Luca è una persona molto precisa, disponibile e amichevole. Con la neve fuori abbiamo trovato l'abitazione calda e accogliente, e il posto molto bello. È andato tutto benissimo.

Immerso nella pace in collina tra ulivi e vigneti, l'appartamento si è rivelato davvero ampio e confortevole, corrispondente alle foto. Parcheggio interno sempre disponibile, insonorizzazione efficace a finestre chiuse, materassi e cuscini di buona qualità uniti all'aria condizionata presente nella camera da letto, ci hanno permesso di riposare al meglio. Dal terrazzo si gode del fantastico panorama (un'autentica cartolina) e, alla sera, non manca mai, persino nelle giornate più calde di agosto, una bell'arietta fresca che rende molto piacevole il soggiorno. Gianluca e la sua famiglia si sono dimostrati gentili, attenti, disponibili e pronti per qualsiasi evenienza. Presenti quando serve e discreti allo stesso tempo. E' la soluzione ideale per ogni tipo di vacanza, in breve tempo si raggiungono mare o montagna, o anche essere la base per andare a visitare le bellezze dell'Abruzzo e del Molise. Davvero consigliato!

Buona posizione per comodità di spostamenti in auto e facilità di parcheggio, meno per la rumorosità in quanto affaccia sulla statale un po’ rumorosa, non è adatta per raggiungere il centro paese a piedi comodissima invece per la spiaggia antistante privata

Nous avons occupé les deux appartements pendant une semaine au mois d’août . Notre premier critère était de des trouver un logement pour 15 personnes pour des vacances en famille enfants et cousins . Nous voulions un logement confortable avec un extérieur pour les grandes tablées familiales . Et être à proximité de la Mer pour que chacun puisse être autonome à son rythme . En cela la villa Arzilla a été parfaite ! En plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et hyper réactifs! Même si cela reste secondaire Le style des appartements nous a beaucoup plu avec son esprit brocante vintage ! La petite plage accessible à proximité n’est pas paradisiaque il y a bien sûr des plages plus jolies aux alentours mais à nous elle a beaucoup plus car elle était notre plage quasi privée très peu fréquentée et aussi parce que nous avons pu y apporter tout le matériel de plage lits et parasol mis à disposition par Les propriétaires . Pour y être plus à l’aise je vous conseille de faire la connaissance de Mario le « patron » de la plage et de vous en faire un allié . Malgré son Apparence acariâtre il est très sympathique et il vous racontera son histoire de grand styliste et de grand nageur ! Bonnes vacances à la villa arzilla à la découverte de la magnifiQue région des Abruzzes !

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa il week end della befana. Ci ha accolti Francesca, sorella di Eleonora, molto cordiale, attenta a tutto e ad ogni nostra richiesta. La casa davvero accogliente, caldissima, nonostante grande, camere spaziose e fornita di tutto ciò di cui c'è bisogno in una casa. Posto bellissimo, tranquillo e centrale, bar sotto casa e nei dintorni tabacchi, alimentari...ci si può spostare tranquillamente senza macchina... La mattina della befana Francesca ha fatto trovare x i nostri bimbi una calza strapiena di caramelle. Gesto graditissimo è inaspettato... Fara è piccola ma davvero bella. Da visitare... Grazie di tutto!

We loved our time at Paolo's. He was super nice and very helpful with everything. He took us to Pescara the day after we arrived and helped me get a sim card for my phone and to the airport to rent a car. He told us good places to eat in Pescara and helped us with eveything that we asked, he checked in with us to see if we needed anything and he even brought us some fresh cheese. He brought his little chihuahua with him to visit us which was very nice since my wife told him how much she misses her dogs while we have been traveling. We loved the house, it had everything we needed and also had nice sitting and relaxing areas outside and even a stone bbq around back that we used. There was also a washer and two portable racks to hang clothes to dry after washing and a couple of folding lounge chairs to chill in whenever you wanted! The surrounding area is beautiful, with mountains and big rolling fields close by. Hope to see you again soon! Thanks Paolo! 100% recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at Stefanias. The location is unbeatable, absolutely gorgeous. Views of rolling hills, the beautiful garden, and the sea on a clear day. The apartment was perfect! Had everything we needed, and very spacious and very clean. Breakfast each morning was delicious! We’d recommend, and definitely come back!

Ottima comunicazione con Giancarlo, ottima posizione con vetrata in cucina da poter ammirare il Paesaggio con bei palazzi ed Alberi Innevati. 150m dal centro che si trova a via Roma. Ambiente bello caldo con bagno e doccia nuovi, balcone su strada e terrazzina che affaccia all'interno. Complimenti

Un fantastico soggiorno all'insegna della tranquillità e della natura. L'alloggio si trova esattamente di fronte all'area faunistica del lupo e la notte é possibile sentire gli ululati anche dall'interno. Il posto offre una privacy perfetta. Gli unici nei possono essere la salitina all'ingresso in cui é facile slittare con le ruote se si ha una macchina bassa e ovviamente, essendo un alloggio immerso nel verde, qualche insetto. Al nostro arrivo comunque siamo stati accolti con un buffet per la colazione molto fornito. La qualità-prezzo é assolutamente degna di nota.

Lille lejlighed med skøn udsigt til de smukkeste solopgange på dejlig terrasse. Fungerede fint som base. Køkken lidt småt - men heldigvis super gode muligheder for fantastisk mad til rimelige penge i køreafstand. Alberto er en skøn vært og gav os fantastiske anbefalinger på udflugter og spisesteder. Ikke mindst det lille marked om fredagen i kort afstand fra huset. Her startede vores morgen også hver dag med skøn kaffe på det lille kaffested. En del var lukket ned for sæsonen omend vejret stadig var fantastisk. Dette gjorde dog ikke vores 9 nætters ophold mindre fantastisk. Tusind tak Alberto for alt din information og fleksibilitet ift. indtjekning. Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie og håber at komme igen.

Malgré un souci de santé de l'hôte, est venue nous rendre visite, très amicale et bienveillante. Ayant de la famille dans les environs, c'est un endroit que nous retenons pour une prochaine venue.

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche leider nur mit dem Notwendigsten eingerichtet. Den großen Pool hatten wir meist für uns alleine. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Wirklich zum Entspannen. Das Meer jedoch nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Tolle Strände in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Dear Gunilla and Niklas we thought your house was just perfect with the most spectacular views. Many thanks for the help with the lighting to the steps. We watered the plants as often as we could and managed to clean the pool with the robot a couple of times each week. We will be back and I understand Jo Jo's family have already booked for next year so we will fit our dates around them.

Appartamento pulito e ordinato, dispone di ampio terrazzino ombreggiato e sfruttabile dalla colazione alla cena, con vista su puscina e su mare. Dal terrazzino si accede a un giardinetto che porta direttamente in piscina. A pochi passi dalla Via Verde, la pista ciclabile sul lungomare della costa dei Trabocchi.

This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet but still close to a small town for restaurants, Marketing and shops. The house itself its beautiful and rustique not the newest highend beds but more than enough. The pool is located perfect for both sunbathing and being in the shade on the patio. You need to have rental car to get by. And that makes it drivning distance aproc 1 hour på Termoli and Vasto by the eastcoast and mediteranian ocean and 1,5 hour drive to pompeji and Naples on the westcoast. Also close by is waterfalls antingen foundaries the tonw of pietrabondante with old roman remains and the top of the Mountain is 1000 m above sealevel and quite easy to get to. our family ( 2 daughters and wife) enjoyed our stay. And its not impossible we might returnera one day. And at last the host Vittorio was the perfect host helped us with anything we asked for, answered fast and was really polite. I would recomend this place for everyone who wants to experience Italy.

Stupendo soggiorno in una tranquillissima zona di vasto. Accesso a tanti ristoranti e tante attività ad un massimo di venti minuti di auto. Matteo disponibilissimo e per niente invadente. Tutto il complesso di alloggi risulta molto curato e pulito. La zona è molto tranquilla e immersa nella natura. Torneremo sicuramente

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche zu viert mit Hund in der Villa Margherita verbracht und uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der große Garten bietet viele gemütliche Sitzecken, der riesige Pool war einfach perfekt. Unser Hund liebte es, durch den Olivenhain zu laufen, toll war, das das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge, angenehm war auch die flexible Check out-Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

we were a group of 11 and had plenty of space. there was no soap when we showed up which was probably our fault, but they brought some over right away. So bring your own soap. the kitchen was easy to use but could use a few more updated pots and pans. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The surrounding area is beautiful but a bit far from activities and attractions but close enough to many grocery stores. overall it was good for us
