Loft ristrutturato per offrivi un ambiente pieno di charme a due passi da Piazza del Duomo di Pietrasanta. Un open space favoloso arredato con gusto e accogliente in ogni suo angolo. Al piano terra la sala da pranzo con libreria, cucina attrezzata, Smart TV e un sofà di qualità che diventa un comodo letto. Le scale in ferro battuto portano alla camera matrimoniale con mattoni a vista. La stazione ferroviaria dista 200 metri dove si trova anche un grande parcheggio gratuito per le macchine.

Comme je suis chez moi, je me suis occupé de chaque détail: de l'éclairage, des meubles sur mesure, de l'isolation, jusqu'à devenir la première maison du centre de la max classe énergétique. Également équipé de 3 velux électriques, de 2 smart TV avec wifi, de 2 vélos, il se trouve dans une position stratégique, à seulement 200 m de la zone piétonne, à 800 m de la gare et à 30 min en voiture des 5 terrains, Pisa et Lucca.

Situated in the historical center of Lucca, only 3 min walk to Piazza Napoleone, shops, restaurants... You will be charmed by it's incredible views of the main cathedral of Lucca (Duomo di San Martino), distant mountains but also spacious & luminous rooms, and it's original floor tiles!

The apartment, of ancient construction has been recently refurbished trying to keep the feelings of the past mixing tradition with design. It is located in the ancient village of Sambuca, a village perched around the Church of San Pantaleone, built on black cliffs overhanging the river Serchio. You can relax and recharge your energy.

Please note, there are EXTRA COSTS not included in the rental price, to be paid in cash on arrival: -FINAL CLEANING FEES: €70 for stay. -AIR CONDITION USE (only in summer time): €15 per day. -HEATING COST (only in winter time): €20 per day. * Due to the high increase in the cost of gas and electricity we had to slightly increase the daily fee of A/C and heating.
