Province of La Spezia : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Melina’s place was the perfect spot to explore Cinque Terre. It is a convenient walk to the beach of Monterosso and about a ten minute walk to the train station to either access the other towns or get to the nearby airport. We loved all of the restaurants by the Airbnb and Melina was very accommodating and easy to engage with. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Jennifer's apartment! Jennifer met us on our way to her place and led us the rest of the way. The apartment was beautiful and clean, with lots of space to spread out. The private patio/terrace was particularly charming....I wish we had had more time to take advantage of everything the apartment had to offer. Would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Monterosso a Mare!

We had a great 2 night stay at Daniele's. The apartment perfectly matched the description and photos and exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless upon our arrival and had everything we needed for our stay - even the little things that sometimes go unnoticed but help you feel more at home during your stay. Clear instructions were provided for everything we used in the apartment and Daniele's mother Mariela, who is super nice, was nearby for any questions that we had. Daniele was always quick to respond and was very flexible with check-in, check-out, etc. The location is amazing. Its close to the action yet quiet and peaceful. Its a very short and pleasant walk to stores and restaurants. It is also about a 12 minute walk to the train station, but feels shorter because its such a pleasant walk. I would definitely return.

Het is een fijn appartement, goed geoutilleerd, met een fijne douche en een fijn bed. Strand is 8 minuten lopen, station. Op een centrale plek in Levanto, maar rustig gelegen. Ik zou zo weer gaan! Host reageert ook snel op vragen.

Nous avons adoré loger chez Franco. Nos hôtes ont étaient très réactifs. Nous avons eu des explications très très claires pour trouver l’appartement joliment décoré et très propre ! celui ci est très très bien situé à 2 pas de la gare, du centre et de la marina ! nous vous remercions pour vos bons plans, pour le café et tout ce que vous avez mi à disposition dans l'appartement pour que l’on puisse passer un excellent séjour. nous reviendrons sans hésité !!! tout était parfait ! Encore merci !

Unser Urlaub in Campiglia war echt sehr schön. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Allerdings hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass es Überzüge für die Bettdecken gibt. Aber sonst war alles super. In ca. 30min ist man an einem sehr ruhigen Steinstrand. Hier ist allerdings mittelmäßige Kondition erforderlich. Perfekt für Leute die gerne wandern. Mit dem Bus braucht man ca. 25min zum Bahnhof in la spezia , wo auch alle Züge Richtung Cinque Terre fahren. Allerdings fährt sonntags nur nachmittags der Bus. Die Leute im Dorf sind aber sehr hilfsbereit, ein älteres Pärchen hat uns mit runter nach La Spezia genommen. Unser favorite war der Garten von dem bis aufs Meer schauen konnte und das Restaurant Piccoloblu, bei dem man sehr gut und preiswert essen und trinken kann. Giulia war sehr hilfreich und wir wurden direkt an der Bushaltestelle abgeholt. Auch ein späterer Check out war kein Problem. Gerne wieder. 😊

Appartamento molto comodo, ampio e con un terrazzino godibile. Molto pulito, ordinato e organizzato. Host gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Unterkunft. Nicolò war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als es Probleme mit den Taxi's gab hat er uns von Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.

I would definitely stay here again! Wonderful house, great for a family vacation. Moneglia is a great starting point to discover Liguria’s gemms. San Saturnino is very romantic and peaceful, it’s good to have a car. Definitely recommend Casa Incantevole!

We loved our stay at Alessio’s place. He was extremely responsive and friendly. He met us at the train station and walked us to our destination, helping with luggage along the way. It rained almost the entire time we were there, but we enjoyed our time on the balcony. It was a joy to watch the waves break from the bedroom window as well. If we ever come back to the Cinque Terre, we will absolutely stay here!

Ce studio est un petit bijou cosy, calme, hyper propre ou un de nos grands bonheurs à été le café du balcon face aux couleurs de corniglia; le studio est sur le départ de la rando sentier bleu pour Vernazza, balade qui a ensoleillé notre séjour. Le tout enluminé par l attention permanente de Daniele a notre bien-être. FÉLICITATIONS DANIELE

Tutto come da descrizione, appartamento piccolo ma ben curato e pulito (stoviglie e pentole comprese, una rarità negli appartamenti in affitto). Posizione centrale anche se non comodissima per il mare. Giacomo gentilissimo e molto chiaro nelle comunicazioni, ci ha accolti con un sorriso e ha sempre avuto un occhio di riguardo per noi e nostra figlia. Consigliato!

Incredible views from this little cottage. Looks just like the photos and host is very proactive and responsive. As others mention, it is high on the hill overlooking Lerici, so any walk back from town requires quite the hike up. Lerici is gorgeous and well worth a visit, you can walk the coast from the cottage and you'll get your 10,000 steps in - with lovely views on the way. A few things to note - the fridge is an under counter small fridge and there is no clothes washer. Wifi was fast and heat works well, although it must be "turned on" by the host.

La posizione della casa di Emanuele è ottima per raggiungere a piedi in pochissimi minuti sia la spiaggia (5min) sia la zona pedonale (1 min) di Carrara Marina. E' molto confortevole, ristrutturata e arredata con molto gusto, pulizia impeccabile e molto ben fornita di accessori. Molto comoda la zona esterna, ideale per pranzare e prendere il sole, composta da un giardinetto, un terrazzo coperto e l'area lavanderia. Un ringraziamento a Greta, gentilissima e molto disponibile a supportarci fornendo ottime referenze. Siamo stati molto bene. Struttura ottima che consiglio vivamente.

Die Unterkunft war in einer kleinen Stadt ca. 20-30 Minuten von den Stränden La Spezias und Umgebung entfernt. Es gab süße kleine Gassen und eine Burg auf dem Berg. Die Pizzeria war sehr süß und perfekt für einen Aperitif. Mit einem kleinen Bus kommt man in Nachbardörfe oder direkt nach La Spezia ohne Umstieg. Der Bus fährt ca. 5-6 Mal am Tag. Mit dem Auto ist alles auch wunderbar zu erreichen, das hatten wir aber nicht. Die Bewohner der Stadt waren nett und haben sich auch oft in der Pizzeria getroffen. Perfekt für ein Stück Italien auf nicht ganz so touristische Weise. Alessio war nett und hilfreich, immer erreichbar, wenn man etwas brauchte. Den Berg kann man auch zu Fuß hoch- und runtergehen, hoch ist es aber gute 25 Minuten bergauf, also mit Koffern nicht zu empfehlen. Am Fuß des Berges liegt ein Penny und sonst bringt einen der Bus auch zu anderen Supermärkten. Alles in allem, waren wir sehr, sehr zufrieden.

This was our favorite stay in all of Italy. It was extremely clean, well located, with easy self check-in with a key box to leave the keys so you wouldn’t need to worry about them at the beach. ~15 minute walk on flat level ground from the Monterosso train station. Probably 5 minutes walk to the beach Anne was so amazing, she helped us make reservations for all of our restaurants prior to our stay and provided us a wonderful guest book which we pretty much followed to a T! She was also very flexible with assisting with the train strike issues we had. There was L’occitane hand soap and lotion, shampoo, and body wash as well as American adapters everywhere. You could enjoy espresso inside the home with their beautiful Nespresso de’longhi machine, which was amazing as well as provided crackers, tea, Nutella, jelly, milk, and a bottle of wine, which we did not use but much appreciated. Provided books to read & washer! We wish we had more time to spend here and miss it so much already.

My sister and I spent the night in Mirjan's place and couldn't have asked for a better stay! He was incredibly responsive and helpful. His father was waiting for us at the train station when we arrived to bring us to the place and even stopped at the grocer in town. The space was clean, bright, and had an unbeatable view! One minute away from beautiful hiking paths. We would recommend to anyone.

Ampio appartamento ben tenuto e soprattutto molto pulito. Due grosse camere matrimoniali, ampia cucina abitabile, grande soggiorno e ampio spazio esterno anche se l’abbiamo sfruttato poco visto che siamo a fine dicembre. La casa è immersa nella campagna spezia fra ulivi e viti, questo fa sì che c’è una tranquillità e un silenzio che non ti aspetti se arrivi da una grossa città come noi. Parcheggio comodo e privato disponibile, anche considerando che la macchina è quasi indispensabile per girare in zona. Diciamo che ci ritorneremo volentieri considerando che sia noi che i nostri bambini piccoli ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Cercavamo un posticino tranquillo dove trascorrere il capodanno con la nostra cagnolina e l'alloggio di Fabrizio è stato l'ideale. A pochi minuti dal pittoresco borgo di Bagnone, si trova in un punto strategico per visitare la zona della Lunigiana. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario...noi abbiamo fatto il cenone di capodanno in casa e la cucina era davvero attrezzata! Molto pulito, ordinato e curato in ogni dettaglio. Punto di forza è la terrazza panoramica da togliere il fiato dove ci si può rilassare in un'atmosfera di pace... anche la nostra cagnolina l'ha apprezzata molto! La sera abbiamo potuto ammirare i fuochi d'artificio che provenivano da tutte le località della vallata. Fabrizio è un host molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, which fully met our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel very welcome. Denis was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen, in particular, was perfect for our dinner plans. While the road leading to the apartment is a bit narrow, we didn’t find it to be an issue. It’s a minor detail that doesn’t detract from the overall experience. We would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-hosted stay. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Logement très propre, incroyablement décoré, de la place pour se garer à côté et possibilité de rejoindre à pieds la gare de La Spezia. Arrivée avec une boîte à clés, départ autonome aussi. Tout était super.

10/10 recommend! Super comfy bed and pillows and awesome rain shower head! Super close/walkable to restaurants, cafes, stores (grocery & pharmacy right next door), and beach but also felt private and quiet. One thing to note that is not in the description is that you have to climb 95 stairs to get to the apartment. It didn’t bother us, but it could be a barrier for some.

This apartment is simply great, very clean and nicely arranged, well equipped, very charming and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing. We are family of four with two children, had a very beautiful holiday, jumping into the sea early in the morning(it’s right in front of the apartment!) and just enjoying the peaceful view on the balcony with cup of coffee and freshly made cannoli from the local backers. Boat trip to Porto Venere was also an nice experience, although we realized how happy we are in Le Grazie with less tourists. Daniela and her family are so friendly and helpful, they made us feel like we’ve known each other already, right at home. We would love to go back!
