Province of L'Aquila : locations de vacances avec suite privative

We had such an amazing time staying here. Language was a small barrier, as we are English, but any queries or questions we had was followed up quickly by another member of the family who did speak English. Nothing was too much trouble. The setting is gorgeous, quiet and so relaxing. The pool was an added bonus for us! Surrounded by countryside and spectacular views. Could not have asked for more. We would definitely return to stay again without a second thought. True Italian experience. Host invited us to pick fig’s and tomatoes grown on site and even brought my son a delicious cake for his 18th birthday! Thank you so much for making this holiday extra special for us. Such an amazing experience.

As lovely as this place looks in the photos, it is lovelier. A large, converted farm, there are several accommodations co-located on the site but we mostly had the place to ourselves, surrounded by the olive trees, goats and friendly dog, Coco. The location and views are stunning. We spent a week dividing our time between the pool and exploring Abruzzo, for which this is an excellent base. In 45 minutes you can drive to the beautiful sandy beaches north of Silvi, or head in land for a similar drive to Lake Scanno. Wherever you stop in Abruzzo, it is worth your time. Stefania was a great host, as we arrived way later than expected and made last-minute requests for dinner, but nothing was too much trouble. Stock up on mosquito killing tools and come and stay in this idyllic place.

Recommend it. Everything was clean and 16 minutes walking from the airport.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Tag auf dem Podere Sant Anna und einen tollen Abend in Atri. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, sie produzieren eigenen Wein und der Hund und die Katze waren auch ein Highlight für die Kinder. Das WLAN konnten wir auch zum Arbeiten nutzen. Danke Ilaria & Eugidio!

This is my second stay at Gianni and Ornela's place. They are wonderful hosts and Ornela's breakfasts are just super. We feel like Gianni and Ornela are our Italian friends. The site is quiet and peaceful and within an easy drive to stores and restaurants. We always have many questions that they patiently answer. We hope to see them again in the future!! Lovely place and lovely people.

Marina e Giancarlo sono due persone splendide: ci hanno accolto alorosamente e ci hanno spiegato la storia dell'alloggio e degli oggetti contenuti: siamo stati benissimo, temperatura di 24 gradi, cucina completa di tutto e letto comodissimo. Al nostro arrivo Marina ci ha fatto trovare un buffet di dolcetti che sono stati molto apprezzati (finiti in tre giorni😋), il latte, una bottiglia di te, la marmellata, il burro e tutti gli ingredienti necessari in cucina (sale, zucchero, caffè, olio e tante spezie), tovaglioli e scotte. Il bagno era completo di tutto. Praticamente non ci mancava nulla, come a casa. Marina è Giancarlo ci hanno dato tantissimi consigli per esplorare i dintorni e siamo riusciti a visitare tantissime località, trascorrendo una vacanza indimenticabile! Grazie mille siete delle persone stupende. Consiglio a tutti il loro alloggio in quanto è caratteristico, unico e completo di tutte le comodità.

Massimo host disponibile e gentilissimo. Abbiamo prenotato per 2 giorni questa bellissima casetta ed è stato tutto perfetto. La casa dispone di tutti i comfort e le attrezzature necessarie anche in caso si voglia cucinare qualcosa. Noi ad esempio abbiamo cucinato degli arrosticini e della carne, dato che fuori c'è una canalina apposita ed utilizzabile oltre che un barbecue a carbone ed uno a gas. Il giardino è adorabile e in questi due giorni di caldo siamo stati anche in piscina a rilassarci, l'acqua è pulita e sanificata e la piscina viene pulita ogni mattina presto dal marito dell'host Cinzia. La casa dispone di wifi e una smart tv a cui è possibile connettersi a qualsiasi servizio di streaming. All'entrata si trovano i numeri degli host e per qualsiasi info o richiesta basta chiamare. la zona anche se mfuori città è a poche centinaia di metri dai mezzi pubblici e da alcuni centri commerciali ove è possibile acquistare tutto il necessario. Tutto era ottimo. Torneremo sicuramente :)
