La casa é bellissima. Molto più suggestiva dal vivo che in foto. La posizione perfetta. Permette di visitare i dintorni molto facilmente. Immersa in una campagna unica, vista mozzafiato, casa con tutti i confort necessari per passare una vacanza con amici o in famiglia. Bruno é gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per consigli utili e azzeccati su servizi/ristoranti in zona. Vacanza da ricordare!!!

The house is really beautiful with a very nice, shared garden area. Directly next to the apartment is the other apartment that is placed in the building. The entrance is shared. The beach is directly across the road and even though the flat isn't far from the mainroad, it's perfectly quiet at night. The kitchen equipment is a bit sporadic but everything else was just fine.

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni bellissimi!! Il posto è veramente stupendo!! La casa semplice, ma con tutto il necessario! Giulia ci ha ricevuti ed è stata sempre disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Loren, Luigi, Thomas, Akira e Romeo sono i migliori vicini che potevamo avere! Persone (e animali) meravigliosi!! Non ci resta che ringraziare tutti. Ritorneremo volentieri e super consigliamo il soggiorno.

Es war einfach wie im Paradies. Absolute Ruhe, der Blick ein Traum, das Haus ein Juwel. Alles so wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pizzaofen und die Grillstelle waren der Hit. Alles Tip Top sauber und extrem gut ausgestattet. Einfach unfassbar schön und außergewöhnlich. Gaia die Gastgeberin war super lieb und hat immer sofort geantwortet. Dafür vergebe ich gleich nochmals 10 Sterne. Man fühlte sich total gut aufgehoben und aufs herzlichste willkommen. Man muss die Abgeschiedenheit allerdings mögen. Wer Action, viele Restaurants etc. gleich ums Eck möchte, der ist hier fehl am Platz. Die Lage ist optimal um Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, einfach das ganze Val d'Orcia zu erkunden. Entfernung Arezzo, San Gimignano ca. eineinhalb Stunden. Nächster Coop ca. 20 Minuten in Monterroni. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen. Bitte auf etwas schwierige Straßenverhältnisse einstellen, was aber nichts untypisches in der Toscana ist.

Wir waren im September 9 Tage zu zweit in der Wohnung. Die Einfahrt zum Haus liegt an der Hauptstraße, sonst gibt es keine Häuser in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist traditionell, alles sauber geputzt. Küche + Bad waren sauber, gut ausgestattet und alles funktioniert trotz des Alters gut. Es gibt zwei Toiletten. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und relativ neu. Die Waschmaschine im Hof ebenfalls. Das Doppelbett hat gute Matratzen, ist bequem und quietscht nicht. Die Polster vom Schlafsofa im Esszimmer sind nicht mehr gut. Da rieselt Plastik raus. Der Check In war an der Rezeption einer Wohnanlage ca drei Kilometer entfernt. Dort zahlt man auch die Kurtaxe. Die nette Mitarbeiterin fuhr mit uns, dem Schlüssel, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Putzutensilien zum Haus und hat uns alles gezeigt. An der Hauptstraße gibt es viele offene Container für alle Müll Sorten. Der schöne Naturstrand ist direkt hinter dem Haus. Check Out war auch unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. This functional family holiday home located in a quiet area of the Argentario peninsula between the Orbatella Laguna and the unspoilt and uncrowded Gianella Beach, was a perfect location for the laid-back beach holiday we longed for and as great a base for our adult children to experience the different beaches and the local nightlife just a short car drive away. The grassy, private garden, with an outdoor shower, was a great space to spend the hottest hours of the day and for open-air dining in the evening. When booking we had been slightly concerned about mosquitoes but this was not at all an issue during our stay. We would certainly recommend this accommodation and would return without a doubt.

Flavio e sua moglie ci hanno accolto con cortesia e disponibilità dandoci delle buone dritte. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo e ben attrezzato, ma tra tutto spicca la splendida terrazza, ampia e spaziosa, dove godere una vista mozzafiato. In particolare si può cenare ammirando tutti colori del tramonto sul mare e sulle isole.

Spędziliśmy w mieszkaniu Grazielli cały miesiąc. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Graziella przygotowała nam komplet rekomendacji lokalnych restauracji oraz miejsc wartych zobaczenia i byliśmy cały czas w kontakcie. Bardzo, bardzo polecamy to miejsce! Graziella dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy! Bardzo było miło Cię poznać i pobyt u Ciebie będziemy wspominać z nostalgią. Wojtek i Martyna

Nous sommes revenus cette année après un premier séjour l'année dernière. On ne se lasse pas de cet endroit et l'appartement est idéal, chaleureux, avec du caractère. Le balcon qui lui donne son nom est effectivement un atout incroyable.

Ho scelto questo splendido agriturismo per staccare dalla routine cittadina di Roma, tutto fantastico puro relax per me e per i miei due pelosi. Splendido panorama, il lago si raggiunge tramite un piccolo sentiero,una volta arrivati c'è ha disposizione lettini e ombrelloni, si può fare il bagno tranquillamente senza avere il fondale melmoso, acqua pulita, sono molto soddisfatta tornerò presto.Grazie Roberto di tutto.

Vilmo is a true super host. He is most considerate and also very funny. We felt very welcomed and had a lot to talk to each other about. We really appreciated he spending the time to tell us about the place and the history. He also prepared a lots of food for us. It made us felt right at home. The location can not be better. It was close to all of the places we would like to visit. The only regret is that we did not have time stay longer. We will definitely come back. We highly recommend Vilmo’s place for any one who likes to visit Tuscany!

Sono stata 4 giorni con i miei due nipoti nell’appartamento di Antonella e mi sono trovata benissimo. Antonella è stata una host perfetta, sempre disponibile e interessata che noi stessimo bene. L’appartamento, che gode di una vista mozzafiato sulla campagna intorno, era pulitissimo e dispone di tutte le comodità di cui uno ha bisogno per passare una vacanza rilassante. Anche la piscina è bellissima e si trova in un giardino tranquillo e pulito. La posizione dell’agriturismo è perfetta, perché si trova abbastanza vicino al mare e anche al bellissimo borgo Magliano in Toscana, dove si mangia pure bene (Antonella ci ha consigliato alcuni ristoranti). Tra l’altro, una mattina Antonella ci ha fatto trovare davanti alla porta una cassetta piena di pomodori del suo orto, davvero un bellissimo gesto. Consiglio questo posto a tutti, perché per me è da 4 stelle, anche se i prezzi sono contenuti. Grazie, Antonella, per la bellissima vacanza!

Stanza molto carina e pulita. Host molto gentile, ci ha fatto trovare la stanza riscaldata per il nostro arrivo. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, torneremo di sicuro.

Wir sind sehr dankbar für die schönen Tage in Montepulciano. Sayeds Empfang war überaus angenehm. Barbaras und Sayed Ferienwohnung war sehr bezaubernd und völlig ausreichend für zwei Menschen und ein paar Tage (ansonsten wäre eine Gelegenheit, vor Ort Wäsche zu waschen, toll). Alles war unglaublich gut durchdacht, organisiert und liebevoll sowie mit viel Stil eingerichtet. Der Vorraum zum Lesen und Chillen hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Perfekt sauber. Und meine Tochter hat die Ostereier und Pralinen im Eingang unten geliebt!! Ich kann nur Gutes berichten und komme liebend gerne wieder!
