Province of Ascoli Piceno : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Wir haben eine Woche im Haus von Sergio verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sergio empfangen und waren über das schöne Haus und die Umgebung sehr positiv überrascht. Sergio war ein toller Gastgeber. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert. Sergio hat uns alles gezeigt und wertvolle Tips für die Umgebung genannt. Sergio hat auf jegliche Anfrage sehr sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus selber ist spektakulär. Es ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder zeigen nur einen Teil der Schönheit des Hauses und der Umgebung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden war für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Das Meer selber ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Aber auch die Nationalparks sind nicht weit entfernt. Städte wie Ascoli Piceno usw, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aber auch kleine Städte wie Ripatransone sind einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

L'appartamento di Emidio si trova in una località assolutamente splendida, sia per paesaggio che per architettura. L'appartamento stesso è meraviglioso con una terrazza gigantesca che offre una favolosa vista dei dintorni e del mare. La pulizia era impeccabile e la zona è davvero tranquilla e con facilità di parcheggio. Emidio è stato un host perfetto e gentilissimo, ci ha fornito molte informazioni sulle zone circostanti e ci ha accolti come fossimo a casa nostra. Sicuramente ritorneremo per goderci qualche giorno in più e scoprire quelle zone fantastiche.

I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

La struttura gode di una posizione unica sul fiume Tronto, di fronte al centro storico di Ascoli che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata. Gli ambienti sono tutti comodissimi, pulitissimi e molto accoglienti. L'host è disponibile e amichevole. La vista dalle camere verso la citta storica è affascinante e gli spazi aperti del porticato e delle terrazze aggiungono un punto in più alla struttura anche in inverno e sono, probabilmente, molto piacevoli nelle stagioni più calde. Consigliatissimo

La casa di Sabina è un autentico "locus amoenus" in cui ho trovato la semplicità, l'accoglienza discreta e la pace che cercavo. E' davvero un bel posto situato in un contesto agreste molto interessante da scoprire; comodo al mare e vicino a luoghi i interesse culturale. La casa è arredata con gusto , perfettamente in sintonia con il contesto. Sabina e Emir....sembrano quegli incontri dei quali ci si chiede se non li si conosca già da anni... sempre pronti, amichevoli, ma mai invadenti. Due care persone. E i loro cagnolini, due personaggi sbarazzini che arricchiscono il valore del soggiorno. Tornerò! Paola

Era la nostra prima esperienza con Airbnb e non poteva andare meglio di così! 🤩 Alloggio facile da trovare, pulito e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno Ci siamo trovati benissimo assieme al nostro cane, con il giardino recintato per far godere anche a lui la vacanza, cosa per noi fondamentale La casa è l’ideale per staccare la spina e godersi del relax nella tranquillità, sia di giorno che di sera Roberto è un Host super disponibile e gentilissimo, anche per qualunque domanda o consiglio per visitare la zona e i dintorni! 😄 Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e lo consigliamo assolutamente, ci torneremmo subito!!

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

La casa di Rossana è esattamente come nelle foto, forse addirittura più bella. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 coppie e l'ampissima zona giorno open space ci ha consentito di trascorrere piacevolmente le giornate tutti insieme mentre le 4 camere da letto complete di bagno in camera ci hanno permesso di avere la giusta privacy quando necessario. La casa è nuovissima, moderna nella costruzione e nell'arredamento, luminosa e pulitissima. Vengono forniti lenzuola e asciugamani e anche cucina e sala da pranzo sono complete di tutto il necessario. La zona è appartata e tranquilla, abbiamo letteralmente adorato il paesaggio circostante. La proprietaria non era presente durante il nostro soggiorno ma Emanuela ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile e non ha mancato di farci avere consigli e raccomandazioni sulla zona. Infine rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Me and my partner spent 10 days at Dino‘s and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Starting from the excellent communication beforehand, the warm welcome at the apartment all up to the personal selected recommendations for hikes and restaurants. The flat had everything we needed, including a welcome gift and was very clean and tidy. The surroundings are quiet and there’s even a winery with excellent Passerina to buy next door. The stay exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to spend our next holidays at ‚casa dolci marche‘.

struttura molto bella, attrezzata ed esteticamente favolosa. La mia personale opinione sarebbe di montare delle zanzariere anche nelle altre stanze oltre il bagno. Per il resto perfetto,Sarah ci ha fatto trovare pane, torta ed altre cose buone, nonché una apprezzabile bottiglia d'acqua fresca che ci voleva proprio! Grazie Sarah e grazie Mark!

Eine wundervolle Wohnung in einem antiken und liebevoll renovierten Gebäude . Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Als jemand, der die Gegend seit Jahren kennt, kann ich sagen, dass dies der perfekte Ort ist, wenn man zwischen dem Meer und den Bergen eine schöne Unterkunft sucht. Die Lage ist ideal, und die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten. Die Kommunikation mit Teresa war ebenfalls super. Sie ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin, die stets bereit war, Fragen zu beantworten und hilfreiche Tipps zu geben.

Ich beginne zuerst mit der Gastfreundschaft: Deborah war immer erreichbar. Alle Fragen konnte schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet werden. Einrichtung und Hygiene: Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und gepflegt. Sie ist sehr Stilvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich schnell wohl. Der Außenbereich: Eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre die man Abend's nach einem langen Tag wunderbar und in absoluter Ruhe genießen kann. Es wurden schöne Details wie Lichter Mobiliar im Garten aufgestellt. Ankunft: Sofort ein tolles erstes zusammentreffen in der Unterkunft. Eine mühsam zusammengestellte Lieste mit allen wichtigen Hinweisen werden ausgelegt, sodass man nicht vermehrt offene Fragen die während des Aufenthalts aufkommen, stellen muss Strand: Die Lage zu einem Strand der aus Sand besteht, ist in ca 10-15 Autominuten zu erreichen. Für kinder sehr einladen, da sie dort ein tolles Programm für Groß und Klein Gibt. Liegen mit Schirm können gemietet werden. Wir:2 Erwach.+2Kid. Waren sehr zufrieden.

Ottimo soggiorno a Grottammare! L’appartamento era pulito e ben fornito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il Wi-Fi funzionava perfettamente e il riscaldamento ha reso l’ambiente accogliente. La posizione è eccellente: a pochi passi ci sono ottimi ristoranti e tutto il necessario per godersi al meglio la città. Paola è stata gentile e disponibile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio e speriamo di tornarci presto! ♥️

Siamo stati molto bene a casa di Alessandra, casa pulita e accogliente con una vista meravigliosa sulla città di Ascoli. Il parcheggio condominiale la rende molto comoda, la vicinanza alla città permette di spostarsi a piedi, basta attraversare il ponte e si è in centro.

Mariassunta ottima padrona di casa, gentilissima,precisa e sempre pronta ad accudirti e farti sentire di casa.Cucina accessoriata trovi di tutto e di piu,si è pure preoccupata a farci trovare dei pass x il parcheggio nella zona a pagamento sul lungo mare che non abbiamo usato ma abbiamo preferito raggiungere il lungo mare con una passeggiata per scoprire Paese Alto... Dimenticavo grazie x la colazione,torneremo sicuramente...

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man schnell am Meer oder im Ort. Die Kommunikation mit Lino und seiner Mutter Regina war immer freundlich und schnell. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

Uns hat diese Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Was wirklich überragend ist, ist die Ausstattung. Staubsauger, Geschirr, Töpfe, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Waschmaschine Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier rollen und Garten Mobiliar waren vorhanden. Man braucht wirklich so gut wie gar nichts von zu Hause mitzunehmen. Die Unterkunft ist gut gepflegt die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Zentrum und 6 Minuten fußläufig zum Meer. Immer wieder gerne. L’appartamento è piccolino ma perfetto per 2/3 persone. Ha tutto quello che serve e la posizione è perfetta sia per raggiungere i negozi del centro che una bella passeggiata sul lungomare di Grottammare. Speriamo di tornarci presto. Grazie ad Ilaria per la sua disponibilità!

Where to even begin. I think Simone and Rita’s place was the single best Airbnb experience I have had to date. The place was incredibly clean and really well stocked. Everything from cooking utensils to oils and seasoning (plus coffee) was there waiting for us. The two outdoor patios and the option to open almost the entire place up was a luxurious experience. The place was bigger than expected and had room for all our stuff to be put away neatly. Simone and his family are incredible hosts. They were very kind, hospitable but always respected our privacy. Beautiful family and it was a pleasure to meet them. I would recommend and I will look to return and visit again.

Clean and functional place, fully equipped, in an excellent location to walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Hosts are very well organized and responsive. Really good mattresses. Recommended!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

This Airbnb is hosted beautifully by Giuseppina’s parents, Maria and Vincenzo, and is hands down our best stay and experience whilst recently touring Italy! We were greeted warmly by Maria, who showed us around the apartment. The apartment is above their home, but offers privacy and is so impeccably clean, with comfortable bedding and beautiful linen. The entire house was pristinely clean and had everything you could need for a more than comfortable stay. But our stay was made most memorable by beautiful Maria and her hospitality. We had travelled a long way for our stay, and when we arrived she offered to make us dinner! This was the kindest and most generous offer and we were so extremely grateful. Maria and Vincenzo made us feel like family and it was a standout out for us. Thank you so much! We really wish we could have stayed longer - we felt so relaxed and comfortable and can not wait to return in the future! We will see you again 😃❤️
