Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

This home is the epitome of a classic villa in the chianti region. Lecchi is very a small village that is walkable to a market, bar & cafe, and one of the best dinner spots we visited in our entire trip to Italy - the Malborghetto restaurant is a must! We rented a car for this week of our trip, and would highly recommend doing so. There are many nearby villages with great trattorias and shopping options - and gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Casa di Lyndall is a roomy, well appointed home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean, and very comfortable, and the view out the front windows is beyond compare. Lyndall was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. Clementina greeted us when we arrived and was so sweet and helpful. There is nothing we would change about our stay!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

La signora Maria Paola, anche se non l’abbiamo mai incontrata è stata ospitale e disponibile, l’appartamento è come descritto dalla proprietaria in centro e in zona tranquilla.

Wir hatten eine wirklich wundervolle Zeit. Haben sehr spontan gebucht und waren begeistert, hätten sehr gerne noch verlängert. Die Familie ist wahnsinnig lieb, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit Baby und Hund vor Ort, für beide war es ein kleines Paradies. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal zurück! Alles ist genau wie beschrieben, uns fehlte es an nichts. Der Pool ist auch grandios und war eine perfekte Abkühlung!

Easy walk from the train station to the apartment. Met at the door and showed the apartment. The apartment was very clean and met all of our needs. There are two coffee shops right out side the door to the street. Walking distance to the main site to visit in Arezzo. Recommend Pizzeria LaGalleria dal Guerra, Via Verdi 31, for a good place to eat at very reasonable prices.

Il soggiorno nell'alloggio di Mario è stato molto confortevole. Ho apprezzato la pulizia dell'appartamento e il fatto che ci sia stata la possibilità di un check-in e di un check-out davvero flessibile e anche l'ottima comunicazione. Appartamento davvero consigliato in un territorio splendido per le passeggiate in montagna.

Very nice and quiet place, beautiful surroundings. Nice swimming pool. Pietro has all the amenities you need. Definately a place to recommend. Hosted by a wonderful family.

wonderful property, so cozy, and so clean! I did the cooking class with my partner while we stayed there and it was absolutely wonderful! We also highly recommend the breakfast which was €20 per person but VERY worth it - it was a breakfast buffet for just the two of us which surpassed our expectations. Absolutely beautiful place and we cannot wait to come back for a longer stay!

Parfait séjour dans un cadre très agréable et une maison telle que décrite dans l’annonce avec une superbe piscine dominant un paysage enchanteur. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et prévenants, très à l’écoute et de bon conseil sur les environs à voir et les adresses utiles. Commerces à proximité a pian di sco , Reggello et carrefour express bien pratique à Cascia. Autoroute à moins de 15 mn pour Arezzo/Sienne ou Florence Cela fait le cinquième voyage dans cette région magnifique (la moitié de nos voyages en Italie) et inoubliable et c’est sûrement l’une de nos meilleures adresses en terme de rapport qualité/prix pour la Toscane.

We had the loveliest time at Sophie’s (and George’s) apartment in Rimbocchi. Beautifully furnished, well equipped, tucked away in the casentine mountains - all in all perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. Lots of beautiful hiking routes just a stone’s throw away. Plus: a little bakery, renowned in the area, just across the street = fresh bread every morning :) we enjoyed every minute in Rimbocchi. Thanks so much - we will be back!

Prachtige omgeving, zeer goede uitvalsbasis om de chianti streek te ontdekken of een mooie hike te maken. Klein dorpje met supermarkt in de buurt. Heerlijk privé terras met prachtig uitzicht. Zeer groot en comfortabel zwembad aanwezig. Daarnaast is massimo ontzettend aardig en biedt hij veel diensten aan. Wij zouden deze airbnb absoluut aanraden!

A great place to stay when are in Arezzo. Property is all single owned and even has side yard &. some backyard...In the middle of the city! Sure, its a 10-12 min brisk walk into the heart of downtown. But that's what makes this place special & quiet. Hosts were very helpful in connecting one of our group to local wine tasting room who assisted us in setting up some self-drive tasting adventures. A another in our group asked for a few things which could not found in apt, and host responded in minutes. We can't really say anything bad the apt or host re our 7nht stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Lorenzo and his family were amazing hosts. The property is well maintained and the pool was refreshing after a day of visiting Tuscany. You need a car but many Tuscan towns are within a 30-40 minute drive. The charming town of Lucignano is a 10-15 minute drive from the property. It has the best gelato!! If you want a place to retreat to at the end of a busy day then this is the place for you.

Ho prenotato per due colleghi in viaggio di lavoro che si sono trovati bene nell'alloggio di Elisa, soprattutto per la zona tranquilla e la facilità di parcheggio per un furgone.

We had an incredible stay at Clara's property in Cortona! The highlight of our trip was definitely the visit to the farm, which was not only fun but also deeply meaningful. We loved learning about the local way of life. Our host, Clara, was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well-located. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Cortona. Grazie mille, Clara for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit. La ferme comporte plusieurs appartements avec chacun leur intimité. La piscine était très propre et chaude, il y avait de l’ombre à disposition et une douche et des toilettes juste à côté. L’appartement était comme sur les photos, il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais il faisait bien frais à l’intérieur la journée. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Isabella nous a envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires et c’est son frère Piero qui nous a très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Le logement était très propre, la cuisine bien équipée et des linges de bain étaient fournis. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours, nous avons même eu des recommandations à disposition. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes vraiment contents et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!
