Functional apartment. Quiet place. Good beds. If you ski Majeletta and Passo Lanciano, the apartment is well placed. Very friendly and attentive host. He provides breakfast. A large parking place is provided. Depending how many you are, the ground floor apartment can be divided and rooms opened and closed. We were in the apartment in the back of the house. I think it is a good choice if you are many to be able to use more space and rooms.

Soggiornare a Casa Olivia a Serramonacesca è stata un’esperienza straordinaria. Immersa nel verde del Parco Nazionale della Maiella, la casa offre una vista mozzafiato e un’atmosfera di pace unica. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti con calore da Nicoletta, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, mentre l’host Cecelia è stata sempre disponibile e attenta, offrendoci preziosi consigli per esplorare la zona. Il giardino e la terrazza sono perfetti per rilassarsi e godere dei tramonti spettacolari. La posizione è ideale per chi ama la natura: sentieri, borghi storici e persino il mare sono facilmente raggiungibili. L’energia di questo luogo, unita all’ospitalità impeccabile, ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Lorenzo's property is truly amazing. He made our stay the most memorable of our trip to Italy and we were genuinely sad to leave such a beautiful place. The romantic tower had everything we could need for our 5 nights and we loved every minute. The surroundings are spectacular - lots of lakes, hikes, nature etc to immerse yourself in. The swimming pool, table tennis etc on the property were added pluses as were the animals (goats, kittens and a donkey). Thanks for being such a kind host to us and helping with tourism tips etc - we definitely hope to come and stay again in the future :)

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

There in not a great deal to say about this most special home in a classic Italian mid evil village that has not already been said . Unique, quiet, charming and so many more adjectives . You need to be in good physical condition to negotiate the steep stone stairways and in order to deal with the higher altitude . Pino, Caterina's father was waiting for our arrival due to good Whats App communication . Do your research on the area before arriving so as not to miss out on the many wonders which Abruzzo and San Stefano have to offer. Caterina was always available to answer any questions that one might have . All in all a wonderful unique experience.

Posto ideale per trascorrere un momenit di relax, in compagnia di amici, magari con figli piccoli al seguito, come è stato il ns caso. Gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host, alloggio ben riscaldato in pieno inverno (siamo stati ospiti per capodanno), aria incontaminata in un contesto incantevole.

Lea is a great is a great host, very easy going and makes you feel right at home. We had a great time and will definitely be booking with her again on our next vacation in Abruzzo. What they are offering took years of hard work and investment. (from building the apparemments, the fruit trees surrounding the property, olive trees, vineyard, breath taking views)

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen! Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in questo splendido Casale immerso nel silenzio dei colli abruzzesi e, nonostante fosse la settimana di Ferragosto, è stato rigenerante. Eravamo in 8 di cui 4 bambini, eppure gli spazi sono talmente grandi da non aver avuto nessun problema di sovraffolamento. Abbiamo patito un pó il caldo la prima notte, non credo sia necessaria l'aria, ma magari delle ventole a soffitto nelle camere aiuterebbero. Mare a 15/20 minuti, ma la quiete del posto ripaga la non immediata vicinanza. Servizi facilmente raggiungibili. Siamo stati costretti a trascorrere un paio di giorni nel Casale causa malessere di un bambino, eppure non ci è pesato grazie alla presenza della piscina ed anzi, ne abbiamo giovato in ricarica energetica! Ci ritorneremo, magari tra sole mamme!!

We loved our stay! The house was gorgeous and the location/view was one of our favourite parts. We felt secluded and sat out on the terrace for the majority of our stay - all day and all evening. The pool was great, especially when it's been so hot. We weren't aware the pool was shared with other guests but it didn't end up being an issue. We also had to buy all of our own salt/olive oil etc but again, not a big issue as we were there for 2 weeks. Riccardo was really friendly and great at communicating with me, he made it all very easy! Would definitely recommend :)

Ottimo alloggio per gruppi numerosi. La casa è estremamente organizzata e c'è tutto l'indispensabile per cucinare e mangiare in tanti. La chalet è un po' datato e mostra i segni del tempo, in compenso è un ambiente caldo e accogliente ed è pulito. L'host è sempre celere nel rispondere ad eventuali richieste e fornisce indicazioni precise e veloci. E' stato un ottimo soggiorno.

What to say to summarise an incredible stay... The property itself is beautiful, run by a passionate group of people, with incredible produce grown on site or by their neighbours. We had expected to go to visit local restaurants but instead spent both nights in the winery sampling the home cooked food and incredible wine. Despite being 40 minutes to an hour from central Rome the property was incredibly peaceful and quiet, with views overlooking the vineyard. Waking up to see the clouds moving across the mountains and Rome in the distance was lovely, with ample outdoor room to sit and relax in. Maria could not have made us feel more welcome, going out of her way to help us sample the very best authentic Italian food and wine, align with suggestions for our ongoing trip. 1000 words isn't enough, I cannot recommend this enough. Also Cleo is an absolute star 🥰

Eravamo due nuclei familiari e siamo stati benissimo. Casa molto grande con ampi spazi all'aperto, area barbecue comodissima e infine una grande piscina con affaccio sulla vallata. Posizione ottima a 15minuti dal mare. Consigliatissima

Dimora. Casa fresca e accogliente, comoda e completa dei servizi indicati. Veduta dal terrazzo, dove cenavamo e facevamo colazione, fantastica. Persone dell’host. Gentili e premurose che la permanenza fosse perfetta. Prima di partire il padre di Marialuce, Giovanni, ci ha dato i prodotti del suo orto, apprezzatissimi. Persone eccellenti, che ringraziamo. Luoghi da visitare nei d’intorni. Il Monastero di San Benedetto, incastonato nella roccia. Il laghetto di San Benedetto, ideale per una passeggiata rilassante. Ponte di San Francesco sull’Aniene. Siamo rimasti troppo poco, solo due giorni, ci ritorneremo.

Un posto ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e pace. Un panorama a 360 gradi sulle colline abbruzzesi. Posizione comoda per chi vuole esplorare le varie località della regione potendo comunque godere di un posto confortevole in cui rilassarsi al rientro. Splendida piscina. Ottima insonorizzazione delle stanze e qualità del sonno favorita oltre che dal silenzio del contesto esterno dalla qualità del materasso e dei cuscini. Proprietari disponibili, accoglienti e mai invadenti . Tornerei e lo consiglierei. grazie

We had an amazing experience at Panfilo! Anna Maria and Lino are some of the sweetest, warmest people and their hospitality far exceeded our expectations. They were so welcoming right from the start, serving us some of their homemade vino cotto (an abruzzese specialty), taking us on a tour of the entire farm, and letting us harvest seasonal veggies from their crops to cook for dinner. The place itself needs no praise - it is as gorgeous as it looks in pictures. The room is cozy and comfortable, and there’s plenty of space around the house to sit and lounge throughout day. We wanted to do a bbq one day, and they readily pointed us to a macelleria at the nearby town and got the charcoal started for us in the evening. The ultimate joy came every morning, seeing the lovely breakfast set-up with a whole array of food, both sweet and savoury. Not only did it keep us fulfilled for the rest of the day, we had some leftover pastries to bring along for our hike! Fantastic accommodation in a historic house which has been renovated and restored very authentically. Really cosy and comfortable. Away from the beaten tourist tracks but connected well into the town for any grocery shopping or the local bars and gelaterias. During our stay there was a summer festival happening so the town was buzzing and very lively.

We had a great time at Yulia's place. The quiet surroundings were relaxing and beautiful. The pool is clean and definitely welcome if you go during the summer. The location is remote, but you can still explore the region easil by car. Not far from the beach, but also in reach of the mountains for some hiking. Yulia is very friendly and always responsive. If you're looking for local recommendations, she will provide you with great spots to visit and eat/drink.

Bellissima esperienza nella Fattoria di Claudia e Simon. È stato piacevole condividere con loro il timore che l'orso tornasse a fare razzia nel loro pollaio. Ma Massimo e gli altri 7 pastori Abruzzesi hanno vigilato attentamente. Alloggio pulito e davvero iconico. Il cibo cucinato da Claudia è risultato sublime, e servito in modo impeccabile da Simon. Il costo, leggermente sopra la media, vale l'experience. Amari non inclusi nel costo della cena.

Le cadre est magnifique la maison est fidèle à la description un havre de paix pour se reposer relaxer et ressourcer faciliter d’accès à la montagne ou à la mer proche de chieti, les conseils de Valerie pour visiter la région sont top , un grand merci nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances decouvert une magnifique région et des paysages époustouflant.

החוויה הכי טובה שהייתה לי בairbnb אי פעם. מארחים מדהימים. מקום יפייפיה, ממש חלקת גן עדן. הייתה פרטיות מוחלטת למרות שהמאקחים גרים בקומה למעלה, הם לא הורגשו והופיעו בדיוק כשהיה צורך. התוצרת שהם נתנו לנו כמו שמן זית ועגבניות הייתה באיכות מעולה והרגשהו בבית מהרגע הראשון. נחזור לבקר אותם בהזדמנות הראשונה!
