Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und entspannte Zeit in Vincenzos Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Vincenzo hat auch einiges für ein schönes Frühstück bereitgestellt. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight der Wohnung. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf Ponza und das Meer. Restaurants und der Hafen, wo die Fähre anlegt, sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Vincenzo war großartig. Er gab uns viele Tipps und Hinweise und hat immer schnell reagiert. Danke dafür! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wünschen uns wieder einmal zurückzukommen. Also eine klare Empfehlung für Vincenzos Apartment.

Dimostratosi da subito disponibilissimo ed educato, filippo e la sua casa ci hanno fatto vivere tre giorni di pieno relax, l abitazione nel centro a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni spiagge comprese è stato di nostro gradimento. Stanze condizionate con tv in ognuna. Davvero tutto bellissimo! Tornerò sicuramente.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia (3 bimbi piccoli) nell'alloggio di Barbara. Si trova a circa 400 MT dal mare e Ci siamo trovati bene perché c'è davvero tutto il necessario e la casa è tenuta molto bene! La stanze sono ampie e offrono le comodità necessarie. La zona è tranquilla e c'è un parco giochi molto vicino. È stato un piacere conoscere Barbara e voglio sottolineare la sua gentilezza e disponibilità nel venire incontro alle nostre necessità, nonché la flessibilità che ci ha concesso per check-in e check out. Un host davvero da 5 stelle! Grazie!

The Perle di Mare, was a perfect place for us to stay. Great security at the apartment building. It was close to the Train Station, the center of town, beaches. Great restaurants close to several grocery stores and other stores for shopping. And for me it was a fantastic place because it was close to my cousin's home with in walking distance just a few blocks from each of them. If I come back I would stay there again. Giulia was a fantastic host answered all my concerns with in few minutes. I would give her a 5 star rating.

Eu amei minha estadia , voltarei novamente … a limpeza é impecável e a casa muito linda e nova ! Tem tudo oque você precisa , Netflix na sala e no quarto muito cômodo !

Bente has truly earned the title of Super Host. Right from the start her communication with us was excellent and it only got better from there. All questions were answered promptly and when getting there on a Sunday from Rome was proving a little more difficult than expected, Bente provided advice and a solution. During our stay additional air con was requested and organised without delay. The apartment is really great. Roomy, in a quiet location and the views from the terrace are superb. It’s important to note that you don’t get super views like this without steps. It’s on the top floor so there are stairs plus additional steps to the terrace. We had absolutely no problem with this and expected it well in advance. Terracina is a lovely spot and we would recommend Bente’s property for your stay.

Simona oltre a essere reattiva nel rispondere è stata super accogliente e gentile... l'alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle foto... ubicata in modo perfetto... nei dintorni si trovano supermercati bar ecc.... tutto ciò che può servire... se in futuro dovessi trovarmi da quelle parti sarebbe la mia prima scelta....

Appartamento in posizione strategica. Presenza di parcheggio gratuito e vicino a tutto anche a piedi. Biagio molto disponibile ed elastico

Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo con ottima accoglienza fino al check out. Tutti i servizi descritti erano presenti nell’appartamento e la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace. Consigliatissimo.

Great stay in an affordable apartment. Great communication with the host, food and visit recommendations. The apartment very clean with comfortable equipment. The only downside is lack of private parking place because public parking in Gaeta is quite expensive (15 EUR per day). I can definitely recommend this place to stay.

Потрясающие виды на озеро! Тишина и умиротворение. Очень тихо, спать ночью очень комфортно. Жилье - старинное здание в 2 этажа с высокими потолками, просторное и комфортное. Это не современный отель, а место с историей и очарованием. Оно добавило колорита в наш отпуск. Дом был очень чистым, со всем необходимым. Самостоятельное заселение было очень удобным и понятным. Хозяева всегда на связи, внимательны и добродушны, отвечают на все вопросы мгновенно. Рядом есть бесплатная парковка, где всегда есть место. До деревни Неми 5 минут пешком, где есть кафе, рестораны и просто красивые виды. Сама деревня очень колоритная и атмосферная.

La casetta è molto carina, pulita e funzionale. La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro e a due passi da in grande parcheggio gratuito. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

Excellent hote 👍 15 min de train pour aller à Rome

L'appartement est bien situé à la limite d'Anzio et de Nettuno donc facile de se rendre à ces deux destinations à pied. De la maison, bel accès à la mer tout près. On peut même y entendre le bruit des vagues. Appartement superbe avec magnifique terrasse et de belles vues sur la mer; l'ameublement extérieur est très confortable. La petite rue est tranquille ainsi que le quartier. L'appartement est très confortable, bien rénové et chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour d'une vingtaine de jours. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.

Ottimo appartamento, ben situato e a due passi dal mare. Gli spazi sono molto grandi e comodi. L'oste è stato molto reattivo e disponibile. Raccomandato al 100%! Grazie Matteo!

Moderno, pulito e ben arredato, con una Jacuzzi perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata. La posizione è ideale, tranquilla ma vicina a tutti i principali punti di interesse. L'host è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile.

Elvira und ihr Mann Marco waren sehr sehr warmherzig und super freundlich!! Sie waren immer da, falls wir Hilfe gebraucht haben und standen uns immer zur Verfügung! Die Unterkunft war tadellos, sauber und einfach nur süß. Das Haus ist wunderschön und man kann den Sommer hier vollstens genießen😍 Zum Ende hin haben sie uns sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk gegeben, sehr sehr süß und bedacht🥹 ich kann diese Unterkunft und diese Gastgeber zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Manuela und Alfredo waren die perfekten Gastgeber! Wir kamen um 23 Uhr am Abend an und Alfredo hat mit seinem Roller bei der Q8 Tankstelle auf uns gewartet und uns den Weg gezeigt. Der Strasse rauf zum Haus ist sehr klein. Man muss nur auf den Gegenverkehr aufpassen! Als wir ankamen wurden wir von 3 Hunden überrascht, die am Anfang sehr neugirig waren. Da wir noch nichts zu Essen hatten boten Manuela und Alfredo uns eine kleine Jause sogar an. Das Frühstück war für 4 Tage gut und ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist viel größer als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Leider grenzt ein Zimmer direkt an einer Garage, daher war in einem Zimmer immer ein Garagenduft wahrzunehmen. Weiters muss man hervorheben, dass die Wohnung sehr sauber war und man hatte viel Platz. Man konnte die Landschaft und Aussicht direkt im Pool geniesen! Am letzten Tag wurden wir informiert, dass es keinen neuen Gast gibt und wir somit auschecken konnten wann wir wollten. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter!
