Le logement était une maison située à flanc de montagne, plusieurs logements cohabitaient tout en ayant leur intimité et leur extérieur propre. Le logement était équipé de tous les équipements décrits et tout était parfaitement fonctionnel, notre hôte nous a même trouvé une grande poêle pour cuisiner plus facilement ! La propriété bénéficie d'emplacements de parking privatifs et ombragés ce qui n'est pas négligeable. La piscine située en contrebas des logements offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Pratovecchio offre tous les commerces nécessaires ouverts généralement jusqu'à 20h. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence, Sienne, et tous les villages environnants qui offrent tous un couvent, un château, un vignoble, bref vous ne vous ennuierez pas. The hosts were very friendly and responsive answering all queries very quickly. The accommodation was exceedingly tidy with a well equipped kitchen and everything you needed during the stay. The pool was a good size and clean. The house had air conditioning in the two bedrooms although not in the main living part of the house which did get quite warm in the August heat. We used the wood fuelled BBQ once but didn’t take the opportunity to use the pizza oven. Most days we ate one meal at the accommodation and one in a local restaurant (many to choose from and the host offered recommendations). The whole building was made up of two accommodations (the one we hired and a second where the host was staying) although this can also be rented out. Although the hosts were on site in the adjacent house, they kept out of the way and cleaned the pool daily leaving and were on hand for queries. A great place for a family retreat and would recommend to others. Thanks Anat!

Sempre piacevole tornare da Marzia, una casa perfetta per una reunion con la famiglia o per un weekend con gli amici. La piscina ti intrattiene di giorno ed il barbecue la sera. Il centro di Montiano, a due passi da casa, è perfetto per un aperitivo. Marzia sempre disponibile e piacevole.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Die Lage war hervorragend, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und in der Nähe verschiedener Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Empfehlungen für zukünftige Gäste: Essen: Pizza: Trucolo Hamburger: Arde Gelato: Puro & Bio Cervia (absolutes Highlight!) Aktivitäten: Besuch im Beach Club Sonnenaufgang und Ebbe am Molo di Ponente Cervia Mirabilandia Freizeitpark Passo delle Streghe in San Marino Italia in Miniatura Arbeiten in den Salinen am Dienstag Nützliche Tipps: Anti-Mücken-Spray: Unbedingt mitbringen, da abends einige Mücken unterwegs sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Ein Besuch im Coop Supermarkt lohnt sich für ein leckeres Frühstück. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt fantastisch und wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

We had the privilege of staying 4 weeks at Eleonora's Mazzino villa during our parental leave. Wow. It's a beautiful property and you are as disconnected as you want to be. Eleonora was responsive and overly kind in making us feel welcome – After a series of mishaps at Bologna airport including big delays and lost luggage, I hope that she never has to stay up late for incoming visitors again. The local community, Tredozio, is quaint. We found its weekly Tuesday market and meat/fruit shops to be great to add to our shopping at the larger Modigliana's supermarket. The pool area was serene for reading and working out with reliable WiFi; we loved running the local roads (except no go on Sundays with the hunters). Kitchen is well-stocked with gear and the stove works well. Bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor gave our group the ability to hang out or get some off time. Heads up: The roads are a bit nauseating and being in the country you will hang out with bugs. My overall memories: A+++

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful remote cottage in Italy! You can truly feel how much love and effort has gone into this property, everything is arranged so thoughtfully, making it a perfect getaway. The house was cozy, well-equipped, and surrounded by stunning nature. Simone was an exceptional host, always available, super helpful, and even went out of the way to assist us when we forgot something at the accommodation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und eingerichtet! Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Man kann zu Fuß super schnell in den Ort gelangen und dort etwas essen und trinken wenn man möchte. Marco ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Weine sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Ci abbiamo trovato benissimo,(anche il mio piccolo cane🐶), la casa era veramente molto pulita,Lorenzo come Host stato molto presente, Speriamo di ritornarci presto.

Loretta var lätt att komma i kontakt med före och under vår vistelse. Lägenheten låg i ett lugnt område och det var tyst i huset. Modern inredning och välfungerande funktion med undantag av kyl som var lite för varm. Vi rekomenderar varmt Cervia och denna lägenheten!

Bellissimo posto, immerso nel verde, con uno splendido giardino e la piscina comoda e funzionale. Luogo utile per il relax e la tranquillità. Ha tutto ciò che serve per stare bene. La signora Daniela gentile e disponibile, pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Un posto da non perdere.

Valerio ci ha accolti nella sua spaziosa casa con gentilezza e calore, portandoci anche un graditissimo omaggio. L’appartamento è comodo, con ampi spazi e un posto auto riservato custodito di fronte all’ingresso di casa. Insomma, più che consigliato. Ottima esperienza. Grazie Valerio

Agriturismo Re Piano is een heerlijke relaxte plek om te verblijven. We werden gastvrij ontvangen en rondgeleid door Dick en Antonella waardoor je je eigenlijk al heel snel thuis voelde. Het uitzicht was prachtig, en we hadden een gezellig en schoon verblijf plus balkon en nog een privé tuin met ligstoelen . Het zwembad en de mooi aangelegde tuin met ligstoelen en parasols was ook een fijne plek, genoeg ruimte om lekker te genieten. Fijne sfeer op een prachtige plek! Helaas hadden we te weinig tijd om de omgeving te ontdekken, maar we komen zeker nog eens terug . We verheugen er ons nu al op. Groetjes Wim, Marja en Rico.

10 giorni di vacanza in questa casa, ho stato molto felice, un bellísimo posto in mezzo della Natura, comunque fantastico, Roberta molto gentile è solare. La casa molto particolare, tutto pulito e sistemato. Io sonó molto contenta di avere scelto questa casa per fare la mia vacanza. Ci pensò di tornare tra un po’. Grazie mille ☺️

La casa di Enrico è in una zona davvero tranquilla e immersa nel verde, ottimo il grande giardino completamente recintato, perfetto per i nostri cani. La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Enrico è stato molto ospitale, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ci ha dato molti ottimi consigli per mangiare e scoprire i dintorni. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e abbiamo davvero apprezzato questa vacanza. Molto molto consigliato!

Un logement plein de charme en pleine campagne d'Émilie-Romagne. La maison est très bien décorée et tout le nécessaire est fourni. Bel extérieur avec table et hamac. Tout est très propre. Roberta nous a très bien accueillie et il a été facile de communiquer avec elle. Le logement est assez isolé, accessible via des routes sinueuses et il y a pas mal de moustiques. Les chambres sont assez proches et les salles de bains partagées. Ce Airbnb reste un super emplacement pour profiter du calme de la campagne et aller faire un tour à Saint-Marin (30 minutes).

Il posto è meraviglioso, immerso nella natura, Roberta e Cinzia sono due Host discrete e professionali attente alle esigenze degli ospiti. La casa è ospitale e abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serve per una colazione ricca e variegata. I nostri cani ben accetti e uno splendido guardino.

Casa immersa nel verde con ampio giardino e splendide passeggiate nei dintorni, posto meraviglioso.
