Province of La Spezia : locations de vacances en maison d'hôtes

Die Unterkunft war super Zentral, der Balkon ist mega und die Zimmer sind auch gut. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip optimal. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und alle waren hilfsbereit. Die Parksituation kann lästig sein, muss man aber in Kauf nehmen wenn man in einer großen Stadt zentral wohnen will.

Abbiamo trovato una gradevole sorpresa con l’aperitivo di benvenuto! Che nel giorno del nostro arrivo è’ stato un toccasana!! Ottima anche la possibilità di avere il terrazzino per la colazione, che devo dire variegata sia per la scelta del caffè che del the: non meno abbondanti sia i cornetti che i wafer . Abbiamo lasciato un piccolo biglietto perché ci faceva piacere far sapere a Lorenzo ( che non abbiamo conosciuto di persona) che sarà eventualmente un piacere riprenotare da lui! Grazie.

Was für ein nettes Apartment! Hoch über Riomaggiore ! Und trotzdem, durch die 2 Aufzüge ganz einfach zu erreichen! Der Ausblick: atemberaubend schön und ruhig! Christina ist eine ganz herzliche unkomplizierte Person und macht einem den Aufenthalt durch ihre vielen nützlichen Tipps noch angenehmer! Es ist sogar für ein kleines Frühstück alles da ! Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch viel öfters auf dieser herrlichen Terrasse oder dem netten Balkon am Schlafzimmer gesessen! Wir können dieses kleine Nest jedem empfehlen !

Clean and cozy, being inside part of the view is amazing. Just open the window and you’ll see the famous Cinque Terre view. Being so close has its pros and cons. It’s close to the attraction, which means tourists will be close to you. The windows are right above the staircase almost all the tourists will pass, so you will most likely hear everything. But the crowd die down at night, so it’s not too noisy for us. Earplugs are provided if needed, we are not light sleepers so we find it unnecessary. Upon arrival, they gave us a very thorough guide to Cinque Terre, it’s very nice to have some insight opinions. And there are welcome drink, water and sweets! I think it’s such a nice touch to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended if you are visiting Cinque Terre and want to spend a few nights here.

Chambre très propre, bien décorée, indépendante et spacieuse dans un village bien préservé à 15 km d'une des 2 sorties d'autoroute (Pontremoli ou Aulla). Village non accessible en voiture qu'il faut laisser à l'entrée du village (env. 350 m du logement). La communication avec Clelia qui habite sur place fluide et réactive. Beaucoup de bonnes adresses. Hébergement très conseillé très bon rapport qualité-prix. Avant de quitter le village n'oubliez pas de faire un stock de produits régionaux par exemple à Villefranche, le bourg-centre, auprès du traiteur Punto e Pasta (pesto, testaroli, torta d'erbi, ravioli, ...tout peut se conserver longtemps au congélateur)

Good , clean and nice service

Booked last minute and the hosts were very responsive. Lovely room right on the Main Street in Vernazza, very clean and comfortable. Noisy from the street but this calms down in the evenings anyway. Thank you!
