Province of Biella : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Ottima struttura molto ben tenuta e di recente ristrutturazione. Comodissime le camere, la maggior parte con proprio bagno privato. Bellissime le aree esterne, perfette per un weekend tra amici con bambini. L'host, Pierre, è stato gentile e molto disponibile!

Our group of 4 had a great stay at Roberto’s apartment in Cervinia. The property has a homely alpine feel and is well equipped for a week’s skiing. We enjoyed the communal south facing kitchen living room and balcony after a day out on the slopes. There is storage for skis in the apartment complex but we left our skis in the garage in the basement as it was easier (a suggested improvement would be a heated ski locker to dry out boots). Access to the slopes is almost ski in / ski out - depending on how quickly you can walk with skis it is 3-5 minutes to the nearest red slope down to the Cretaz chair lift. Communication at check-in and check-out was clear.

Luca veramente gentile, ha accolto noi e la nostra cagnolina in un modo veramente speciale. Ci ha dato mano con i bagagli e ci ha dato spunto per visitare. Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Lovely place. Simple, with modern amenities. It is quiet, 5/10 mins by car from Cervinia. There are neighbours (who were lovely), it is a semi-detached. All the things you need, relaxing place. Bedrooms were bigger than expected. There were two of us, it would sleep 8 just be aware that the configuration is two large rooms, one with double and bunk beds, one with two doubles. Ideal for families.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Maria Antonietta. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar der Kühlschrank war gefüllt. Die Wohnung ist schön und bietet viel Platz, das Bett war auch bequem. Der Innenhof ist toll, man hat direkten Zugang von allen Zimmern - und unsere Tochter hat sich sehr über die Rutsche gefreut :).

Smještaj je bio jako ugodan, čist i predivno rustikalno uređen. Kuća se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji s divnim pogledom na jezero, a upute koje smo dobili su nam omogućile da dođemo do nje bez problema. Također, u smještaju su nas dočekala svježa jaja, sok, slatkiši, pjenušac i drugi pokloni, što je vrlo lijepo i pohvalno. Svaka preporuka za ovaj smještaj ako želite miran i ugodan odmor, mi smo se osjećali kao kod kuće.

We had a wonderful week at Sebastian's cozy and spacious villa. The open space plan of the living/dining area is very inviting (good cooking area and a beautiful large dining table) for convivial dinners and brunches. The area is very calm and safe. The beds are comfortable. The house offers enough privacy for mixed companies of two families. The location allows for day trips to the Boromeo Islands, Stresa, Santa Caterina, Rocca di Angera, all worth a visit. The town of Ispra, ten minutes away, has got good local shops - the famous Pasticceria San Gabriele and an excellent wine shop next to it. The communication with Sebastiano was always quick and very positive. We had no issues at all. We recommend staying in Ranco and can imagine that a summer holiday, when the pool is open and the garden in full blossom, will be even more marvellous. We would like to come back.

Paola en Silvio zijn ontzettend gastvrije hosts. Ze wonen beneden in het dorp en hebben dit pand zelf als tweede woning waar ze af en toe verblijven. Ernaast is de zelfstandige vakantiewoning. We voelden ons helemaal thuis en hadden een authentieke Piemontse ervaring met de echt mooie omgeving. Paola gaf goede tips voor de omgeving, veel dank voor de prachtige ervaring. De wifi werkt, maar is door de afgelegen ligging niet altijd stabiel genoeg om intensief mee te werken. Houd dus vakantie hier.

Incantevole. L’amore per l’arte di Melania traspira in questo bellissimo appartamento. La pace e la tranquillità che cercavamo hanno reso il nostro soggiorno proprio piacevole. Utilissimi anche i consigli sui dintorni che abbiamo apprezzato molto!

Pour notre séjour chez Loretta, tout s'est bien passé. Elle a tenu à nous accueillir en personne pour nous faire visiter la maison. Elle avait préparer un petit apéritif dans le frigo qui était très agréable. Loretta est très gentille et serviable, flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. De plus, elle a accepté très gentiment ma chienne et lui a réservé un très bon accueil à elle aussi. La maison est grande avec 2 chambres équipées de clim, une cuisine fonctionnelle et un jardin bien entretenu. Par contre attention avec le garage qui est très étroit et dans une allée sans issus pas grande non plus. Pour la localisation, le quartier est calme (hormis pour les chiens qui aboient la nuit). Biella est une ville avec un bon nombre de supermarchés, restaurants, un centre commercial à 15min du logement pour les commodités (marché tous les lundis, jeudis et samedis). Pour les randonnées, plusieurs lacs de montagne autour du logement (minimum 30 min de route). Je recommande !

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, gli spazi all’interno dell’appartamento confortevoli in ordine e puliti, l’appartamento è completo di tutto, la. cucina dispone di forno a microonde, fornelli e quanto necessario per cucinare. Molto suggestivi gli esterni, la casa è immersa nel verde e gode di una vista incantevole, si può vedere la valle e il paese. Torneremo sicuramente a trovare Marinella, oste precisa premurosa e gentile.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay in Sara's apartment. It is just across the road from the lake, very conveniently located in a quiet end of the promenade whilst at the same time within easy walking distance of all the waterfront gelateria, pubs and restaurants of Viverone. Parking is inside the gate on premises. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the aircondition was great to have on hot days. Sara kindly offered us use of her pedal boats which we really enjoyed using to tour around Lake Viverone and to swim from. The outdoor terrace is very spacious and was lovely for eating in the evening. Sara was also very kind in being open to our wish to adjust checkin and checkout times as we wished to move in early and move out early because of our flight timings. Lovely experience throughout. We hope to be able to visit this place again.

We had a great stay at Saras apartment with our kids. The atmosphere was very familial, which we really appreciated. There was this gorgeous terrace (but beware of mosquitos in the afternoon) and some fine extras like renting a pedal boat or a bike for free. We really liked the dipping into the sea (from the boat or some extra places) and had some fine tours on our own (by car), f.ex. to Torino, Oropa or simply to the adjacent castle of Rappolo or a certain café in Azeglio. Sara and her family are very helpful and relaxed hosts - thank you!!

Un posto splendido per trovare pace e nutrire la propria creatività! La casa è spaziosa, luminosa e accogliente, invita alla condivisione e alla bellezza delle cose semplici, e ogni dettaglio racconta l'arte e la passione per il teatro! Falletti è una frazione deliziosa immersa nella natura, e Manuela un'ospite frizzante e simpatica! Ci torneremo!

Vores varmeste anbefalinger herfra. Et helt fantastisk sted i rolige og smukke omgivelser. Lejligheden er skøn og har den mest fantastiske udsigt over søen. Nem adgang til sø og aktiviteter og kun en kort gåtur langs søen til Mergozzo. Vores børn var desuden meget begejstret for de rene og lækre pools. Vi mødte et utroligt varmt og imødekommende værtspar og kan kun anbefale at bo her. Der er absolut ikke nogle minusser.

Casa Dolce Vita was the perfect 4-day break for my son and I. Fantastic accommodation, provided everything that we needed with very beautiful view over the lake from the lounge and balcony. Each morning started with watching the sun rise over the lake with freshly made espresso. A very peaceful neighbourhood, especially at the end of season, which is exactly what we were looking for. A handful of very cool bars and restaurants in close proximity (a short and hilly 5-10-minute walk into Belgirate or 15-minute walk to Lesa, or Belgirate Train Station). Alberto was the perfect host. He greeted us with a smile upon our arrival and provided us with both practical information and local recommendations. The house was spotlessly clean and provided all the essentials, including a well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend Casa Dolce Vita and I am already looking forward to coming back in the future. Grazie mille Alberto!

Siamo stati benissimo da Elena: la casa è deliziosa, silenziosa, pulita e facile da raggiungere, la vista è bellissima, e i proprietari deliziosamente gentili.

Skvělé ubytovaní, rychlá komunikace s hostitelem vše proběhlo hladce. Ubytování splnilo naše očekávání.

Sophie ist eine tolle und sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll um das Wohl ihrer Gäste sorgt. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt. Sogar als das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt hat, hat sie uns spontan Spiele für uns und auch die Kinder gebracht. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen! Vielen Dank :)

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Baveno. Laura ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie ist proaktiv in der Kommunikation und sehr hilfsbereit bei aufkommenden Fragen (es gab sogar ein Info-Sheet mit Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge) . Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bis auf einen Backofen (wenn man ihn braucht) fehlte es an nichts. Einzig, die Wände zum Nachbarappartment sind recht hellhörig.

Liebe Marilena, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft und Marilena hat auf Fragen sehr schnell reagiert. Der Garten , der Pool und der Ausblick auf dem Lago Maggiore einfach nur Traumhaft. 😍 Auch vielen Dank für den Tipp zur Pizzeria „Aldo“ in Arona. Sehr lecker und nur zu empfehlen 😋 Wir wünschen dir und deiner Familie alles gute und wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmals vorbeischauen 😃 Wenn ich mir noch etwas wünschen würde, wäre es eins zwei Sonnenliegen mehr.
