us at check in and was so very kind and helpful going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. We were a group of 8 and were able to spread out comfortably and have plenty of private space. We ate all of our meals outside, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including two refrigerators! The location is perfect for a stay in Piedmont. You are in the country where it is peaceful and private, however the city of Canelli is just a short drive away. We spent most of our evenings out by the swimming pool that was in pristine condition and so relaxing. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would love to return!!!

The house was beautiful and more magical with the surrounding vineyards in the fall! You are enveloped by Moscato d’Asti grapes in 360 degrees. The house sits on the slopes of vineyards and it is so peaceful…the perfect way to unplug, without being totally inaccessible. We used it as a home base and traveled to Alba for the international truffle fair and to Torino for some good eats and sightseeing. But to be honest, we didn’t need to leave and would have been happy with 5 straight days in the house. For one of the evenings, we had dinner prepared by a private chef Joseph of Bevino. He made the most wonderful 6-course dinner with wine pairings from his personal cellar. Overall, It was the best way to experience Italian wine country! Make sure to take a car with you so that you can remain mobile and have the opportunity to explore all the pretty towns surrounding the house, including Cossano Belbo and Santo Stefano Belbo. We plan to return.

Great place, very cozy during November with cold days. The fireplace and the heating system kept the house warm. All necessities were there for a comfortable stay. Amazing views and quiet place. Very close to Neive, with very good restaurants. There is a bakery at 15 min walking distance in a road with little traffic. Viviana was available for questions and gave us very detailed instructions/recommendations for the house and the surroundings.

Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

I can’t say enough good things about our wonderful hostess, Giordana. She went out of our way to connect us with relatives in the town of Rocca d’Arazzo, and that made our visit to this small Piedmontese town absolutely amazing! Giordana’s beautiful home had plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy time together. We loved the private setting close to town and just 20 minutes away from the larger city of Asti. There were plenty of towels and linens and other amenities for us to enjoy during our stay. We will absolutely try to stay here again if we are able to make it make to Rocca d’Arazzo.

Un magnifique séjour dans le Piémont. La maison est parfaitement située au milieu des collines. L’intérieur est immense, les chambres et les salles de bains très spacieuses. La terrasse est absolument magnifique avec une très belle vue sur les collines. L’hôte est très réactif et sympathique. Les recommandations de restaurant qu’il nous a données étaient excellentes. Une adresse à recommander !

One of the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Marco is an incredible host who exceeded all expectations. He was always ready to assist with any questions or needs and even surprised us with freshly baked muffins and his amazing homemade jam. ❤️ I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it!

My family and I loved our stay and would happily return again. It was refreshing to have such a personal interaction with the host. Penso che non si possa chiedere di più. Accoglienza , precisione , ospitalità , generosità , attenzione ad ogni esigenza e dettaglio. Aldilà di molte parole , ad oggi è raro incontrare persone così: ti accolgono con il sorriso e ti fanno sentire a casa, e ciò non è assolutamente scontato. Struttura davvero bellissima e ben tenuta. Un’ampia zona piscina con una vista splendida. La casa si compone di due strutture: il rustico ( con caminetto per grigliate e una sala con Ping pong/cucinino e cose utili ) e la casa principale con 3 bagni, una grande sala, una cucina a vista sul tavolo e sulla vetrata che dà sul giardino, camere grandi e spaziose, 3 bagni di cui uno grande. Pulizia ottima, accoglienza molto bella e calorosa: è difficile trovarsi male a Ca’ d’Ros!

Abbiamo soggiornato nello splendido casale di Fausto dal 23 al 27 Dicembre, trascorrendo lì le feste di Natale con la nostra bambina! Al nostro arrivo è stato tutto impeccabile e molto accogliente… ci hanno fatto trovare la casa addobbata con lucine e alberello sotto il quale poter mettere i doni di Babbo Natale! Con nostra grande sorpresa ad attendere il nostro arrivo sotto l’albero c’erano già dei piccoli doni per nostra figlia, che ha apprezzato moltissimo! Oltre a questo ci hanno fatto trovare dei prodotti di qualità per la prima colazione in entrambe le cucine. Il giorno di Natale Fausto e la moglie Jacqueline hanno bussato per gli auguri con un cestino pieno di buonissimo pane appena sfornato fatto in casa e un ottimo salame! Che dire…😀Oltre a questo il paesaggio è davvero suggestivo, Alba è tramonto sono meravigliosi e la posizione del casale con le sue ampie vetrate permette di godersi appieno entrambi. La struttura è stata arredata con gusto e ricercatezza. Consigliatissim

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich, die Location hat auch alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Alles war mega sauber. Wir waren mit 2 Hunden unterwegs, also konnte ich gar nicht glauben, dass für jeden ein eigener Liegeplatz zur Verfügung stand, außerdem dürften die Hunde draußen an einem vom Zaun abgeschlossen Platz sich ohne Leine bewegen. Wir werden uns immer wieder für diese Location für den Urlaub im Piemont entscheiden.

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf bij Johanna. Het domein is prachtig en het zwembad is heerlijk! De woonkamer/keuken zijn heerlijk gekoeld door een erg goed werkende airco (niet onbelangrijk bij 35 graden). Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig; Johanna had zelfs een babyzwembadje voor ons zoontje klaargezet. Johanna en haar man zijn erg vriendelijke mensen: discreet maar altijd klaar om tips te geven. Ook de communicatie met Johanna, zowel vooraf als tijdens ons verblijf, verliep heel goed: ze antwoordt sneller dan het licht :) De buurt is bovendien ook heerlijk: Incisa zelf is niet zo groot maar Nizza is vlakbij er daar is werkelijk alles: grote parkings, een voetgangerszone, veel fijne restaurants waar kinderen welkom zijn. Een echte aanrader!

Susanna is a caring host and has local associates to help with check-in or other topics during the stay. The pool was pristine and was also well maintained during our stay. The renovated old farmhouse has a lot of charm, all amenities, lots of space and bathrooms and is very cosy. Only the internet connection is a bit slow (enough though to stream on Netflix). Overall we very much enjoyed the stay in this lovely place and would recommend it without limitation. Thank you to Susanna

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien in Santo Stefano Belbo. Die Unterkunft inkl. des Gartens waren super. Unser Hund hat sich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt und wir uns auch. Monica und ihre Familie waren sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Une très belle semaine de vacances à 2 familles dans cette superbe maison. la maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Tout était très propre et bien entretenu. Pièces de vie immense avec une salle à manger équipée d'une très grande table, 2 salons, une cuisine où l'on prend plaisir à cuisiner... 2 étages composent l'espace nuit. ce qui est parfait pour 2 familles. très grand et magnifique jardin entièrement clôturé idéal pour les enfants. Garage transformé en salle de billard et coin jeux bien équipé pour les enfants. Au calme dans un petit village du Piémont, il faut une voiture pour explorer les villages alentours. je recommande cette maison qui est exceptionnelle et doit être bien agréable en été aussi.

Our Stay at Roberts House was amazing! We loved everything. The house is beautifully decorated and you can find anything that you might want and need, the kitchen is fully equipped and we loved cooking there as a family! The outdoor space and pool were amazing! You have a lot of space, you can relax in the sun or in the shade and have the possibilities to do all of these things. The pool is really spacious and it was even bigger than what we expected from the pictures! The beds were comfortable, you have an AC so it never gets too hot inside and we immediately felt at home! Maranzana is a quite place where you can really relax and you have all the privacy you want in this amazing house and its surroundings!

We have absolutely adored our two weeks here. In the morning the way the sun comes into the kitchen for breakfast, the days spent outside reading in front of the most stunning view on the veranda, having lunch in the most perfect spot, and the evenings so warm and cosy by the fire. The house is decorated to perfection, it’s modern and classic, every thing is so beautiful and tasteful. The art makes it. We have felt totally at home here and we’re sad to part, but we are already dreaming of returning in the future.

Kate ist eine äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns die Anreise sehr leicht gemacht und gleich von Beginn an mit wichtigen Informationen und schönen Tipps versorgt. Auch hat sie sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Deshalb können wir sowohl die Gastgeberin Kate als auch das schöne Haus in Calamandrana uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
