Casa calda e attrezzata con tutto il necessario, molto grande e comoda, vicinissima al centro e il proprietario è cordiale, disponibile.

Appartamento molto bello, caldo e accogliente; completo di tutto. Vicino sia al centro di Campitello che ai sentieri classici nel bosco che lo collegano a Canazei da una parte e a Fontanazzo dall'altra.

Se avessi potuto dare 10 stelle le avrei date... Jessica è un host fantastico, ha esaudito tutte le nostre richieste (parecchie...), sempre velocissima nelle risposte, ci ha fatto perfino lavare la bici lì senza neppure chiederlo. L'appartamento è bellissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort e pulitissimo. Se dovessimo ricapitare da quelle parti assolutamente torneremo lì. Grazie mille Jessica!!! Sei stata meravigliosa e noi dei rompiscatole...

Appartamento come da descrizione e da foto! Solo commenti positivi in merito perché oltre ad essere attrezzato per un soggiorno ottimale, è situato in una posizione stupenda che ti permette di godere di trekking di ogni tipo, ma anche della pace e della bella vista dal balcone! ☺️

Appartamento delizioso e molto curato con tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza all'insegna della serenità. Ottima la posizione sia per la vicinanza a vari sentieri e servizi sia per la tranquillità . Andrea è un host gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Wonderful stay at Patrizia's place! Large apartment with well-stocked kitchen. Convenient location that is a 15 min drive to Cortina d'Ampezzo or 17 min walk to the nearest bus stop in San Vito di Cadore. Of note, tourist tax is not included in the price and needs to be paid by cash upon check-in.

Appartamento ben curato. Evidente che si tratti di un appartamento curato, oltre che nella ottima parte estetica, anche nell'ottica della funzionalità. Ad esempio, a differenza di altre esperienze, non manca mai la presenza di una presa di corrente, e l'illuminazione dove serve (vedi l'indispensabile illuminazione sotto pensile della cucina ahimé spesso assente !). Direi che tutto quello che potrebbe servirti è presente. E comunque l'host è completamente reattivo in caso venga segnalata la mancanza o la necessità di qualche accessorio (vedi ad esempio la fornitura della cucina). Host oltre che molto reattivo anche molto gentile e simpatico. Sulla ottima posizione del'appartamento, conoscendo da anni la località e le facility necessarie per la pratica dello sci, non avevamo dubbi.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, perfekte Lage, beste Betreuung durch die Besitzerin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.

This was a nice stay for us. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, and we really appreciated that. The apartment itself was just as pictured. The only complaint we had was the harsh lighting in the dining area, but other than that, everything was great. Ironically enough, we didn't end up going skiing, but we drove up to the top of the mountain, and the views were incredible.

Abbiamo alloggiato nel bilocale a piano terra, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort per un confortevole soggiorno per due. Posizione strategica per muoversi nel centro di Auronzo e praticare le mille attività proposte, a mezz'ora dal lago di Misurina e comodo a tante interessanti escursioni. Nonostante circondato da altre abitazioni, si scorge il lago e la notte si dorme tranquilli senza rumori molesti... Giuseppina ci ha dato indicazioni chiare per arrivare e ci ha aiutato in tempi rapidissimi a risolvere un piccolo problema che si è presentato durante il soggiorno. Torneremo e lo consigliamo vivamente!

Prima locatie aan een weg die direct aan de piste ligt, je kunt beide (naar de 2 verschillende startliften in het dorp) richtingen op! Geen gesleep met ski's! De supermarkt ligt op 500mt van het huisje. Maria kwam ons elke ochtend vroeg trouwens de (door haar aangeboden) broodjesbestelling brengen, heel fijn! In het huisje kun je zelf ook koken. De bedden liggen prima en de douche is goed. De auto konden we bij de locatie zelf parkeren en voor de ski's en schoenen is een aparte kelder. Vanuit het huisje heb je een mooi uitzicht op de bergen.

Nice apartment on the third floor with 2 double beds and one bunk bed, all of them comfortable. 10 minutes walk to Arabba restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped with eg. toaster, coffee brewer with filters, dishwasher, espresso brewer.

תמורה טובה למחיר. מיקום שקט כמה דקות נסיעה מלה וילה וקורברה. שהינו שלושה חברים בדירה והיה נח ומרווח. ל4 אנשים יהיה קצת צפוף. יתרונות: הדירה חמה. המים במקלחת חמים ונוחים. הכל עובד כמו שצריך. מחיר טוב. חסרונות: האינטרנט מאוד חלש ומתנתק פעמים רבות. חסר קומקום. היה קצת ריח מיותר בדירה של סיגריות כנראה.

Very neat, clean and practical appartement with a brilliant location for skiing. Very helpful and service-minded host. Rented for the second time for one in the group, and would be happy to come back for a third time too😄

L’appartamento è molto accogliente e si trova in una posizione comoda per lasciare l’auto a casa e muoversi a piedi in centro. La zona giorno è molto luminosa. La cucina è piccola ma noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno perchè stando fuori tutto il giorno non abbiamo cucinato a casa. La camera è confortevole. Consiglio di portare poche cose perchè non ci sono molti armadi disponibili per gli ospiti, e la scala a chiocciola che va in camera è molto stretta. Lasciando le cose in soggiorno e accedendo alla camera solo per dormire va benissimo. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene.

We feel very fortunate to have stayed at Majon Baticher. The layout worked great for our group. Everything was super clean, and the instructions were clear. We were able to walk to the cable car, super market, and several restaurants. We often ended our ski days walking down from the run and walked right back to the AirBnb! Thank you for such an enjoyable visit and pristine location!

We had a great week at Franco's place with our family of 4 (baby and toddler). The place is on the smaller end but has everything you need plus the location is excellent. You are within walking distance of all major ski passes and can even walk to Faloria. Shops, cafes, bakery, butcher, restaurants, pharmacies are all within 5 mins walking. Food sold at Cooperative is delicious and we were very happy to have fully functioning kitchen. There is a cupboard outside the flat for storage of skis (boots can go inside the flat there is plenty of storage everywhere). The heating is adjustable and heats very well (no worries). Franco is very responsive and immediately helped out when part of the baby bed was missing. At the moment, there is a construction side outside the flat but it is a) not noisy and b) because of the Olympic games next year, whole of Cortina has loads of construction works. For us, the convenience of having a living room, kitchen and central location beat everything.

Absolutely dont think of anything else when visiting Dolomites (Western part). Diana's place is very central in Ortisei you can walk anywhere from there. The town itself is already pretty and a perfect base if you want to explore Seceda / Alpe di Siusi / or even Selva. With Diana's apartment, bus stop is stone throw's away and is located in the main street. Food and supermarket are very near. You can easily cook anything in the apartment and run to grocery store if need anything. If you dont want to excessively spend money for food this is perfect. Room is very cozy and have anything that you need from jacuzzi to pristine kitchen. Sudtirol bus card is also provided and will really help you navigate through South Tyrol. We're really satisfied and really hoping to come back soon to visit Dolomites in Diana's place.

I ended up not traveling due to a last minute personal problem. Anyway Dario was very attentive, kind, great fast communication. Hope I can go there soon.

Tatiana und Roberto sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Beide haben so viele nützliche Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt und sogar für einen regnerischen Tag diverse Optionen rausgesucht. Ich bin beiden so dankbar für die Gastfreundschaft. Die Wegbeschreibung wurde im Vorfeld mitgeteilt und der Check In war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumt und sauber und die Lage um die Dolomiten zu besuchen ist einfach nur perfekt. Geographisch auf der rechten Seite sind die Drei Zinnen und Pragser Wildsee etc. und auf der linken Seite Seceda und Seiser Alm etc. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Tatiana und Roberto!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was super comfortable, with a beautiful view, and looked exactly as pictured. The place had everything we needed—a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine (coffee provided!), a tea kettle, toaster, pans, pots, a small fridge, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine, which was a great bonus when skiing every day. There were TVs in both the kitchen and bedroom, adding to the cozy atmosphere. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the ski bus, which takes you to the nearest lift. From there, it's only two stops to the Sellaronda slopes! You can purchase tickets online or directly on the bus for convenience. For those looking to rent a snowboard, I highly recommend Detomas shop—they have the best pro gear. We truly loved our stay and will definitely recommend this place to our friends. Would happily stay here again!
