Province of Arezzo : locations de vacances avec borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques

Wir hatten zusammen mit zwei jugendlichen Söhnen einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Anna und Tomasso. Die beiden haben das schön gepflegte Anwesen mit ihrem Charm und ihrer Herzlichkeit in jeder Ecke geprägt. An manchen Tagen geht die Nonna umher und verteilt Schätze aus dem Gemüsegarten und leckere selbstgemachte Marmelade. Das Appartment hat nichts vermissen lassen, war sehr sauber und liebevoll durchdacht eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort beim Betreten wohl und möchte eigentlich nie wieder weg. Hervorzuheben ist noch der stets top gepflegte Pool, der uns allen viel Freude bereitet hat. Im Garten finden sich viele individuelle Sitzmöglichkeiten, wie zB ein romantischer, schattiger Pavillon, ein echter Lieblingsort. La Brocca hat eine super Lage, nur 5 Min. vom Supermarkt entfernt und mit gutem Autobahnanschluss für unkomplizierte Tagesausflüge zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Hybridfahrer werden hier mit einer überdachten Solarladestelle beglückt. Sehr gerne wieder !!!

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

Alloggio molto comodo soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. La cucina presenta sia microonde che fornelli per preparare pappine e biberon per i bimbi ma anche caffè per noi grandi. Host gentile e disponibile compreso il personale accogliente e simpatico.

This is a beautiful property that is very well taken care of and has great views! The house and pool are lovely, and David and Riccardo are great hosts with great communication. I was hesitant about booking at first because of the lack of reviews on Airbnb, but there are lots of great reviews on other sites, so don't let that deter you.

We absolutely loved our stay, the whole grounds were beautiful. The pool area was amazing, and we loved reading in the sun, it was too late in the year to swim but we did take the occasional cold plunge. The place was cosy and the fireplace was perfect for the rainy days, the kitchen was well equipped and we did end up using it a fair bit. There are plenty of towns and wineries close by with everything you could need as well. The place suited us perfectly as two couples, with enough space for everyone and even another room if we had more people.

We loved staying at Francesca’s place! It’s located in the most beautiful surroundings with outrageously beautiful Tuscan views. It’s a perfect spot if you want to relax and unwind. The pool is amazing and so is the place with spacious bedroom and a kitchen. Francesca gave us a lot of local recommendations and organized a wine tour for us We can’t wait to go back!

Thank for having me again for the saecond time. It was my pleasure to stay again at Poggio and I realy loved both the apartments. Here the staff really takes care of the visitors so you feel comfortable and safe.

Da Antonella e Giampiero è come stare a casa, se non meglio…gentili, accoglienti, calorosi. L’appartamento è grande e spazioso, tutto pulitissimo e ben fornito di elettrodomestici, pentole e stoviglie. Il centro storico di Poppi è a 5 minuti a piedi. Ci sono 2 negozi di alimentari, per il supermercato ci vogliono 5 minuti di auto. Siamo stati benissimo e anche il nostro cane s’è divertito tantissimo. Una permanenza fantastica!!

Rube was an exceptional host and he was very responsive. When the cleaner forgot to leave shampoo and body wash, he made a special trip snd had it to us within 30 minutes. In addition, when our 9 month old came down with a bad rash, he called his own doctor and provided us with all the information to go to the hospital to secure a prescription if we needed it. The “ flip book” sent before Check-in provided many recommendations of local hidden gems and restaurants.

Innanzitutto ringrazio Violeta ed Emiliano per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Io e gli altri 8 amici siamo stati benissimo. Il posto è molto bello, la casa altrettanto molto funzionale e godibile con anche un'ampia terrazza coperta. Inoltre avevamo a disposizione la piscina e un'area attrezzata con biliardino, ping pong e biliardo che abbiamo apprezzato e sfruttato. Cos'altro dire.. E' stato un successo!

Hosts welcomed us and showed us around. We received complimentary fruit, past, wine - and you have a selection of tea, bottled water..: not everyone offers that. My friend snores so they made bed in living room without hesitation. Nobody neeed to use it but there is option of different pillows and covers for bed - in previous accommodation I had bad pillow and that was it. Everyone slept well and was happy to wake up in beautiful nature. I am thinking of saying something negative to balance, but I cannot really think of anything. If you look at the location you know that it is really outside Florence - during night it took us 30 minutes to get there and during day it was 20 minutes to Florence by car. So that is a caveat, however that is clearly communicated - this is a wonderful place in nature to recharge yourself, but you need to invest some effort, sure.

Preciosa casa en zona semi rural, instalaciones nuevas , amplias, luminosas e impecables. Muy recomendable para quien quiera gozar de la paz de un pueblo rural en la Toscana

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Alles wie beschrieben - leider waren wir auf der Rückreise und könnten nur eine Nacht bleiben.

Carlo é stato molto gentile nonostante l’arrivo molto tardi. L’alloggio é molto vicino al centro congressi e quindi molto comodo per chi deve recarsi lì.

Wonderful agriturismo in Italy! Great for day trips to Montepulciano, Assisi, and Lake Trasimeno. Beautiful surroundings and nice swimming pool. Great for a family!

Een mooi appartement op een prachtige agriturismo met een geweldig uitzicht op het landschap. Gessica was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader voor wie dit deel van Toscane wil ontdekken.

Wir wurden direkt vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Ihr Mann und sie sind Mega nett. Melissa antwortet auch immer direkt bei Fragen oder falls irgendwas sein sollte. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön am Arno direkt. Sie ist größer als erwartet mit einer sehr modernen Küche, einem tollen Badezimmer und auch der Balkon ist wirklich toll. Perfekt um Abends draußen zu sitzen. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr sehr gute Ausstattung es fehlt wirklich nichts. Zum kochen ist alles da. Es ist eine sehr ordentliche Wohnung und man merkt wirklich die Detailsarbeit von Melissa und ihrem Mann. Ich habe selten einen so akkuraten Haushalt gesehen und so gut vorbereitet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

L'alloggio è molto comodo per raggiungere le principali città dell'Umbria in quanto è vicino alla superstrada. A 5 minuti di macchina si raggiungono i supermercati e tutti i servizi necessari in quanto l'alloggio si trova in un paesino piccolo, molto carino, assolutamente tranquillo, fuori dal caos delle città. A 100 m si trova un piccolo porticciolo e la pista ciclabile che gira attorno al lago. L'alloggio è molto ampio, il wi-fi funziona bene; Anna è stata molto gentile ad accogliere alcune nostre richieste, rapidamente.

What a wonderful place. It looked even better than the photos. The place itself was spotless and response time was great. I had the breakfast which was pastries and they were so delicious and a lot of food. I will definitely be back in the future.

Siamo arrivati a notte inoltrata, ci hanno subito accolto e spiegato il necessario. Con gentilezza e cortesia. La casa nuovissima, arredata con gusto e con tutto quello che serve, anzi di più. Si sono tenuti costantemente informati sull'andamento del soggiorno, cosa molto apprezzata. Pulizia certosina. Per me e mia moglie una bella esperienza da ripetere e consigliare.
