The house was beautiful and more magical with the surrounding vineyards in the fall! You are enveloped by Moscato d’Asti grapes in 360 degrees. The house sits on the slopes of vineyards and it is so peaceful…the perfect way to unplug, without being totally inaccessible. We used it as a home base and traveled to Alba for the international truffle fair and to Torino for some good eats and sightseeing. But to be honest, we didn’t need to leave and would have been happy with 5 straight days in the house. For one of the evenings, we had dinner prepared by a private chef Joseph of Bevino. He made the most wonderful 6-course dinner with wine pairings from his personal cellar. Overall, It was the best way to experience Italian wine country! Make sure to take a car with you so that you can remain mobile and have the opportunity to explore all the pretty towns surrounding the house, including Cossano Belbo and Santo Stefano Belbo. We plan to return.

C'est la seconde fois que nous venons chez Franco à Loazzolo : aucun regret, c'était encore mieux que dans nos souvenirs ! Maison impeccable, tenue par un hôte sympathique et discret, avec piscine hors sol adaptée aux jeunes enfants, et vue panoramique sur les vignes. Rien ne manque, merci encore et à bientôt !

Ce n’était pas la 1re fois que nous venions et nous avons trouvé que tout était bien comme la 1re fois ; l’extérieur a même été amélioré !!! Idéal pour aller au motocross de Dorno.

La posizione in collina è mozzafiato. La casa offre tutto di cui uno può aver bisogno. Lo stato è romantico ed abbastanza originale (anni '70), pertanto non aspettatevi lusso moderno ma charme e atmosfera. Ripeto: c'è tutto e se mancasse qualcosa, Matteo e Ornella ve lo portano subito. La loro ospitalità non ha limiti.

Bellissima country house nelle colline piemontesi. Abbiamo trascorso in questa villa un weekend tra amici per festeggiare i 40 anni di mia sorella. Cercavamo una location che potesse ospitare una ventina di persone e abbiamo trovato un posto davvero unico e molto curato nei minimi dettagli. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem antiken Häuschen, das seine bäuerliche Herkunft nicht verleugnet. Fabrizio hat mit Gestaltung und Einrichtung den rustikalen Stil trotz Modernisierung gut und originell bewahrt. Wunderbar ist der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem wir und unser Hund sich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Glanzpunkt war für uns der Pool, der groß genug ist für ein kleines Schwimmtraining. Morgendliches Highlight war für uns das Frühstück in der Bar del gatto, in der nicht nur der Cafè und die Brioche sehr lecker, sondern auch die Kontakte sehr nett waren. Die cassetta del melograno ist sehr geeignet für Menschen, die wie wir das ländliche Leben, Wanderungen/Spaziergänge, gutes Essen und Ruhe mögen und sich vom feuchten Klima des Piemont - auch wenn die Sonne scheint - nicht schrecken lassen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

soggiorno super rilassante immersi nella natura con la possibilità di farsi un bagno in piscina. host molto disponibile, gentile , ci ha dato la possibilità di grigliare e portare una coppia di amici a passare la giornata con noi. nonostante il nostro cane che abbaiava l'host si è dimostrato super comprensivo e amichevole super consigliato

L’alloggio di Federica è davvero molto accogliente!! L’ambiente curato nei particolari, pulitissimo, molto attrezzato e piacevolmente studiato. Situato in Borgo Ticino, gode di una vista sul fiume e il vecchio ponte. Molto suggestivo. A due passi dal centro città, permette di viverla con semplicità. Federica e suo padre sono host molto premurosi e accoglienti. Molto Consigliato. M

Rosa ist eine wunderbare, herzliche Person. Sie fragt nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist, ob man etwas braucht. Die Wohnung ist absolut top und sehr gut ausgestattet. In den Bädern gibt es Shampoo, Duschgel, Pflegespülung und vieles mehr. Es gibt genügend Frottewäsche und die Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Rosa lässt keine Wünsche offen. :-) DANKE!!

Le logement était impeccable et Laura très disponible. La seule difficulté a été la place de parking : le portail est très très serré et c'était impossible de rentrer notre voiture. L'immeuble est calme mais en revanche la route qui passe devant est très empruntée dès le lever du jour. Les lits sont très bons et la cuisine bien équipée. Je vous recommande ce logement !

Wonderful Stay at a Clean and Spacious Airbnb We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean and spacious, making us feel comfortable right away. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help if needed. The location was great, with plenty of things to explore in the area. One of the highlights was the wine tasting experience at the winery of Renata. Such a fun activity, and the wine was absolutely delicious! Overall, a perfect place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We hebben een fantastische verblijf achter de rug. De locatie was uiterst rustig met een adembenemend uitzicht. Monica is super lief en staat altijd voor je klaar , alsook de buurtbewoners zijn heel vriendelijk ! De ideale locatie als je opzoek bent naar een plekje weg van de drukte

We zijn terug aan het rijden van een heerlijke week in de Piemonte. Het huisje van Marty was een meer dan fijne uitvalsbasis hiervoor. Comfortabel, leuk ingericht, voldoende ruimte. Het huis is super leuk gelegen in het midden van een schattig klein dorpje met een bijzondere dorpskern. En Marty, zij maakt het verschil. Ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije dame die altijd bereid was om tips te geven en te helpen met reserveringen, o.a. voor restaurants en een wijnproeverij. Super fijn. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

In cinquanta minuti da Milano ti trovi in un paradiso: colline, vigneti e casa Percivalle con una splendida piscina solo per voi. Il silenzio regna sovrano, solo i grilli. Ti senti libera e in pace. Tutto pulito, curato. Riccardo e Roberta sono deliziosi, sempre a disposizione e cuochi sopraffini. Consiglio a tutti di scoprire Casa Percivalle. Paola

Soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto e mostrato nelle foto: curato, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. La Signora Laura è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Assolutamente consigliato!

I hardly ever write reviews on Airbnb, but this flat deserves one. The place is spacious and beautiful, and the view from literally every window is simply stunning. Plus, Alessandro is a great host. Highly recommended.

Cesare è una persona molto cortese, ci ha accolto in modo cordiale mostrandosi un vero gentiluomo. L'appartamento corrisponde a quello descritto, soddisfacendo le nostre aspettative per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

La sig.ra Tiziana ( ed il figlio Simone) è stata fantastica, ci ha accolti a casa dandoci chiare istruzioni su tutto, sul paese e sui dintorni e le varie attività da fare. Veramente amichevole, ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti. La casa è carinissima, curata nei minimi particolari e molto accogliente e fornita, ristrutturata da pochissimo è praticamente nuova. Ci porteremo un bellissimo ricordo di questa vacanza

Really enjoyed our stay in Bart and Odiels beautiful property. A lovely conversion which provided everything needed for a luxurious stay in stunning surroundings. Walkable to local village yet completely surrounded by vineyards. Great communication with the host and I would absolutely recommend a stay in this beautiful part of the world. The stay at Inga's home was fantastic. She was very flexible with the check in hours and even backed a traditional Hazelnut cake to welcome us. The apartment is very clean and easy to reach in the center of the small town. We stayed with our dog and it's nice to walk around the area in the mornings. A restaurant and small bakery is just around the corner. We are happy to come back and stay again at Inga's home in the future.

Great place, fantastic view and loved the pool. You only share the pool with one other guest-family, so it feels almost private. The apartment has everything you need and is as described. We were here with two small kids, it worked well but if it would have been hotter weather, an AC would have been needed. Stefano is a great host and arranges educational wine tastings and good suggestions what to do close by. We were very happy with our stay!
