Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

sono stata in questo piccolo paradiso per un periodo breve e con qualche imprevisto non dovuto alla casa od al propietario .La casa è molto più bella di come si veda in foto e Silvano è un proprietario gentile e comprensivo con cui è molto bello chiaccherare La vista è spettacolare non immaginavo!!!!. ho ricevuto in regalo di prodotti del posto,assaporato il silenzio che cercavo e fatto un Trek☺️ come desideravo. anche il mio cane è stato contentissimo. davvero un oasi di pace a un ora da Milano.

Nous venons de passer 5 jours magnifique à Vessana , accompagnées de notre chienne. La route qui longe le lac est magnifique, (attention cependant aux conducteurs qui roulent vite) , l'accès à Bellagio est facile d'accès en 10min en voiture , et 50min pour Côme . De Bellagio, il y a des ferry très régulièrement, ce qui nous a permis d'aller passer une journée entière à Varenna , village absolument magnifique. Michèle est très disponible et réactif, avec son logement très accueillant, tout le nécessaire est présent pour passer de beaux moments. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Alles wie beschrieben. Tolles Haus mit tollem Garten. Für uns mit zwei Familien hat es perfekt gepasst, die Kinder haben den Garten und den Pool geliebt. Schöner Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, Bäcker direkt nebenan. Die angrenzende Hauptstraße ist laut, das war aber den bisherigen Bewertungen schon zu entnehmen.

This was a lovely experience for myself and my partner. Our host Giulia was incredibly flexible with allowing us to eat and become familiar with the town before check-in. The place itself is built on an old medieval castle which was quite interesting & unique. It was charming and had everything we needed and some nice touches like a selection of teas & snacks. The breathtaking views had us in awe every day. The beach directly beside us was peaceful and not crowded. The local restaurants each had their own authentic (delicious!) tastes, and the surrounding towns were easy to get to. This ultimately made our stay extremely peaceful yet exciting. We thought it was handy that we could take a quick train ride to Varenna and Bellano so we did not have to adhere to the more limited ferry schedule - were able to catch a breathtaking sunset this way! Overall, we could not recommend this experience more and was the highlight of our 2-week Italy trip.

Accueil très chaleureux par l’hôte, à disposition en cas de besoin. Le logement est paisible, propre et chaleureux, malheureusement y ayant logé hors saison (hiver), il n’y avait pas beaucoup d’activités à proximité. Nous avons cependant passé un agréable séjour et nous avons profité du beau temps pour visiter les alentours en voiture.

Notre séjour chez Bruno et Chiara a été une parenthèse dans un écrin de verdure. la maison est de toute beauté, verdoyante, fleurie, pierres, bois, trouvailles, personnalité, chaleureux, atypique, cosi, confort, déco soignée, ombragée... A proximité de multiples plages de Colico, et lac de Côme, villes et villas, jardins botaniques = magnifique !!!! Et que dire de l'accueil : Chiara : adorable, à l'écoute ultra réactive et au petit soin pour être sûr que tout se déroule bien : réservation, suivi, check in, durant le séjour, check out. Bruno : hôte ultra accueillant, qui donnent pleins de conseils de resto et activités, il est dispo dès qu'on a besoin de lui. Il sait chouchouter ses guest. Merci Bruno pour votre gentillesse !!!! On recomm a de ++++

Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Alessandras Unterkunft am Comer See! Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig, mitten in der Natur und mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und das neue Badezimmer hat uns besonders gefallen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und gepflegt, mit einem sauberen Pool, Grill und einem Spielplatz für die Kinder. Auch der separate Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen war sehr praktisch. Das Grundstück besteht aus einem Haupthaus und einem Seitenhaus. Wir haben je eine Wohneinheit in beiden Häusern gemietet. Die zweite Wohneinheit im Haupthaus wird ab und zu von Alessandras Tante genutzt, die uns ebenfalls sehr freundlich begrüßt hat und jederzeit erreichbar war. Der Kontakt zu Alessandra war ebenfalls herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Alessandra, für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Casa curata, soggiorno con vista splendida sul lago, fornita di tutti gli accessori utili per un comodo soggiorno. Host gentilissimi.

Ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, super netjes en schoon en ligt op een prachtige locatie in de bergen. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met de bewoners van de overige woningen op de residentie, maar grotendeels heb je dit zwembad voor je alleen. De bewoners zijn super vriendelijk en maken graag een praatje met je in het Italiaans 😁 Colico aan het meer is een gezellig klein plaatsje waar je lekker wat kunt eten en drinken. Dit is in een 25 minuten prima naar beneden te lopen (wij met 2 kinderen van 5 en 9 jaar oud). Vanaf Colico kun je makkelijk alle kanten rondom het Comomeer op. Wij raden dit verblijf zeer zeker anderen aan!

Everything was perfect and spotless! The view is amazing! Hosts we so kind and nice. Definitely would love to stay again! Free parking is also make it awesome)

Merci Alberto de proposer ce logement ainsi que toutes les fournitures nécessaires au séjour. L'accueil chaleureux à "l'italienne" avec des intentions sympathiques. Une belle vue, pour ceux qui se plaignent de la circulation... vous êtes directement au bord du lac donc oui il y a de la circulation et du bruit mais c'est largement acceptable. Vous avez des petits restaurants (très bon) à proximité à pied pour le reste, il faut prendre la voiture, nous y sommes aller en septembre donc moins de monde . Le logement est très propre et son environnement également. Nous recommandons et recommanderons le logement et l'hôte. Grazie 😉

The Villa was located in a nice neighbourhood. Lots of room for 10 people and the Villa had everything we needed during our stay. Perfect for kids. Close to the train station and the lake Como. We also went for a hike in the mountains. Sara and her parents were friendly, we got welcomed with a tiramisu which was excellent! It was easy to be incontact with Sara, fast replies.

Alloggio bellissimo e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Molto comodo avere il proprio bagno in ogni camera. Host molto gentile ed ospitale, colazione fatta da lei ottima e abbondante. Purtroppo la posizione non è molto comoda per il centro. Comunque super consigliato.

Spent 1 week at Maria's apartment in April for our anniversary. The apartment has everything as described and I think has actually been updated since the pictures (bathroom now a lovely blue). Waking up to the view on the balcony each morning was breath taking - we even got a perfect view to some lovely fireworks one night whilst there. Maria gave us a warm greeting and was responsive as needed. We were conveniently provided with some basics on arrival such as milk, eggs & bread. The apartment is only 10 mins drive from Bellagio which is a lovely spot to go for days out / food. Its easy to access other areas on the lake with a car (needed) - we visited several further spots including Lecco, Como, Varenna & Nesso. Thank you Maria 🥰

What a truly beautiful corner of the world! Angela was an extremely attentive host, ensuring our stay was easy, fuss free, and most of all, relaxing. Situated just outside the main hustle and bustle of the town centre, about 5 minutes drive, the apartment has SPECTACULAR views across Lake Como and it was a delight to spend a quiet evening on the private balcony soaking it all in. The apartment was VERY clean, containing all we needed for our stay; Angela went above and beyond to provide additional bits and bobs (a couple of dishwasher tablets etc) which again only added to the ease and enjoyment of our trip. We cooked some of our evening meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had our car and the parking is private and safe. The access to the apartment, down quite a steep drive, feels a bit perilous at first but you soon get used to it and having the car does help as the shops and restaurants are not just round the corner. What an unforgettable trip - thank you!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und hat eine ideale Lage. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden da und uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick vom Garten aus am Morgen ist wunderschön und über eine Gartentür gelangt man direkt an den See. Außerdem liegen gute Restaurants in Fußnähe.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gastfreundlichkeit war ebenafalls sehr zuvorkommend. Die Eigentümer waren bei Fragen hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für eine grosse Gruppe und ist auch dafür ausgestattet.

Appartamento molto bello arredato con stile, molto pulito ed ordinato. La posizione è davvero eccellente, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Bellano e dal lago, ottimo per spostarsi senza usare la macchina per poter visitare il lago. I padroni di casa sono davvero delle persone squisite, molto gentili, simpatici e disponibili; ci sono stati di supporto durante il nostro soggiorno con consigli e indicazioni molto utili, inoltre il loro giardino è davvero splendido con una vista sul lago invidiabile. Consiglio sicuramente questo alloggio e ci ritornerei volentieri!
