Province of Livorno : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Berith. Celle-ci est décorée avec beaucoup de charme. Elle est très bien située, dans un endroit paisible, avec un jardin magnifique. Berith est très agréable pour la communication et nous avait laissé un petit cadeau de bienvenue : une bouteille de limoncello. Le seul point négatif a été un problème d'evacuation des toilettes. Merci Berith pour votre accueil!

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Capoliveri!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I am very glad that we got such a hostess! She is very polite, very responsive! We met for the first time, but it was as if we had known each other for many years. The house is in a very comfortable and beautiful place!! It is very clean and very cozy!! If I come to Tuscany again, then only to Caterina!)

Il soggiorno è stato breve, ma l’accoglienza nei nostri confronti e nei confronti dei nostri amici a 4 zampe ci ha fatto sentire super coccolati. La casa (enorme) super pulita e curata, un fantastico e bellissimo giardino tutto recintato perfetto per far scorazzare i cani. Per i nostri appuntamenti in zona torneremo sicuramente!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Abbiamo passato delle bellissime giornate a casa di Vanda, godendoci la casa ben organizzata dove non manca niente e il bel giardino circostante. La zona è tranquilla e il paesino molto piccolo, ma con un forno con prodotti deliziosi. Posizione strategica con Volterra e altri paesino vicini, e a 40 minuti da Pisa. Vanda è stata sempre molto gentile e molto veloce a rispondere, ci siamo sentiti a casa!

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Veronica. Die Unterkunft war für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zentral und gut zur Erkundung der Toskana (z.B. Lucca, Florenz, San Gimignano) und zum Badeurlaub an verschiedenen Stränden in der Umgebung geeignet. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und Veronica war gut zu erreichen und stets hilfsbereit mit einer Vielzahl an Tipps zur Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Kleines Manko, welches aber auch durch Veronica umgehend versucht wurde zu beheben, ist das eher instabile W-LAN. Da es sich hierbei jedoch um eine Urlaubsunterkunft handelt, war dies zu verschmerzen.

Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und wie beschrieben angetroffen, und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Anna Maria und ihr Mann haben hier ein kleines Paradies gestaltet. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird diese in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung auch finden. Die Terrasse ist nicht nur für Sonnenuntergänge perfekt, sondern auch für den Blick in den Sternenhimmel! Der Platz war für uns mit zwei Kindern ausreichend, da wir sowieso meist draussen waren. Den kleinen Laden im benachbarten Colle d'Orano können wir empfehlen. Wir haben die Woche in Patresi sehr genossen!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Valerio 3 giorni per partecipare al Lucca Comics. La posizione centrale ti permette di muoverti per Livorno in totale libertà e comodità a piedi. Il check in/check out online ti permette di fare tutto in autonomia in modo veloce. L'appartamento è come descritto, comodo,ordinato e pulito,ha tutto quello che serve. Consigliatissimo!

appartamento impeccabile. pulitissimo e spazioso come da foto. non mancava niente. zona tranquilla vicina al mare e al centro. siamo stati veramente bene.

Querceto is a little world of its own. An incredibly quaint and relaxing place to stay- we loved our slow days here! Cristina & Ilaria were wonderful hosts… helpful and always responsive and kind. The apartment has glorious views and was as described. As others have mentioned, the restaurant has incredible food. A lovely gem, definitely recommend staying here!

Sassetta ist ein sehr schön gelegenes, romantisches Dorf in der Toskana. Die Unterkunft liegt im Grünen und ist sehr ruhig. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden (Geschirr, Küchengeräte, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine). Der Host ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt Besonders gut gefallen, hat uns der private Strandabschnitt mit dem botanischen Garten, welchen man benutzen kann. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Lovely tuscan farmhouse. We had the top flat and felt very cosy. The pool is lovely, Henrik and Silvia are great hosts.

Massimilianos villa is super located in the middle of nature, perfect for people who like peace and quiet ! We loved the fact that there was no television because we don't watch TV. On the other hand there was lots to do, hang out at the natural pool and watch the frogs or take trips in the surrounding beautiful towns, villages and landscapes. The location is very comfortable, close to the sea and Livorno, to Pisa and also not too far from places like the historic town of Lucca or the mountains north of Lucca. You need a good car, though to weather the rough accessway to the villa which lies off road . The villa lacks nothing, was perfectly clean and pleasant with tasteful artistic design and comfortable amenities. The air conditionining added to our well being in the hot August days and nights. Massimiliano is such a nice, friendly person & was very responsive and proactive in making us comfortable, came to clean the pool personally a few times during our stay! MILLE GRAZIE!

Nous revenons de Toscane et avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison ( 2 adultes et 2 adolescents). La Casina del ginepraie est un havre de paix au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. La piscine ( très grande) est fantastique. La maison est grande, la literie parfaite et rien ne manque tant en ustensiles de cuisine qu'en linge de maison. La Casina se trouve à 10 min en voiture ( peu de km mais routes escarpées) de Riparbella, joli petit village avec toutes les commodités minimum ( commerçants conviviaux). La mer est à 20 min en voiture ( à Cécina) . Nos échanges avec Fabio et Francesca ont toujours été faciles, rapides et agréables. Nous vous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation cette maison si vous voulez vous reposer au cœur de la Toscane . Pour nous, un airbnb inoubliable et comme l'écrit un précédent locataire: difficile de quitter ce lieu sans avoir une point de nostalgie!

La casa è isolata e tranquilla, ma a 5 minuti in auto da Peccioli. Il podere è immerso nel verde, e c’è tutto quello che serve, per 7 persone gli spazi sono super fruibili, inoltre ci sono calcetto, pingpong, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e wi-fi. Tv in quasi tutte le stanze. Super patio per pranzi e cene e cucina dove si può preparare qualunque cosa. Il plus è sicuramente la piscina, ma anche a dicembre la si potrebbe sfruttare molto bene visto qua to e grande.

Monica è una super super host! Accogliente, disponibile ad ogni momento della giornata per informazioni o esigenze. Sempre sorridente, anche questo fa la differenza. Noi eravamo 3 famiglie con molti bimbi e la casa ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative e necessità. Il giardino fuori è stato il nostro plus e anche la comodità di avere i posti auto interni. Grazie Monica per la tua conserva freschissima e per averci dato disponibilità a sfruttare casa fino all’ultimo minuto e di più! Super consigliata la casa di Monica e Pomonte, che è un gioiellino dell’isola d’Elba!

In 8 amici abbiamo trascorso solo un weekend, troppo poco, nell'alloggio di Barbara. Location fantastica, per un gruppo numeroso è perfetta, molto riservata e nel verde, ma raggiungibile senza troppi problemi dalla strada principale che porta al Golfclub Acquabona. Barbara sempre disponibile e gentile, ci ha inoltre permesso, visto il periodo di fine stagione, di prolungare il checkout per farci godere appieno anche l'ultimo giorno fino alla fine. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare!

Riccardo and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a quiet and private area with a breathtaking sunset view from the spacious outdoor terrace. It is a short walk to town with plenty of restaurants, shops, pharmacy, supermarket, and small beach. The place was very clean, had air-conditioning, comfortable beds, and everything else we needed for a relaxing visit to Elba. We recommend renting a small car to navigate various areas of this beautiful island!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben wunderschön ruhig gelegen. Ich wurde noch nie durch so herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber begrüßt. Sie waren während des ganzen Aufenthalts sehr gut erreichbar und hatten immer super Tipps. Das Restaurant der Familie im Ort ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war zwar steil und aktuell noch unbefestigt aber es war kein Problem die Unterkunft mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

ca. 10 Autominuten ab dem Städtchen Castagneto Carducci über einen recht ruppigen und ausgeschwemmten Kiesweg. Dann aber: WOW! Perfekt eingerichtetes Haus, riesiger Garten mit gepflegter Wiese, Swimming-Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche. Die Villa liegt mitten im schönen Eichenwald auf einer grossen Lichtung; die Aussicht ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Fotos. Das (eher neue) Haus bietet wirklich viel Platz und ist in tadellosem Zustand. Das Cheminée im Wohnzimmer und der grosse Grill im Garten stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung. Die drei Terrassen rund ums Haus bieten rund um die Uhr Sonne oder Schatten - je nach Wunsch. Caterina hat jeweils innert weniger Minuten geantwortet und stand uns bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeberin, die auf demselben Gelände lebt (aber völlig diskret bleibt). Wir haben die Woche bei Caterina sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!
