Das Appartement von Viviana ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet, die Idee, uns einen Korb mit allen Zutaten für ein Frühstück bereitzustellen, hat sehr gut geklappt, auch konnten wir noch Wünsche äußern. Die Eier von den eigenen Hühnern schmeckten besonders gut. Auf dem Hof gibt es drei Hunde, die recht stürmisch sind, Katzen, Hühner und zwei Esel. Die Benutzung der Waschmaschine wurde so gelöst, dass wir die Wäsche abgaben und sie sauber wieder zurückerhielten! Wir haben uns mit ihrer freundlichen und hilsbereiten Art, dem individuellen Zimmer und dem Frühstückskorb sehr wohl gefühlt und danken sehr herzlich für die Zeit , Annette

alloggio loft ben arredato e confortevole. dotato di tutto quello che aiuta a migliorare il confort personale. macchina per espresso con una buona scorta di cialde. idem dicasi per il tea disponibile in due tipi diversi entrambi di qualità. e' situato in una posizione più che centrale con parcheggio pubblico a pochi passi. permette di visitare Tarquinia senza dover utilizzare l'auto.

Die zentrale Lage in der Toskana ist wunderschön für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt für junge Paare

Our experience at Fulvia and Umberto’s home was wonderful, although far too short. We were only there for two nights, and we were busy and away from the home much of that time because of a wedding, but every moment we were there we were looked after so thoughtfully. Fulvia’s hospitality and warmth are second to none. The space was spectacularly clean, well equipped, comfortable, and everything you would hope for during a stay in the Tuscan countryside. The bathroom was particularly impressive — spacious and so clean. The whole home had lovely touches to make the experience memorable and Fulvia’s delicious breakfasts were worth every extra penny. We highly recommend a stay here and we hope to be back soon, ourselves, to experience more of the area.

Ottima esperienza in zona molto bella, la casa è storica e ha bisogno di un po' di manutenzione ma l'affaccio è stupendo.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet und die Hosts sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden immer wiederkommen. Danke

Abbiamo adorato questo loft fin da subito, tre giorni immersi nella tranquillità!! La casa di Stefano è accogliente, colorata e piena di opere d'arte uniche che la contraddistinguono. L'alloggio è molto ben fornito di tutto, un po' isolato quindi assolutamente necessaria la macchina per spostarsi. Abbiamo condiviso le nostre ore in casa, in compagnia di una affettuosissima gattina che immancabilmente veniva a farci visita, e da vere gattare quali siamo, non abbiamo potuto che apprezzare!!!!! Grazie di tutto a Stefano e alla sua compagna che ci ha accolte. Simona e Sara 😻

L’appartamento è molto carino, ben attrezzato e molto tranquilla anche la zona. In pieno centro storico che è sviluppato sul pendio della montagna e quindi i vicoli non sono carrabili e solo rampe di scale per raggiungere l’appartamento. Comunque a 5’ a piedi sia dalla strada del Castello che sul lungo mare.
