Host reattivo nelle risposte ai messaggi e molto cordiale, la casa è molto spaziosa e in ordine, offre da dormire a più persone, la cucina viene lasciata con anche viveri per poter fare una prima colazione. Posto consigliato a chi intende pernottare per più di una notte

Eine tolle Unterkunft auf der Spitze eines Hügels in einem malerischen Ort. Das Haus mit Grundstück war für uns ideal, Innen etwas dunkel. Viel Platz und toll war auch die Waschmaschine und der Holzpelletsofen für frische Abende. Von hier aus eine Stunde zu den Cinque Terre und eine halbe Stunde zum Outlet. Bei kleinen Problemen haben wir sofort Hilfe erhalten.

Die Unterkunft war in einer kleinen Stadt ca. 20-30 Minuten von den Stränden La Spezias und Umgebung entfernt. Es gab süße kleine Gassen und eine Burg auf dem Berg. Die Pizzeria war sehr süß und perfekt für einen Aperitif. Mit einem kleinen Bus kommt man in Nachbardörfe oder direkt nach La Spezia ohne Umstieg. Der Bus fährt ca. 5-6 Mal am Tag. Mit dem Auto ist alles auch wunderbar zu erreichen, das hatten wir aber nicht. Die Bewohner der Stadt waren nett und haben sich auch oft in der Pizzeria getroffen. Perfekt für ein Stück Italien auf nicht ganz so touristische Weise. Alessio war nett und hilfreich, immer erreichbar, wenn man etwas brauchte. Den Berg kann man auch zu Fuß hoch- und runtergehen, hoch ist es aber gute 25 Minuten bergauf, also mit Koffern nicht zu empfehlen. Am Fuß des Berges liegt ein Penny und sonst bringt einen der Bus auch zu anderen Supermärkten. Alles in allem, waren wir sehr, sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren zu 2 mit Kleinkind zu Besuch. Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Im Winter steht eine Gasheizung im Raum, damit es warm wird. Es ist ein altes aber komplett neu renoviertes traditionelles Steinhaus. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen definitiv wieder. Man war im Ort gleich willkommen und die Mama des Besitzers hat uns direkt auf einen Kaffee eingeladen. So herzlich wurden wir noch nie begrüßt. Eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung die wir hier machen durften Viele Grüße Anne Adam und Dominik

One of the my best AirBnb experiences so far! A very very nice apartment in a cozy Italian village - just what my girlfriend and I were looking for. Also great host who prepared us some breakfast and cake prior to our stay. Couldn’t be happier!

Michele hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Er hat uns sogar einmal an ein Ausflugsziel auf dem Berg gefahren. Es war ihm sehr wichtig, dass wir uns in der Unterkunft wohlfühlen und hat mehrmals gefragt ob wir etwas brauchen. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft sicher das richtige, wenn ein ruhiger, naturverbundener Ort gesucht wird. Auch unsere Hündin war herzlich willkommen.

Alloggio curato, accogliente e con ottime dotazioni. Fuori lerici, cosa che per me era positivo per tutelare il mio cane da botti. Ma comodo sia per raggiungere il mare che i monti. La cosa più importante è il parcheggio privato perché in zona parcheggiare è molto complicato

Agnese heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen! We hadden maar 2 nachten geboekt, maar achteraf hadden we veel langer willen blijven. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en je hebt een prachtig uitzicht: de locatie is perfect! Daarnaast reageert Agnese snel, is ze enorm behulpzaam en geeft ze fijne tips!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir waren zu sechst da und wurden sehr herzlich von Gabriella empfangen, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Es ist wirklich alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Auto gut zu erreichen, Autobahn gleich in der Nähe, Strand etwas mehr als 1 Kilometer entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend sowohl Richtung Süden als auch Norden zu erkunden. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen 😊

Great Location, just 10 minutes walk from the central station. Pina personally came to greet us & helped to park our car at the free parking. The property was big & super clean. Pina kept enough stuff for breakfast. She also explains how to operate a Gas stove & other thing. You have to struggle a little to find free street parking after you come back from sightseeing.

We absolutely loved staying with Anna!! The place was immaculate and she really thought of anything you might need. Perfection! She was so helpful and graciously allowed us to have a late check out due to our travel being disrupted. She had wonderful recommendations and even gave us a complementary bottle of homemade wine. Truly an amazing stay! 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great place to stay especially if you want to be right on the Main Street with everything is just a few steps away. Minimal stairs, 1/2 flight to the building then 1 flight up to the apartment. The apartment has everything needed and Franco provided water, milk, eggs, butter, pkg toasted bread & jam, also espresso pods and tea. Franco was so kind, in addition he gave us wine he makes. He grows a unique grape varietal on the hillside above the town. The bedroom is open to the living/kitchen area, no door. So if you have a 3rd person on the sofa there’s no separation. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows & quilt was available. The bathroom shower had good water pressure and the hot water lasted for two quick showers in a row.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here!! Must recommend to anyone wanting to visit cinque terre. Thanks a lot Fabrizio!

Un accueil chaleureux dans un appartement propre où rien ne manque. La localisation est parfaite pour accéder aux cinque terres très rapidement sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location. Un grand merci pour ce séjour très agréable.

This is a very comfortable place in a great location. It’s near the end of the main road in Riomaggiore, so it’s quiet but it’s also very convenient to get to the train station, restaurants, shops, and some great hiking. The flat was clean and just as described., but the best part is that the hosts are kind and they work hard to make sure that you have a great stay. Nicola met me at the train station on the first day, helped me get settled in, and gave me the perfect recommendations for my very short stay. Thanks to Nicola, I got to experience the most of Cinque Terre in just a few days. I highly recommend this listing!

kontakt z gospodarzem od początku był bardzo sprawny i jasny. Dostaliśmy jasne instrukcje jak się zameldować i wszystko było zgodne. sam nocleg był na 1p. Wiec nawet dla nas (a mieliśmy wózek dla dziecka) było to ok. Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem i blisko zarówno dworca jak i centrum. Gorąco polecamy!

We loved our breakfasts every morning that we were able to choose the day before and eat on the patio. They were on time and great selection of food. The room was perfect. Nice bedding and great shower. Rafaella picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining so we were super appreciative of that. The shortcut that she described really was only 5 minutes from the train station but uphill so would have been difficult in the rain. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Esperienza fantastica. L’appoggio era molto pulito e curato. La colazione era ottima e abbondante, sia dolce che salato. La sala era molto suggestiva. Fabiana la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile, ci ha dato moltissimi consigli sui sentieri della zona e anche dei ristorantini molto carini. Sicuramente un’esperienza da rifare

Je recommande ce logement ! Maria a été incroyable avec nous. Dès notre arrivée, elle est gentiment venue nous récupérer à la gare de La Spezia. Elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer les divers transports en commun que nous pouvions utiliser durant notre séjour. Nous avons très bien été accueilli chez elle. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Salle de bain privé, ce qui est très rare de trouver en Italie ! La chambre était toute mignonne, avec un accès à la piscine et un petit déjeuner au top ! Nous remercions Maria pour ce séjour merveilleux et nous conseillons fortement cet endroit.

Het verblijf is ruimtelijk, gezellig, fris, schoon en er is alles wat je nodig hebt. Nadia is heel gastvrij, geeft leuke tips, en informeert af en toe of alles naar de zin is. Incredible views, wonderful host and breakfast. We stayed three nights. Description is accurate regarding getting to the residence, but well worth the effort. Would definitely stay again.
