Province of Lucca : location de maisons de vacances

The apartment is in Toscana style. Very nice, even better than in photos. Good parking, nice garden and terrace. Very friendly host.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! Grazie mille!!

GIOVANNA er en virkelig god og omsorgsfuld vært. Hun fortæller gerne om området og har gode anbefalinger til hvad man skal se og hvor man skal spise. Hun hjalp os med at booke en vinsmagning. Hun er til stede på området hver formiddag så man kan kontakte hende. Hun svarer altid hurtigt på beskeder. Huset og poolen ligger meget privat, men i gå afstand fra Lucca by. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette sted.

Die Unterkunft war toller als wir dachten und das View war hervorragend da ganz oben zwischen den Wolken. das ganze Möbel und alles was in Unterkunft ist, ist antiq und ein richtig schönes Landhaus von früher. Letizia und Loredana waren sehr hilfreich und haben uns über alles informiert. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie Zuhause gefühlt und haben jeden Abend gegrillt. Sauberkeit war top. Geschirr, Tücher, Bettwäsche ... Insekten draußen waren nur ganz kleine Nachteil, was fast überall im Sommer normal ist aber haben wir auch von Letizia Spray und Zünder dagegen bekommen. Allgemein war's ein schöner angenehmer Aufenthalt für uns und wir empfehlen es jedem weiter.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer traumhaften Lage! Der Blick ins Tal ist ein Traum. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann super gut abschalten, dabei den Pool genießen und das wahnsinnige Grundstück! Es ist alles sehr sauber! Maria Grazia und Claudio sind wunderbare herzliche Menschen. Wenn man sie braucht stehen sie sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Der Pool ist sensationell gut und hat uns große Freude und gute Abkühlung geleistet. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich dort ausgetobt und wohlgefühlt! Pisa, Florenz und auch das Meer sind sehr gut erreichbar und auf jeden Fall ein Tagestrip wert! Ein wunderschöner Fleck und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Federica è presente ma sempre con discrezione,disponibile a dare un consiglio ogni volta che se ne ha bisogno. L’alloggio è nella sua stessa proprieta’ ma non se ne ha la sensazione perche’ rimane molto appartato,si è totalmente autonomi. La proprieta’ è molto grande,ha un giardino notevole con galline libere,3 gattoni stupendi che ogni tanto passano per qualche coccola. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la zona e la sensazione di essere lontani dal caos pur essendo vicinissimi a tutto : centro,stazione,lungomare e market. Cosa da non sottovalutare è l’importanza di avere il posto auto all’interno della proprieta’,la casa ha tutto cio’ che si puo’ aver bisogno e anche di piu’,gli spazi sono ottimi,ci siamo trovati davvero bene e sarebbe bello tornarci!

We stayed at Claudia’s apartment for three weeks with our two dogs and had an absolutely wonderful time. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, set in a peaceful, hilly neighborhood surrounded by olive trees with stunning views. The pool and garden, complete with outdoor seating and a hammock, were highlights, as well as the easy access to beaches by car. Claudia is hands down one of the most generous and supportive hosts I’ve ever met - always responsive and making sure both we and our dogs felt completely at home. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend this place 100%! @Claudia: thanks so much for having us and we hope to see you again soon!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a casa di Umberto,ci ha accolto sua figlia Alessandra molto gentile,premurosa e super disponibile!! ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione,con un panorama mozzafiato sulle Apuane giardino confortevole, molto bello e riparato, c'è un ottimo wifi. Ringrazio infinitamente Alessandra che durante il nostro soggiorno si è prodigata nel darci consigli su cosa visitare, dove comprare prodotti tipici della Garfagnana e ristoranti. Leonardo, Barbara e Frost(il nostro amico a quattro zampe) vi ringraziano infinitamente per la bella settimana passata da voi !! Sicuramente torneremo 😘

Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento! Posizione perfetta, comodissima per raggiungere il mare. La casa davvero molto carina e curata, siamo stati una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo, ha davvero tutto il necessario!

Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben, top ausgestattet und sauber, fanatischer Blick ins Tal, nette ruhige Nachbarschaft. Man sollte auf jeden Fall mindestens einmal im Ort essen gehen - tolle Atmosphäre und freundliches Personal. Der Check-In lief reibungslos und super freundlich, alles in der Wohnung funktioniert super und es fehlt an nichts. Einzig das Bett wird nach 2 Wochen doch etwas unbequem und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte besser sein (wie meistens in Italien), aber damit kann man auch leben, wenn der Rest stimmt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und jedem die Wohnung empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans le logement. Mirko est très disponible et sur place nous avons été accueillis (même tardivement) par Domenico qui nous a donné de bons conseils. Le logement est fidèle à sa description et offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Les deux chambres sont spacieuses et toutes deux équipées d’une salle de bain. La literie est large et confortable. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

The hosts could not have not have done more for us, they were very attentive! The place was beautiful, peaceful, and spotless. Perfect place for a nice break. Would highly recommend

Our stay at this property was exceptional, thanks to the wonderful and kind hosts, Andrea, Monica, Ernesto, and their family, who made us feel like part of their family. The spacious house and serene surroundings provided a perfect escape. We spent countless hours enjoying the beautiful BBQ and pool area, with stunning views that made every moment special. The kitchen was a delight—very well equipped, with beautiful tableware and kitchenware that made us feel right at home. We had fun using the BBQ often, especially in the lovely outdoor seating area. The hosts went above and beyond, Ernesto made a ramp for my son rightaway, even if we did not ask him to. Very thoughtful of them. Even surprising us with the best apple cake we’ve ever had for our son’s birthday and sharing their delicious homemade pizza. So kind and generous people. We truly got more than we paid for and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire family for being the best hosts ever! All the best to you guys!

The villa was very clean cozy spacious and tradional. Kids enjoyed the pool and evenings up at the traditional italian restaurant that had been recommended by anna maria .we found the local shop very convient and had the basics we required .we got to see the sheep come past with their bells which we all thoughly enjoyed. we found the cobbled streets and the sorounding areas beautiful . We had a trip to the devils bridge which was listed as one of the places to visit in Anna Maria folder .we all really enjoyed our stay here.

This place was pure heaven to us. It is a very beautifully restored old windmill and you can clearly see the love that was put into this place. We stayed here in the first weeks of august, so temperatures were quite high. However, because the house is located in a deep valley there is quite some shade, and for the warmest moment you can cool of in the creek that runs by the house. The surroundings were very lush and green. This was also a great place for our kids to play and explore. The nearby village Castiglione di Garfagnana is a great town to get coffee, have lunch or dinner. Very family oriented, and it feels very much alive with locals coming together in the evening to talk. All in all, we felt very much at home and hope we can comeback soon again!

Everything was perfect about our stay. David was a great communicator. His home is beautiful and quiet . We felt very much at home and my husband and I would love to return to see more of Lucca and do some cooking It was amazing to have the entire floor. I wish we could have stayer longer.

La casa di Carla è bellissima,rifinita. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ha assecondato le nostre richieste. Ci ha dato il benvenuto con un ottimo aperitivo. Siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente stupiti e soddisfatti. Non potevamo aspettarci di meglio. Torneremo di sicuro! Grazie Carla!

parlando della casa tra di noi il commento è stato che è come dovrebbe essere una casa vacanze, c'è tutto e gli spazi sono sfruttati al meglio per poterci vivere.

Soggiorno piacevole nonostante la giornata di pioggia! Alloggio comodo (4 adulti), pulito e vicino a tutti i servizi (noleggio, ski pass, ristorante...). Un grazie speciale a Daniela che ci ha accolto e seguito nel nostro soggiorno con discrezione ma sempre presente!

Vous êtes reçu chez Fausto comme dans une maison de famille. L accueil est chaleureux et gustatif! La maison située dans un village de montagne accueillant, est très bien équipée pour une famille qui aime faire la cuisine, tout y est. Comme Fausto est attentionné tout est présent pour bien commencer ses vacances. Seul bémol pour le parking premier arrivé premier servi 😜

L'esperienza nell'appartamento affittato da Andrea è stata fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. Pulizia, ordine, accoglienza e chiarezza delle informazioni. L'appartamento era proprio come nelle foto, nessuna sorpresa imprevista. Andrea si è dimostrato un padrone di casa più che perfetto dato che ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili per muoverci al meglio fin dal giorno della prenotazione. Ci ha accolto sulla porta e ci ha fatto trovare qualcosa per colazione e pranzo nel caso fossimo arrivati tardi e non potessimo fare spesa. La sera prima di partire abbiamo avuto una disavventura con la mia macchina e il nostro padrone di casa è stato così gentile da venirci incontro e recuperarci e a darci consigli utili per risolvere al meglio il problema. Se dovessi tornare a Lucca il prossimo anno andrei sicuramente lì. Consigliatissimo senz'ombra di dubbio.

A great small rooftop apartment in the walls of Lucca. Great location, nice locals style cafe next door and walkable to all the other restaurants and cafes and shops in Lucca. Great view from the rooftop and areas to sit and enjoy the weather, great thing about being on the tip floor is the view and it makes the many stairs to the top worth it. Limited paid Street parking in the street next to the apartment 3 euros per hour. (we had no problem finding a space but it was off season) or larger parking areas outside the walls with day rates of around 10 euros per day or parking lots around 10 mins walk. Apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen but is compact. Perfect for 2 people or 3 if you don't mind being cosy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy all Lucca has to offer

This house is beautiful. It was quiet, peaceful, adjacent to a stream. We could walk a short distance to a wedding at a nearby villa. Restaurants nearby were really good. Our host was so helpful and patient to help us find our way there (in spite of our poor navigation skills). Douwe Jan went above and beyond ! We had a wonderful stay!!
