Province de Forlì-Cesena : locations de maisons de vacances

Le logement était une maison située à flanc de montagne, plusieurs logements cohabitaient tout en ayant leur intimité et leur extérieur propre. Le logement était équipé de tous les équipements décrits et tout était parfaitement fonctionnel, notre hôte nous a même trouvé une grande poêle pour cuisiner plus facilement ! La propriété bénéficie d'emplacements de parking privatifs et ombragés ce qui n'est pas négligeable. La piscine située en contrebas des logements offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Pratovecchio offre tous les commerces nécessaires ouverts généralement jusqu'à 20h. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence, Sienne, et tous les villages environnants qui offrent tous un couvent, un château, un vignoble, bref vous ne vous ennuierez pas. Luciana was a perfect host. They greeted us on arrival and gave a tour. They had documents to support local experiences. They organised farewell drinks and savouries. The home is like a beautiful old family home. Perfectly appointed with beautiful antiques and fresh linen. There were 2 kitchens full of everything you need to cook. The pool and grounds were exceptional with towels, sun beds and even pool toys. It was the most perfect place for my family of 10 celebrating my 60th birthday. We all made memories of a life time and met two beautiful souls in Luciana and her husband Aldo. This is a very special place.

Wij hebben twee weken een fantastische tijd gehad in het huisje van Ivan. Het ligt op een geweldige locatie bovenop de heuvel tussen de wijnvelden. Het uitzicht zowel overdag als ‘s avonds is fantastisch. Ivan is ook een geweldige host. Reageert heel snel en denkt mee en komt met leuke dingen. Zo hebben we zelfs met ons gezin een bbq en wijnproeverij gehad. Supergezellig. Ik denk dat we zeker nog een keer langsgaan. Een echt aanrader als je van rust en privacy houdt. In de buurt ook leuke uitstapjes mogelijk. Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini, Venetië en Florence is allemaal goed te doen in een dag.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive answering all queries very quickly. The accommodation was exceedingly tidy with a well equipped kitchen and everything you needed during the stay. The pool was a good size and clean. The house had air conditioning in the two bedrooms although not in the main living part of the house which did get quite warm in the August heat. We used the wood fuelled BBQ once but didn’t take the opportunity to use the pizza oven. Most days we ate one meal at the accommodation and one in a local restaurant (many to choose from and the host offered recommendations). The whole building was made up of two accommodations (the one we hired and a second where the host was staying) although this can also be rented out. Although the hosts were on site in the adjacent house, they kept out of the way and cleaned the pool daily leaving and were on hand for queries. A great place for a family retreat and would recommend to others. Thanks Anat!

De omgeving is erg mooi. Stia Poppi zijn zeker het bezoeken waard. Florence kan ook makkelijk met de trein. Het huis is eenvoudig maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral het terras met bbq en het zwembad ( met uitzicht ) zijn super. De tv heeft heel veel zenders waardoor wij ook het EK konden kijken.

Fijn en prachtig huis met heerlijk zwembad. Goede host, mooie omgeving. Hele fijne plek om Italië te ontdekken met veel leuke dingen in de buurt en om te ontspannen!

Sempre piacevole tornare da Marzia, una casa perfetta per una reunion con la famiglia o per un weekend con gli amici. La piscina ti intrattiene di giorno ed il barbecue la sera. Il centro di Montiano, a due passi da casa, è perfetto per un aperitivo. Marzia sempre disponibile e piacevole.

The accommodations were exactly what we were expecting. Communication was excellent. We were so well cared for, we exceeded expectations at the World Club Crew World Championships! Take care and all the best.

Amazing location and welcome. Very spacious and clean appartement close to the train station, beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket… Very quiet as well. Our hosts were just perfect. Our flight was delayed so arrived later than expected but we were very kindly welcomed! Communication was very easy and their help was there when we needed! Host fantastica, siamo stati benissimo. Debora gentilissima e molto disponibile, anche sulla flessibilità di orari di check in.

Wir sind so liebevoll aufgenommen worden und extra für uns wurde noch einmal die Zeit unserer Ankunft aus Mailand aktualisiert. Die Unterkunft war so wundervoll groß, hell, sauber, modern und chic ausgestattet. Sehr sehr verkehrsgünstig zu Fuß und mit Auto gelegen. Sehr gute Klimaanlage! Die Vermieter haben uns noch viele Discounts für Bagnio, Essen Unternehmungen gegeben. Bettwäsche, Seife, Handtücher, Shampoo waren wie ein sehr gutes Hotel vorhanden. Die Küche fantastisch ausgestattet. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand alles sofort fussläufig möglich. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort und würden am liebsten immer dort leben.

La casa si trova in una bellissima posizione,le camere ampie e pulite così come i bagni. La cucina attrezzatissima con tutto ciò che può servire per cucinare. Tutto davvero eccezionale

Beautiful place in the mountains of Casentino Forests National Park. Unforgettable vistas, lots of fantastic walking trails not far away. Nature, art and history to fill your days. Francesco and his parents are welcoming and always ready to help. Francesco met me in Badia Prataglia, the village 3 km down from his place and led the way. The house, built in traditional tuscan style is modernized for comfort. There is fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, barbecue, fireplace, internet, in other words - everything needed for comfortable stay. Strongly recommended. Ps. You do need to have a car to be able to fully enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Bellissimo alloggio, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma a due passi dal centro dinamico e pieno di vita. Ideale per staccare un po’ dalla routine. Casa pulita, ordinata e ben fornita. Vista impagabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Die Unterkunft von Davide ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Sie ist sehr großzügig und geräumig sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist perfekt, sodass man in wenigen Minuten am wunderschönen Strand und bei guten Restaurants ist. Ceriva ist auch sehr schön. Man kann viele interessante Städte besuchen und Davide ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Amazing hospitality! The hosts, Cinzia and Marco, are absolutely the best Airbnb hosts that we have experienced in all of our years of using this platform for booking our travels! The house is very comfortable and met our needs perfectly - but it was the hosts’ attention to the details and making sure that we had everything that we needed that made our stay outstanding. The house is located in a beautiful area of countryside in a small village, making it a very quiet and secure location when traveling with a car. We stayed for 3 nights, allowing us to explore Ravenna and its amazing Byzantine mosaics, as well as the small republic of San Marino (one more country for our list!) Thanks to Marco and Cinzia, who helped us book the experience, we also got to enjoy the thermal baths in the charming small town of Castrocaro Terme. We felt very well taken care of during our stay: from making sure that the heat was turned on for us during a cold night, to spoiling us at breakfast -Grazie mille!

Ho pernottato a villa Clara con amici per capodanno. La casa è molto comoda per un gruppo, noi eravamo in 6 e avevamo a disposizione due appartamenti contigui. Il panorama è incantevole e c'è la possibilità di fare qualche percorso di trekking intorno al paese di San leo. La cucina è ben fornita e molto accogliente. Sia Alberto che michele sono stati ottimi host, sempre disponibili al telefono. Sicuramente torneremo!

Casetta incantevole, una vera chicca! Maddalena è una host molto gentile e disponibile! È stato un vero peccato essere rimasti solo un giorno..torneremo!!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und haben es wieder sehr genossen! Es ist so ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Ort zum entspannen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und werden wieder kommen 😊

Abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo di 6 amici, visto che abbiamo fatto un lungo tour in moto tra diverse regioni d'Italia. E' stata la ciliegina del nostro viaggio, un posto meraviglioso, immerso nella natura , nel bel mezzo di un bosco nei pressi del passo del Muraglione. La sig.ra Lucia ed il marito sono stati accoglienti, gentili e disponibili fin da subito. Per noi che ricercavamo un ambiente del genere, abbiamo trovato la casa molto molto bella, soprattutto grande, con ampi spazi. Eravamo in 6 ma c'erano posti letto in abbondanza. Letti comodi, pulizia ottima e ben due bagni. Siamo rimasti davvero contenti e visto che era l'ultima tappa del nostro tour, possiamo dire di aver chiuso in bellezza. Peccato che, essendo campani, per noi non è dietro l'angolo ma ci ritornerei volentieri al più presto. Tanti saluti da tutti noi!

Casale ben organizzato e adatto ad una compagnia di tante persone per festeggiare capodanno. Bella posizione in campagna ma comunque vicino al centro e ai servizi. L'host è stata molto gentile e disponibile. C'è stato un inconveniente con il gas e siamo rimasti per del tempo senza fornelli, riscaldamento e acqua calda. Siamo consapevoli che l'accaduto non è imputabile all'host che, tra l'altro, si è subito attivata per provare a risolvere.
