The location was amazing, looks over the entire region from above. If your looking for an authentic Italian stay, stay here! Also, the host provided amazing help with local cuisine that was gluten free. Overall nothing but helpful and enjoyable! Would stay again!

At Check-In, I was greeted by to awesome hosts, friendly, professional, courteous...provided a warm/heartfelt welcome. The pictures provided were perfect. However, actually being in the moment, seeing the accommodations just took my breath away; I was in awe. I felt humbled and honored to stay in such a historical building...breathtaking. Everything was just perfect! The accommodations were pristine upon check-in. I slept like a baby, felt like I had returned home. Normally, when I travel for long periods of time, at the end, I am truly exhausted from traveling, not being able to sleep, not during this stay; I had the best sleep I've had in years. In fact, this time, I did not need additional time to recover, I felt rested. I knew Polcenigo would provide an enchanted experience, but, my expectations were exceeded; magical. I am making arrangements for my next visit in March, Albergo Diffuso-Lacchin Palace, il Borgo is my home-away form home. Thanks Albergo Diffuso Staff! TyR

L’esperienza è stata eccellente. All’orario preventivato era praticamente tutto a posto e mi sono state date le istruzioni necessarie per le chiavi e la gestione della casa, anche un consiglio su dove prendere da mangiare. Tutto era tranquillissimo e perfetto, ho trascorso una serata piacevole e rilassata, e al mattino per la colazione ho potuto scegliere tra una vasta gamma di prodotti a disposizione, per tutti i gusti. Host gentile e precisa, se ricapiterà sarò felice di tornare. Grazie!!!

This 3 bedroom apartment at The Villa Stern was modern and nicely kept. The views, relaxing ambiance and alpacas created for a unique stay in the Italian Dolomites. I would recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a central point to base for exploration of the Dolomites with many destinations being 1:15-2 hours away. I would definitely stay again.

Appartement très spacieux et agréable. Proche du centre à pied. Très bon petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel mais un peu cher. Spa très agréable (en supplément ). Parking gratuit. Petit bémol pas de Wifi et de climatisation. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement! Merci

Virkelig smukt område - omgivet af bjerge og kort afstand til sø! Kort afstand til mange af Dollomitternes kendte vandreruter og smukke søer. Lejligheden ikke luxuriøs, svarer til billederne. Vi manglede intet! Værten/ejeren super sød at kommunikere med. hurtig til at svare og kom med gode forslag til oplevelser/vandreturen i området. Helt sikkert et besøg værd!

This is a serviced apartment so it’s a bit different than a standard Airbnb! They came to clean and replace the sheets and towels halfway through our stay which was very nice! The one downside is that the kitchen isn’t stocked for cooking- not even basics like salt/pepper and oil. It is stocked like a hotel room with coffee, tea, and sugar packets. Everything in the house was perfectly clean and exactly as advertised and we felt it was an excellent value for the price. All the laundry necessities were available, the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, and the AC was nice and cold. The free parking was also a nice perk.

L'appartement se situe dans une résidence de très bon standing, à proximité des commerces et de très belles randonnées. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. Gros plus pour l'accueil et les recommandations au top de Claudine.

Piacevole appartamento con balcone in struttura con servizio di navetta verso impianti da sci, con piscina e piccola sauna. Parcheggio riservato incluso e carrellino utilissimo per il trasporto dei bagagli. Supermercato ed altro raggiungibile a piedi, in cinque giorni non abbiamo mai usato la nostra auto.

Skvělý pobyt v prostorném a čistém apartmánu, za celou dobu jsme neměli žádný problém. Kuchyň je plně vybavena, chyběla nám pouze sůl, pepř a olej, které jsou v popisu apartmánu uvedeny. Linda byla skvělá hostitelka, je zde možnost objednání jídla v restauraci.

Really nice and cozy apartment, well furnished and clean. Nice restaurants and pizzeria around it. Beautiful surroundings! We’ll be back.

We had a great ski vacation at Alan's place. He had many recommendations for ski, restaurants, and local stores. Always responsive, kind, flexible, and also has a beautiful spa to relax at, a the end of the day. Hope to come back again!

Posto centralissimo per raggiungere tutti i punti da vedere in Alta Badia. Struttura un po’ vintage, ma pulita e ben tenuta. Raggiungibile a piedi La Villa collegata con i bus per raggiungere agevolmente tutta la zona.

We had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast at the downstairs restaurant was good and the staff was friendly - they even offered help navigating the mountains and shared tips for the best possible experience.

Impecable! Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Con privacidad, parque privado y las vistas increíbles.

My fiancée & I have now been to Polcenigo 3 times in the last year & have fell in love with the village. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean with perfect amenities. Claudia is a dream host.
