Province of La Spezia : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

Camilla’s house is just beautiful. It’s stylish and cozy but clean and gorgeous. I didn’t want to write such a great review because I would love to keep this place a secret… but she deserves it. If you truly want to discover elegant living in a tiny hilltop coastal village this place is the best. For those who complained about the stairs…you should get a life!

Magnifique gîte, spacieux, propre avec la climatisation, jacuzzi et une place de voiture avec un petit jardin. Idéalement situé pour la visite des cinque terre. je le recommande 😉 Vincent, Cindy & Nathan.

We had a lovely time at the Independent House. The place was very spacious for two persons and modernly furnished. We especially enjoyed the small garden area which you can access from all the rooms. The apartment is located in a small village at the outskirts of La Spezia. It is definitely recommended if you want to visit Cinque Terre: A car ride of a few minutes takes you to the train station of La Spezia and from there departs a very convenient train with frequent connections to all the villages of Cinque Terre.

This place is a true gem. The host’s are outstanding, responsive, and are full of helpful knowledge. They made our stay so enjoyable we were sad to leave. Can’t give this place enough stars. Off the beaten path so you can experience peace and quiet then a quick 25 min car ride to a train station, the cinque terre, or outlet mall.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa struttura.... L'accoglienza è stata calorosa,con una cura nei dettagli che fa sentire subito a casa. L'alloggio è arredato con gusto, pulizia impeccabile, confort di altissimo livello. E poi la vera chicca... l'idromassaggio... Lo abbiamo adorato!!! Se cercate un luogo dove sentirvi coccolati, questo è quello giusto. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile!! Grazie ancora a Diego e Chiara... Nous avons passés une excellente semaine. Le logement est parfait pour une famille ave 2 enfants. Piero s'est montré extrêmement réactif et amical. Si nous revenons dans les environs, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir, tout était parfait!

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung zum Sport machen. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Host war sehr Hilfsbereit und hat bei Reservationen unterstützt. Nur für maximal 5 Paare zu empfehlen. Bei den restlichen Zimmer fehlt die Privatsphäre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der nähe vor 16:00 sehr eingeschränkt.

Sehr schönes alleinstehendes Haus direkt an der SP40 gelegen mit schöner Aussicht über die umliegende Landschaft Haus ordentlich und vollständig ausgestattet Whirlpool hat auch super funktioniert und Grill stelle mit reichlich Brennholz ist am Start ✌🏼 Das beste an dem airbnb ist tatsächlich die Lage - ausgezeichnet um diese Seite der italienischen riviera zu entdecken von portofino über cinque terre bis nach porto veneer und lerici alles innerhalb einer stunde erreichbar mit 🚙 Schöner eingezäunter Garten

Ho trascorso il periodo di Capodanno con amici nella casa di Francesco a Lerici e l'abbiamo scelta perché desideravamo uno spazio ampio e confortevole, dove cucinare, rilassarci e trascorrere del tempo insieme. La casa corrispondeva alla descrizione e alle foto ed era davvero molto spaziosa ed accogliente, siamo stati bene e abbiamo trascorso dei bei giorni. Ideale anche la posizione, potevamo lasciare l'auto nel comodo posteggio della casa e scendere a piedi e raggiungere il centro di Lerici in una decina di minuti. Nei dintorni ci sono molti luoghi interessanti e noi abbiamo visitato Lucca, le Cinque Terre e Portovenere. Non abbiamo incontrato Francesco, in quanto si trovava all'estero, ma la comunicazione con lui è stata ottima e puntuale. Posso sicuramente consigliare ad altri ospiti di soggiornare nella sua casa.

The house is very large and beautiful. It was spotless! The location of the house is incredibly peaceful and tranquil. It's situated on a hill, but the very kind owners offered to pick us up and dropped us off from and to the Aulla Lunigiana train station, which is just a couple of minutes away by car. This station is only one stop away from La Spezia train station, where you can transfer to go to Cinque Terre! They even helped us going to the nearby supermarket :) The owners left us an Italian cake and Italian sparkling wine! Very thoughtful of them. We felt very welcome with their great kindness and warm hospitality. Everything we needed, they brought it to us immediately and assisted us. The owners were very attentive to anything we needed and we really felt very well cared for. The hot jacuzzi was definitely a wonderful and relaxing advantage. We 100% recommend this house and will definitely return!💖 Thank you so much for everything.

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Alloggio splendido con una vista meravigliosa sul mar ligure e tanto verde a disposizione. Dotato di ogni comfort, perfetto per rilassarsi in ogni stagione ma al contempo comodo per visitare le bellezze della riviera di Levante. Host disponibile, ti mette a tuo agio. Assolutamente consigliato!

Det här boendet var precis vad jag sökte för att skapa fina minnen med familjen. Här kunde tre generationer få gott om utrymme i otroligt vacker miljö. Väldigt smakfullt och inspirerande inrett. Alla hade varsitt badrum, alla inredda på personligt och vackert sätt. stort kök där vi kunde laga mat tillsammans och äta antingen på terassen eller inomhus på kvällen. Utsikten från terassen och alla sovrum var otrolig. Mans såg havet staden och bergen på andra sidan viken. Jag rekommenderar att man har en bil då det är en bra bit från staden och också högt upp i bergen. VI är tacksamma att vi kunde hyra detta vackra hus med mycket historia.

Giovanni ti ospita in un rush di amichevolezza, dispensandoti prosecco salatini e mirtilli. La villetta è indipendente, due piani, due bagni, due camere e due divani letto. Giardino con vasca piscina estiva, sdraio matrimoniale a dondolo, e una grande Jacuzzi riparata. Ho riscontrato una problematica e l' host è accorso in dieci minuti risolvendola.Consigliato, soprattutto nelle stagioni calde per godersi appieno il giardino e i servizi ad esso connessi.

Polite, friendly and helpful host who offered flexible check-in and even offered to drive us to and from a restaurant when there was a storm! Very scenic location with free public beaches and mountains, cheap and good food around the town and a very clean and well-maintained property.
