Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in der Unterkunft. Das kleine Apartment ist süß und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und es ist für 2 Personen optimal geeignet. Die gesamte Anlage und die Umgebung ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch. Die Gastgeberin war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, wir konnten sie zu jederzeit einfach kontaktieren. Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung. Nahe am Strand, unkomplizierter Check in / out über das Hotel, alles in Top Zustand und sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Claudia’s place was beautiful, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Piombino itself is a lovely township with lots to offer. Would definitely recommend staying at Claudia’s apartment, it was excellent.

Abbiamo passato una settimana tranquilla zona adatta per bambini ,a 10 minuti a piedi c’era una spiaggia adatta per bambini anche per un neonato di 1 anno ci siamo trovati molto bene . La signora Franca era molto disponibile e gentile. Grazie di tutto .

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine et avons bien profité de la piscine. Pensez à ramener vos bonnets de bain, obligatoires pour profiter de la piscine 😉 Francesca est très agréable et très réactive et la barrière de la langue n’a jamais posé problème 👍🏾

Ottima posizione, tanto che non abbiamo mai usato la macchina in una settimana. Casa senza aria condizionata ma non troppo calda. Appartamento piccolo ma molto adatto ad una coppia anche con 1/2 bambini grazie soprattutto all’ampia zona esterna molto utile soprattutto per i pasti.

Vacanza super rilassante con tutto comodissimo e personale disponibile e cordiale.

Appartamento lontano dalla strada, molto silenzioso, ben attrezzato. Era finito il gas per cucinare e sono intervenuti in 15 minuti dalla chiamata. Prezzo onesto, moltissima disponibilità del proprietario, persona che abbiamo trovato squisita. Posizione talmente centrale che non abbiamo usato l’auto dall’arrivo alla partenza! A 200 metri dall’appartamento comincia una pineta che ti accompagna per tutto il paese di Marina di Cecina e fino a 10 km di spiagge libere con percorsi totalmente all’ombra della pineta, non sei mai al sole mentre cammini… Unico, mai visto prima, consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini! La vacanza perfetta!

Luca è un host fantastico, sempre disponibile e gentile. La casa è pulita e luminosa, la vista mare poi è bellissima! Grazie per tutto, tornerò sicuramente!

Siamo stati 2 settimane in questa struttura con tutta la famiglia (2 adulti e 3 bambini). Ci siamo trovati benissimo: i 2 host Stefano e Christian sempre gentili, presenti e disponibili; piscina TOP; alloggio ben tenuto e funzionale; poco distante dal mare (10/20 min di macchina a seconda della spiaggia scelta); paesi di Campiglia marittima molto caratteristico e con buona offerta culinaria; vicino a zone molto belle tipo Bolgheri; mai sofferto l’afa perché in zona ben ventilata e immersa nel verde! Consigliato!

Le logement est bien équipée ainsi que la cuisine d'été, ce qui permet de répondre à tous les besoins. la piscine est très bien et propre. L'environnement et les activités disponibles font que tout le monde peut y trouver son intérêt. Une zone commerciale à 3 kms, l'aéroport de Pise est à 22 kms, les villes de Toscane sont facilement accessibles dans un rayon d'une heure trente de voiture. Notre hôte a régulièrement pris de nos nouvelles pour vérifier que tout se passait bien. En cette saison, les moustiques se sont invités donc prévoir les systèmes anti moustique. Bref une location à retenir !

I used to come on holiday here in the 90s. It‘s still a beautiful place, great location (if you have a car) with friendly staff. Our holiday here was very relaxing :)

Lidia’s home was a great stay and we wish we had stayed longer! Beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning which you don’t always find in Europe, and it was very clean. We had our 12-month-old baby with us and she was able to have a crib set up waiting for him along with a high chair which was very much appreciated. The garden is beautiful but the hot tub was closed which we didn’t know until after we booked (we stayed in October). Lidia also gave us some recommendations for nearby restaurants that ended up being great! The only con (no fault of the owners) is that this area has a huge amount of mosquitos. If you opened the door just for a moment several would fly in. We all ended up getting bitten just from walking from the front door to our car parked in the driveway / with a few that got into the house. If traveling with a baby I would recommend bringing baby safe spray and net for crib. Still a fantastic stay despite this! Thank you Lidia!

Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien mit unseren Kindern und den Hunden verbracht. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht und liegt sehr ruhig ca 10 Minuten vom Strand ( zu Fuss) entfernt. Hunde sind an der Leine am Strand erlaubt. Das Haus verfügt über alles nötige und sogar noch einiges mehr. Die heissen Tage verbrachten wir auf der beschattenden Terrasse mit Sicht aufs Meer. Abbiamo soggiornato per un paio di notti in questo appartamento in posizione centrale a Piombino, approfittando della sua comodità per un’escursione alla vicina isola di Montecristo. Le dimensioni dell’alloggio sono reali e rispecchiano pienamente la descrizione. L’appartamento è accogliente e ben fornito, con tutto il necessario: olio, sale, caffè, carta igienica, scottex. Il bagno era pulito e ordinato. Parcheggiare è stato semplice e la padrona di casa, Daisy, si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile. Un’ottima soluzione per chi cerca praticità e comfort in zona.

Logement très proche de la mer (environ 80m) avec 1 transat, 2 chaises longues et un parasol privé sur la plage. Très beau complexe de piscine avec équipe d’animateurs dynamiques et souriants plus un directeur au top !! Complexe très propre, fleuri, boisé, très calme. Très agréable séjour avec un personnel hyper accueillant, très serviable, toujours souriant, adorable que ce soit à la piscine ou au bar du Magu. Idéal pour découvrir aussi les alentours (Pise, île d’Elbe, toscane, Sienne, etc…). Seul bémol sur le bar Mistral Club qui annonce ne pas prendre de réservation et quand on arrive pour dîner, en fait 80% du restaurant est réservé. Le Nautico quant à lui est top ! Nous recommandons pour passer une semaine de dolce vita en famille. Un grand bravo aux équipes de ménage, de la réception, des serveurs/serveuses, d’animation, le DJ et la direction.

Le logement est d’une propreté irréprochable, il est a proximité du centre, des commerces et face a la mer. Tout est prévu pour passer un séjour inoubliable. L’hôte est réactif et compréhensif, il a été disponible dès le départ. Je recommande à 1000% et reviendrais !
