Elena is a warm and responsive host - very flexible to accommodate our needs and seems to have thought of everything to make us feel welcome and at home. Check-in is easy with a helpful video and guide for the house and the region, and Elena is very quick to respond to all messages. The flat is well appointed with plenty of supplies of all the basics. Spacious and well set up for a family. Restaurants, shops, beaches and ferry are all within easy walking distance (flat), and the garage takes the pressure off finding a park. While we were there, the weather was very hot, and the portable air conditioners helped somewhat, but not completely- but this is perhaps normal in mid-August! Would recommend.

sehr kleines (1 zimmer inkl. Küche) aber feines studio, trotz erdgeschoss extrem ruhig, sehr praktisch ausgestattet, kommunikation mit gastgeberin super schnell und hilfreich, matratze sehr gemütlich, sehr nahe am see

Der Check-In hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Anweisungen hatte ich vom Vermieter per Nachrichtendienst erhalten. Die Schlüssel-Box war einfach zu finden und nicht weit von der eigentlichen Ferienwohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie das beschriebene Inventar waren vorhanden. Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Bedienung der Komfort-Dusche muss man erstmal ausprobieren… hat bei uns einen Moment gedauert, bis wir herausgefunden hatten, wie man das Wasser anstellt. Die Anlage war nur mit Schlüssel zu betreten, die Eingangstür mit einem Sicherheitsschloss gesichert. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Tiefgarage war durch ein Tor gesichert. Tor und Garagentor waren mit Fernbedienung zu öffnen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, der See selbst ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Auch preislich sehr attraktiv. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Max hat uns ausführlich gezeigt, wie wir in der Anlage zurecht kommen und uns gut beraten, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele lieben Dank für alles!!

Cozy, beautiful and spotless clean apartment located at a stone throw from the center and the lake…the location is perfect and Alina is a most accommodating and friendly host. A truly beautiful stay.

Such an easy check in process. Marco gave us great recommendations and his place is in the perfect location! Everything was walkable and beautiful. This Airbnb had everything we needed.

Super Lage und bei den Privatparkplätzen war immer einer verfügbar! Einziges Manko war evtl., dass das Bad direkt ans Schlafzimmer angränzt, daher eher für Paare und Familien geeignet als für Freunde.

Hvilket dejlig og roligt sted ved Gardasøen. Lucia er en rigtig god vært der var en stor hælp under opholdent. Det sted kan varmt anbefales, hvis man ønsker et sted uden mange turister.

I really enjoyed my stay, the apartment was clean, modern and organized , top of all thanks to Mrs Elisa , for her grate welcome and friendly attitude , the location of the apartment was perfect, in walking distance lots of restaurants and cafes and markets, banks, gas station , parking , what do you need more , I will come again and again and I strongly recommend it for every couples alone or with their children , the price of the rent worth every penny .

a The most amazing apartment we have ever stayed in ! Totally unique and homely. Roberto is a charming gentleman, was there to meet us and is a great host. The moment you step in you are greeted with a large, fully equipped apartment with a warmth and charm that would be hard to find elsewhere. The decor , art work and furnishings showed that a great deal of care and love had been put into the design . The bed is huge and very comfortable ( memory foam mattress I think ! ) , the bathroom is modern , well kept and also large. We didn’t use the kitchen area but it was fully equipped .There are so many thoughtful small touches , like the luxury bath robes and towels , umbrella’s for the odd spot of rain , iron, hairdryer and safe .The location is perfect , in an old cobbled side street just a 15 walk downhill from the station and a few strides into the main old town area. This was truly a hidden gem amongst the many soleless apartments you might look at . Superb in every way !
