Province of Gorizia : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati 4 giorni in Friuli e abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Elena e Giuseppe e delle loro cagnoline. La casa era pulitissima e fornita di tutto, comoda da raggiungere e con parcheggio interno. Il bel tempo ci ha fatto apprezzare anche il bel giardino. Siamo stati benissimo e ci torneremo molti volentieri.

The house is big and spacious, very well equipped, clean and tidy. It has a wonderful yard and is very close to Palmanova. Hosts are polite and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Krásný malý domek se vším co jsme i pro naši poměrně velkou rodinu potřebovali, v zajímavém prostředí přístavu. Pár minut chůze na jednu nebo druhou stranu jsou pěkné veřejné pláže přístupné i psům. S Letizií jsme se osobně nepotkali, ale naše dotazy a přání vždy super rychle a ochotně zodpověděla a splnila. Doufám, že se sem vrátíme.

Margherita è un host disponibile e gentile. Prontissima a rispondere ad ogni richiesta, e prodiga nel dare consigli sui posti da vedere e dove mangiare. La casa pulita ed in ordine. Davvero un bel soggiorno.

Estuvimos cinco días, todo estuvo muy bien, quisimos pero no pudimos quedarnos unos días más porque ya estaba comprometida, definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos allí, saludos a Manuela Antonella y su equipo.

Siamo stati ospitati in una bellissima casa, estremamente confortevole, immersa nella tranquillità dei meravigliosi paesaggi collinari del Friuli. Federica è una padrona di casa molto in gamba e super disponibile. L'agriturismo, molto vicino alla casa, è un luogo accogliente e abbiamo molto apprezzato la grande gentilezza del personale e anche i vini che vengono prodotti. Esperienza sicuramente molto positiva. Struttura molto bella, nuova, funzionale e ben organizzata con tutto il necessario per un eccellente soggiorno. Host Nicoló molto gentile e disponibile anche per tutte le informazioni sulla zona ricevute. Da consigliare sicuramente. Grazie ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Mauros Apartment. Es hat eine sehr gute Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswertes sind zu Fuß und/oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Direkt vom Apartment weg hat man einige Wanderrouten. Das Naturschutzgebiet von Duino liegt direkt hinter dem Garten. Das Apartment selbst ist groß, sauber, eigenes neues Badezimmer und der Gastgeber ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne wieder! :-)

Wenn es Probleme mit den Türschloss gab, war Giorgia sofort erreichbar und hat Probleme schnell lösen können.

Vivien welcomed us very warm-heartedly and showed us around the house. Everything was absolutely clean and there was kitchen equipment for every possible dish one would want to cook. The beds were comfy and feeding the cats and birds in the garden was a cute thing to do as well. We totally recommend hosts and house without any doubt!

Wow, Sandra's apartment is a real Italian pearl! The Balcony and all bedroom windows face the sea so that you always have an amazing panorama view. There is a sea shore walk right in front of the house which allows you to walk for 10km along the sea shore. A few minutes walk to the left and right is the beach. We were there with our three kids in early March, the weather was super sunny and we had an amazing time walking the beach, collecting beautiful shells, enjoying the many restaurants around, and just relaxing. The apartment is very comfy, with heating and AC working beautifully over a smart device. A bottle of each - wine, water, and juice were a nice welcoming gift. What a refreshing and calming experience! Thank you so much, Sandra!

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione fornita, pulito, ottimamente arredato e fornito di suppellettili. Vicino al centro ma in zona tranquilla e comoda ad ogni servizio. L'host ha inoltre fornito frigo e dispensa di una ricca e varia scelta di alimenti per la prima colazione. Assolutamente consigliato.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfreich und immer zuverlässig erreichbar. Die Wohnung war schön, hatte alles, war sauber und hatte darüberhinaus noch eine tolle Lage nahe am Meer. Wir können das Airbnb wärmstens empfehlen!

Alloggio come da descrizione, molto pulito ed ordinato. Annalisa è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Super consigliato!

Die Wohnung (besonders die Küche) ist wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Sie ist ziemlich groß (3 Zimmer, große Küche, Bad) und liegt ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums. Zu Fuß ist alles leicht zu erreichen. Ein Luxus ist der Stellplatz im Hof. Die Wohnung gehört auf dem Wohnungsmarkt in Gorizia sicherlich zu den besten. Wir haben uns eine Woche lang sehr wohl gefühlt, wozu auch die verbindliche und zugleich unaufdringliche Art der Gastgeberin beitrug. Der Kontakt zu ihr war unkompliziert, sie war jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles super, geräumige Wohnung, spazieren von der Haustür aus, schnell in der City. Gerne wieder!!

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Minden rendben volt, jó a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, közel van a parthoz. Parkoló helyet viszont nehéz találni egész Gradóban

Antonia ci ha gentilmente accolti nel suo appartamento, che abbiamo trovato anche più ampio e luminoso di quanto sembrasse dalle foto. C'era tutto il necessario, sia in cucina che in bagno; in più, Antonia ci ha procurato una culla per il nostro bimbo. Il grande Residence ha una piscina e molto verde attorno. Si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi il mare anche con il passeggino in una decina di minuti. Siamo stati bene! Lo consigliamo!

Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit 4 Personen ideal. Alles sehr neu - alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
