La maison d’Elisabetta est parfaite pour se retrouver en famille! Avec 8 chambres et 4 salles de bains, chaque famille avait de l’espace pour évoluer. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter les alentours, notamment Bellagio et Côme. L’accueil de notre hôte a été parfait, Elisabetta est très réactive si nous avons besoin de quoique ce soit. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

É un appartamento nel bel mezzo della natura, si può vedere il fiume dal balcone ed è contornato dal verde degli alberi e delle piante sia ai piedi della villa e sia in lontananza, con un panorama straordinario di monti e campagne. l'appartamento è identico alle foto e la sua caratteristica è la rusticità, ci si può immergere in quegli anni in cui si usava ancora il vero legno per i mobili ma ha anche oggetti e decorazioni fantasiose e molto belle. La Host Giulia è stata molto cordiale e premurosa, ci ha indicato la via secondaria d'accesso a piedi alla fattoria, le particolarità della fattoria al suo interno e ci ha mostrato di persona i cavalli bellissimi che soggiornano anche loro beatamente in questo meravigliosa fattoria ricca di natura e oggetti che hanno un fascino sia per i grandi che per i bambini. Consiglio vivamente a tutti un esperienza di almeno una settimana in questo appartamento eccellente.

What a great find!!!! Absolutely beautiful for my family and I. Perfect vacation! The staff was so amazing which makes me want to come back…attentive and super responsive. I own my own travel agency and it’s rare to find the perfect place but I can honestly say I don’t have one single complaint. I highly recommend to others. Thanks to these wonderful ladies who helped with anything we needed and communication was above and beyond. Place was clean, had everything we needed, great amenities, perfect location and CLEAN!

Luciana's place is a must for anyone who loves modern, contemporary architecture. The most well-designed building I have ever stayed in. The views of Lake Como were incredible and by far the best of the six places we stayed on our honeymoon. The unit is situated high up and is a tough walk for anyone with luggage. Recommend booking a taxi in advance.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay with stunning views of the lake and walkable to town. Staff is extremely responsive and helpful in organizing activities. Highly recommend!

Siamo stati molto bene ospitavamo 8 giovani medici che si sono spostati tra il Galeazzi e il san donato di Zingonia. l'unica pecca il traffico, ma in questo la casa non ha colpa entrando nel garage però non è proprio intuitivo trovare la casa per il resto la casa è bellissima e molto attrezzata grazie di tutto

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

Super schönes und modern eingerichtetes Haus. Vor allem die Zimmer im Untergeschoss sind schön eingerichtet und die Bäder noch ganz neu. Einzig die Türen zu den Bädern fanden wir etwas unpraktisch, weil sie nicht wirklich dicht sind. Im oberen Bereich bietet das Haus einen schönen Gemeinschaftsraum, der allerdings bei Vollbelegung (in unserem Fall 10 Erwachsene) einfach nicht genügend bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten für so viele Menschen bietet. Gerade im Winter wäre das aber erforderlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war perfekt. Sie war immer gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfreich.

È stata una bellissima vacanza, ci siamo trovati molto bene e in più avevamo il latte appena munto sotto casa, fantastico!!

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour. Le logement a beaucoup de charme. Il est placé dans un petit village en hauteur, au calme et très typique. Il est facile d’accéder en voiture autour du lac de Côme. Merci beaucoup

This place is amazing! We can’t say enough positive things about Luca, his family, and the work they’ve done to allow people to stay at their beautiful grounds! The views are stunning, the cabin was cozy and well designed, and the local products we got to taste were great! We also bought some of the products the family produces, and they are super tasty! Warm recommendations from us!

Guido was wonderful, and we loved the area. The town itself and the people there are amazing. We went to ski St. moritz during the day and had an amazing, peaceful, relaxing time when we returned. We personally loved the wood stove, and the rustic and modern mix of the rental. Again, the town, the food, and the people were incredible, and the communication from our host was quick and thorough regardless of the language differences. I cannot thank you enough for a great experience in such a wonderful small town of Italy.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Colico. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines großen Hauses und ist sehr geräumig. Es ist dort ein bisschen wie auf einen kleinen Bauernhof, denn es gibt Pferde, Kühe, Hunde, Katzen, Enten und Hühner. Gerade für Kindern ist das toll. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr herzlich und zeigten den Kindern alle Tiere. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß und der nächste Bäcker ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im Vergleich zum Westufer des Lago di Como ist der Strand in Colico bei guten Wetter auch Anfang Oktober noch ziemlich voll. Aber es gibt auch ruhige Stellen in Richtung der Flußmündung der Adda.

Wunderschön ruhige Lage mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Alpen. Wir wurden unten am Parkplatz getroffen und der Weg wurde uns gezeigt, Danke an Patrizia für die Geduld, wir waren ca. 1,5 Stunden zu spät, sie hat auf uns gewartet und uns herzlich mit einem Kaffee begrüßt. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Relativ klein aber wir kamen damit gut klar (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und ein kleiner Hund). Der Wohnbereich ist durch den kleinen Garten erweitert :-) Wir würden gern wiederkommen!

Wat een leuk verblijf. Aan het water en een strandje op 10 minuten met de auto. De tuin was ook heerlijk om in te zitten. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door Omar. Wat een aardige man. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Klein dorp, maar als je wilt, kun je van alles ondernemen. We zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen!! Dank je wel!

Non si può capire finché non si arriva lì.L alloggio superlativo.Dotato di ogni comfort.Il Borgo un oasi di pace anche con la pioggia è stato incantevole. Una bottiglia di vino e un caffè a Km 0 fanno capolino all arrivo. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort.Ed è calda e accogliente.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

super schöne Anlage am Berg. Man sollte sich im Vorfeld aber genau die Wegbeschreibung anschauen- wir haben uns schön verfahren. Und dann kann es mit nem großen Auto echt eng werden! Wenn man das Dörfchen gefunden hat, ist es echt nett! Authentisch, alt! Kommunikation und alles toll! Wir fanden es nur etwas schade, dass man von der Terrasse des Turms nicht ins Tal schauen kann

We had a wonderful 3 day stay with Irene. Irene was very helpful and responsive, with useful advice about the local area. The local restaurants, shops, train station and ferry are all within walking distance, but far enough down a fairly steep hill that the place felt private. The place is quiet but exactly what we wanted. Our only challenge was drying off some of our clothes which encountered some unfortunate weather! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Lake Como.

Sehr sauber, privat angenehme

Vittorio persona correttissima, disponibilissima, attentissima che rispecchia perfettamente il suo stupendo chalet, pulizia, servizi…tutto!

Au bord du lac de Côme j'ai trouvé un lieu très paisible, avec une vue sur le lac large et très belle. L'orientation écologique responsable est ici très présente dans un lieu protégé. Location de qualité, prestation identique, appartement très propre et agréable avec sa terrasse, très spatieux à deux. Séjour de trois jours avec dans le village un bien agréable restauration présent sur TripAdvisor qui le note comme moi : bien bon. Je recommande ce lieu et son hôtesse accueillante qui parle également anglais.

Nous avons passé une superbe nuit dans le logement de Cinzia qui s'est montrée très accueillante et disponible pour toutes informations relatives au logement, mais aussi pour donner des conseils touristiques, merci à elle ! La situation est idéale : au cœur du charmant village de Nesso. En ouvrant la fenêtre au réveil, on aperçoit du lit les montagnes et le lac, la vue est parfaite ! Le logement est central, cosy, propre et très bien équipé. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement.
