Wir haben vier wunderbare Wochen in Simones Haus verbracht – ein echtes Heim auf Zeit, das perfekt zum Leben und Arbeiten ist. Die Räume sind auch im Januar warm, gemütlich und bieten von jedem Fenster aus eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge. Es war ein Genuss, jeden Tag mit diesem Panorama aufzuwachen! ... und den Tag in der Sauna zu beschießen Die Lage ist ideal: Alles Wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar, einschließlich netter Bars und Cafés. Der Ort selbst ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für spannende Erkundungstouren in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen – besonders, wenn man Arbeit und Erholung in einer inspirierenden Umgebung verbinden möchte!

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

Wonderful holidays with my husband and kids😍the house is wonderful! Well equipped, everything very clean, we felt at home! Simply wonderful view. Perfect place if you want to relax and enjoy with your family. Samira was great with us, very helpful, gave us great tips. I highly recommend it!!!!

La Butella was a beautiful home away from home. The views of the mountains, sea, and countryside were incredible. The hosts went out of their way to give us an authentic Abruzzo experience. The place was spectacular, the people were wonderful, and the whole experience was something we will never forget. We couldn't recommend this place enough!

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

Appartamento molto bello e accogliente, curato nei dettagli. Splendida la vista della città dalla terrazza. È stato un soggiorno breve ma piacevole. Host gentile e disponibile

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, und hatten zu 6st genügend Platz in der Wohnung. Lage war tiptop, waren viel mit den eigenen Velos unterwegs. Die Klimaanlage hat uns angenehme und erholsame Nächte emöglicht.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

La casa di Ugo e’ conforme alla descrizione sul sito, vista dal vivo è ancora più spaziosa di quanto sembra nelle foto. Abitazione molto pulita, ariosa con un doppio affaccio sulla spiaggia su due diversi livelli, vista mare davvero bella. La casa era ben fornita di detersivi, sapone, shampoo, asciugacapelli e nella cucina , olio e spezie. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l’acqua fresca, le bibite nel frigorifero ed il buon vino di cui ci hanno fatto gradito omaggio. Non posso che ringraziare per la disponibilità il sig Ugo e la signora Nicoletta che sono venuti incontro alle esigenze della mia famiglia rendendo tutto più semplice , ma soprattutto li ringrazio per l’attenzione ricevuta. Sicuramente tutto questo aggiunge quel qualcosa in più che ti fa apprezzare il territorio che ha già molto da offrire con le sue bellissime spiagge e la buona cucina. Check in e check out molto semplice. Tornerei sicuramente nella loro abitazione.
