We stayed at Nicoletta’s abode for 4 days. She was a lovely host that gave us a homemade bottle of wine when we first arrived. She also recommended lots of places for us to visit and that was really helpful. There’s also a super adorable and friendly dog Mia that made our stay so much more memorable. As we had been travelling for a week before this, we were running out of clean clothes and Nicoletta very kindly helped us with the laundry. Lastly, the view atmosphere and environment of where the house is situated, in my opinion, was absolutely perfect. If we are ever back in Tuscany, we will definitely stay here again. Abbiamo soggiornato (4 adulti, 3 bambini e 1 neonato) l' ultima settimana di agosto presso la casa di Angela e Marco. Fin da subito ci hanno accolto con il sorriso e i loro fantastici cani che i nostri figli hanno coccolato e adorato. Sono dei proprietari attenti e premurosi e ci hanno saputo consigliare in maniera impeccabile su spiagge, ristoranti, supermercati...Si sono dimostrati molto pazienti con i nostri figli nonostante la vivacità dei più piccoli. Simone ringrazia Marco per l' indimenticabile esperienza in mountain bike. La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima, profumata, ben suddivisa, in ottima posizione e dotata di ogni comfort anche per famiglie con neonati come nel nostro caso (sono presenti vaschetta per bagnetto, lettino, mangia pannolini, seggiolone). L' area barbecue e piscina, a disposizione degli ospiti, sono un plus che rendono questa casa perfetta. Un caro saluto anche a nonna Lorena. Vi aspettiamo in quel di Stablei.😉 Arrivederci, a presto! Der Ausblick und die Unterkunft lassen einen sprachlos werden. Lediglich der Weg zur Unterkunft ist bei den ersten Malen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Er führt über einen Schotterweg und unser Auto (5er BMW) setzte immer mal wieder auf und auch an den Seiten war es sehr eng. Man gewöhnt sich aber nach und nach daran. Der Blick, die Ruhe und auch die Unterkunft an sich entschädigen aber für den steilen Aufstieg. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben tolle Tipps. Check In, Check Out sind problemlos. Alles ist super gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt sicherlich nicht viele so traumhafte Orte auf dieser Welt, wie diesen. Alles ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern dargestellt, eher noch schöner. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Alfredo’s villa celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Alfredo was an amazing host. We felt at home from day one. We arrived in the evening, the next morning we awoke to the most beautiful and peaceful view from our bedroom window of the rolling Tuscan hills…just unbelievable! Alfredo was very helpful, thoughtful and kind. He gave some many great recommendations during our stay. The villa is located across the street from a wonderful winery and very close to the hill town of Peccioli. There is also a local pastry/coffee shop about five minutes away in LaRosa that we visited each morning. We rented a car, and the location of the villa was perfect to explore other parts of Tuscany. We visited Florence, Pisa, Luca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Cinque Terra and Chianni. Thank You Alfredo for making our trip so amazing!!!

A really roomy and elegant property with an amazing view. We visited as an extended family for Christmas, and had all the space and amenities we needed. The property is well decorated and had everything we needed for our Christmas break. Morrona is a charming and peaceful village, and the neighbouring village Terriciola was within a short walk. Also: Andrea is a really friendly and helpful host who helped make the most of our stay. Highly recommended!

Non potevamo regalarci un Natale migliore di questo. Stefania: persona bella e squisita, professionale e attenta, gentilissima e disponibile. Lo chalet è un angolo di paradiso: siamo stati 6 giorni immersi in un bosco, in totale privacy. L’alloggio è fiabesco e perfetto per evadere da tutto: i dettagli lo rendono veramente speciale! Stefania ci ha accolti con un aperitivo davvero gradito e con tanta cura nell’ illustrarci lo chalet. Che dire: vogliamo parlare dell’area benessere? È un sogno: spostate tutte le tende e godetevi il relax immersi nel verde! Vorrei dire di più, ma penso che si debba scoprire da soli tutto ciò che offre questo posto incredibile. Attorno c’è la possibilità di fare passeggiate bellissime tutte nel verde! Posizione ottima per ogni necessità : supermercati e altro. Ma soprattutto a pochissimi minuti dal ristorante di Stefania e suo marito:Piandilaura Gourmet! Una vera chicca: suo marito incredibile! Qualità ottima di ogni pietanza assaggiata. Andate! ♥️

Giglio war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation auf englisch reibungslos..Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und entspricht den Fotos. Giglio ist eine sehr freundliche und empathische Person mit der wir viel gelacht haben und sie uns äußerst liebevoll empfangen und auch am Schluss wieder verabschiedet.

We are a group of 10 friends and had an amazing time at Chateau la Siroque. Francesco was a very nice host, when we arrived we were welcomed with home baked pie and a bottle of wine from the vineyard around the Castle. The view is breathtaking and the whole setting of the villa in the Tuscan hills is just beautiful. The pool is also very nice, and the house very well-equipped. I fully recommend a stay!

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 14 Freunden und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Es fehlte uns im Haus an nichts. Tolle Lage um Ausflüge zu machen. Sauberes modernes Haus. Schöner Pool.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

Das war rundum gelungen! Sehr nette Vorab-Kommunikation mit Michele, dann sehr nette Übergabe durch Friedhelm. Das Haus hat uns spontan begeistert und das hat über die gesamte Zeit angehalten. Toll ist der Panoramablick von der riesigen Terrasse. Je nach Wunsch nach Sonne oder Schatten durch die große Kiefer gibt es ganztags immer den richtigen Platz. Und sollte es mal regnen, so hat man auch vom Eßtisch oder vom Sofa durch die bis zum Boden reichenden Fenster einen tollen Blick. Die Küche ist modern und sehr umfassend ausgestattet. Man merkt insgesamt an der Qualität der Einrichtung, dass die Eigentümer hier selbst auch immer wieder für längere Zeiten wohnen. Dank guter Heizung sicher auch ein guter Tipp für Wintermonate. Die Lage zum Ort Capoliveri ist auch vorzüglich. Einerseits ist der sehr abwechslungsreiche Ort in 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, andererseits liegt das Haus selbst sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt!

The place was amazing! Beautiful gardens and interior. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive whenever we wrote to him. The house looks great, there’s one bedroom with a private bathroom on the first level with the livingroom both having access to the gardens. A floor down there’s the kitchen that has all the needed amenities. Up a floor from the living room there are 3 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms accesibile from the hallway. All of them were clean and accommodating. There’s a restaurant close by with great food (walkable distance) and a supermarket in the next town over (reachable by car in just a few minutes). All in all, Andrea’s accommodation was everything we needed and more to experience Tuscany.

Emanuela and Peppe are really great hosts and kind people, they gave us a lot of useful recommendations and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment was clean and good equipped. It was also ideal for our dog, who had access to the garden and was allowed to run there freely. The location has awesome view and is very central of the island.

We loved our stay at Sabrina’s. The apartment has wraparound patios that offer shade and a breeze, even on the hottest days. We loved being able to walk to the beach and fantastic meals at Il Faro. Sabrina gave so many excellent recommendations and I have never had such easy communication as we did using the group chat feature she sets up for each guest. I highly recommend this apartment and host for anyone looking for a restful, comfortable accommodation.
