Province of Ascoli Piceno : locations de vacances adaptées à la pratique du sport

Soggiorno perfetto per due ospiti, il paesaggio era spettacolare. Ideale per scappare dalla città e rifugiarsi nella natura tra gli olivi e i vigneti delle Marche. Peter e Petra sono stati molti ospitali, la casa era pulitissima e ben fornita di attrezzature per cucinare. Avremmo voluto fermarci piú a lungo!

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

l'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente all'annuncio dotato di tutti i confort Guendalina una ottima host ci ha accolto coccolandoci subito con dei biscotti molto attenta a tutti i dettagli e sempre disponibile ogni volta che l'abbiamo chiamata. Consiglio questo appartamento perché anche se ci sono 500 metri per andare in spiaggia ha un'ottima posizione lontano dalla ferrovia e ti senti veramente a casa

Merci pour l’accueil, votre villa est encore mieux que sur les photos et nous n’avions jamais vu une piscine privée aussi grande !! Le rapport qualité prix vaut vraiment le coup!! Petit plus, un nettoyeur fort sympathique, Massimo, vient tous les 2-3 jours pour faire en sorte que la piscine soit parfaitement propre: Génial !!! Nous avons passé un super séjours, encore merci Gianluigi!!!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Dino war ein sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone, top Lage und ruhig. Wenn ich wieder komme nur noch hier. Dino war auch sehr flexibel mit dem Check in er hat uns ermöglicht früher in die Wohnung zu gehen.

La casa rispettava la descrizione Ci siamo trovati super bene e la sig.ra Patrizia è stata super gentile e disponibile. Abbiammo alloggiato con 3 bambini che si sono trovati anche loro molto a casa perche c'erano parecchi giochi dai piu piccini ai piu grandicelli!!! Sicuramente consigliamo questo alloggio
