Province of Arezzo : location de maisons de vacances

Vi tilbrakte 10 netter i denne nydelige villaen juli 2024. Reisefølget bestod av 6 voksne, 3 barn og 1 spedbarn. Villaen og den tilhørende eiendommen bidro til at dette ble en uforglemmelig ferie. Alle våre forventninger ble overgått. Rommene er romslige, huset er godt utstyrt og bassengområdet var fantastisk. Stefania og Luigi er er alltid imøtekommende. De kom på kort varsel når vi fikk problemer med varmtvannet. Vi var ikke klare over at eiendommen i tillegg hadde en gammel pizzaovn. Denne ble brukt flere ganger og løftet opplevelsen til et høyere nivå. Takk for oss!

Abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento piccolo ma funzionale, immerso nel verde, in una posizione tranquillissima e comoda sia per camminate nella natura umbra che per raggiungere i servizi e le località turistiche della zona. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità!

Abbiamo scelto il posto per visitare la Toscana e trascorrere l'anno nuovo in famiglia. Siamo andati con il nostro cane. L'abbiamo passato molto bene, abbiamo riposato, rilassato, abbiamo goduto del paesaggio unico, si sente davvero lì una energia speciale e la gente della zona molto cordiale. Accessibile per visitare Firenze, Pisa, Arezzo, Siena. Gabrielle molto attento e gentile, i suoi genitori molto affettuosi e disponibili. Ci hanno sorpreso e emozionato l'ultimo giorno farci conoscere la tradizione e la ricetta dolce della Fantoccia e cavallino della Befana del Valdarno. Era delizioso il biscotto non ho avuto il tempo di fare una foto perché era davvero molto bella decorata. Grazie mille per tutto e lo consiglio.

Ho trovato delle persone molto accoglienti, gentili e disponibili. La casa è in una posizione comoda, trovata pulita e di facile accesso. Ben allestito l esterno e curato nei particolari con piante ornamentali. Super consigliato in quanto ci siamo trovati bene su tutti i punti di vista.

Delizioso appartamento su due piani posizionato su un poggio dall'aspetto bucolico in un contesto di eccezionale bellezza come quello delle crete senesi. Il site transitoire di Jean-Paul Philippe è a 25 minuti a piedi da casa e merita la visita all'alba, Siena è a meno di mezz'ora di auto. Silenzio, vista sulle crete, albe e tramonti impareggiabili.

Nice relaxing place off the beaten path, beautiful views. Well cared for. You can walk around their vineyards and Olive Grove, and even buy local wine from the host.

Our stay was fantastic, the house has all the amenities you need for relaxing inside and outside. With plenty of different places to sit and eat or lounge by the pool. The setting was stunning with views of the nearby town and surrounded by a vineyard.

Paola was a lovely, gracious and attentive host. The location was perfect, with in a short drive to everything Cortona has to offer.. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Paola and her property highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Viola und Oscar haben uns wärmstens Empfangen. Tolle Anlage mit einem sauberen Pool und einer atemberaubenden Lage. Das Frühstück sowie auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war ein Traum. Wir konnten auch ca. eine Stunde vor offiziellem Check-In bereits das Apartment nutzen. Das Einzige was ich noch für die Zukunft mitgeben würde wären die Möbel, die in der Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Diese müsste in den nächsten Jahren erneuert werden, was aber aktuell dem Standard einer Hütte entspricht. Danke Viola und Oscar

Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo. L'alloggio è molto grande, pulitissimo e con tutti i servizi necessari. In 4 persone si sta benissimo. Si trova in mezzo alle famose colline toscane, pertanto risulta eccezionale per godersi la tranquillità più totale. Oltretutto è situato a 2 passi da Firenze e a mezz'ora da Arezzo e Siena, raggiungibili comodamente sia in macchina che in treno. Se ci fossero 6 stelle ne avrei dato 6.

Stefania’s apartment was absolutely stunning, the location is very peaceful and serene. The restaurant and food were incredible and the hosts truly are wonderful. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing and authentic Italian experience this is the place to come. It’s fantastic!

La casa è ancora più bella di quanto si veda in foto. L’abbiamo trovata pulitissima, organizzata e funzionale! Non ci è mancato nulla e Luca ha sempre risposto subito quando ci è servita assistenza.

Host sempre presente e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi necessità, casetta accogliente, pulita, non manca nulla, la cucina è super accessoriata,compresa di lavastoviglie. Bel giardino recintato per chi vuole viaggiare con il proprio cane. Lo consiglio !!

The best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Sara & Alessio were extremely welcoming, friendly, & helpful. I felt like I was visiting family. We were welcomed with a basket of pasta, olive oil, sauce & a bottle of Prosecco ( I was celebrating my birthday)! We were also given veggies from the garden, a delicious plum tart & homemade eggplant Parmesan (made by mama) that was amazing! Both Sara & Alessio were very helpful for suggestions for transportation & local places to visit. We enjoy cooking & we found the kitchen to be well stocked with all the tools necessary. The grounds were well manicured & the views were great and very relaxing. It made it very conducive for outdoor yoga. I recommend this house& the hosts It’s not only & Airbnb it’s truly a great experience.

Location was very nice, easily reachable by car and train is close. House had AC and the pool was great even though the space is shared. Also they always restocked us with toilet paper and other amenities when we asked for, only need to bring some minor stuff for cooking like oil and salt/pepper. No oven but assides from that we cooked alot of big meals for everyone and the experience was fantastic Cool place to stay!

Très beau site, en pleine nature au cœur de la Toscane. Marco a été très accueillant et très aidant pour tout. La maison est incroyable et tout est neuf et très très beau. Séjour merveilleux en Toscane. On reviendra. Merci Marco.

It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The house is private, very cozy, and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Umbria. Gabriele gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants around the place, and those we visited were amazing. We would love to come back one day!

The place is stunning. No doubt about that and very well maintained. No complaints about the villa itself would stay there again. The only thing to know is this is not in Siena. It’s up the mountains and there is no uber service in Siena only taxis which charge you for every ride starting from Siena no matter what. All that to say if you don’t have your own car you’re in for it when it comes to getting anywhere. But if you plan on staying in the villa then go for it

Abbiamo passato un weekend straordinario a Villa Lama. Elettra una delle persone più gentili e disponibili che conosca. La casa ha un’aria familiare che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Le camere molto spaziose, gli spazi esterni bellissimi, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato molto sia la piscina che la rete da pallavolo. Eravamo un gruppo di venti ragazzi e siamo tutti soddisfatti dalla bella esperienza. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare presto !

Comfortable month-long stay in a well-equipped home with great amenities: super comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful extras like candles, bug sprays, cleaning products. The space has genuine character – clean but slightly cluttered, with an older interior showing some wear. Bathrooms need renovation, but overall a good stay with potential for an even better experience. Great and clean towels, bed linens, nice pillows. It is a beautiful area, there are kind neighbors, and there is a very nice and sunny terrace with a lot of seating space and furniture. It is charming, old Italian house :) thanks for hosting us!

Our stay at the Piccola Villa was fantastic! The Villa was clean and welcoming, and it was convenient to have a kitchen space. It was a perk to have a private patio for our morning coffee where we could enjoy the view. Overall, the property and surrounding area in Chianti were extremely peaceful and beautiful. We would love to visit again and stay longer!

Was soll ich bloß sagen? Jegliche Erwartung wurde übertroffen. Wunderschön gelegenes kleines Häuschen mit sagenhaftem Blick über Tal und die weiten Berge. Das Haus ist liebevoll rustikal eingerichtet und hat einen sehr großen Außenbereich mit Grillstelle und mit einem großen Pool. Es ist schön ruhig und man hört meistens nur Grillen. Empfehlenswert ist es, ein mückenspray dabei zu haben, da das Haus in der Natur liegt. Die Kommunikation zu den Gastgebern war einwandfrei. Araldo ist ein sympathischer, freundlicher und aufgeschlossener Mann, der immer erreichbar ist und tolle Tipps für die Umgebung geben kann. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. DANKE!
