We felt absolutely spoilt and had a fantastic stay. We were welcomed and treated like family. A home away from home. We will return.

Very impressed with Vix's accommodation and the hotel was fantastic. Great surrounding, very friendly staff and great food. I have no problem in recommending this resort to friends and family. We will certainly be back.

Et vakkert hus i fantastisk landlige omgivelser. Dette er det perfekte huset for de som ønsker fred og ro. Verten Giampiero er en utrolig omgjengelig kar som ønsker å gi den beste opplevelsen når man bor i huset hans. Han svarer raskt og fikser det som trengs. Det eneste jeg har å utsette på oppholdet var at det ikke fremgikk av annonsen av at det var et eksternt anneks med 2 sengeplasser. Dette annekset burde oppgraderes grunnet et ganske omfattende fuktproblem. I tillegg fikk dessverre av 8 pers ørebetennelse den første uken grunnet for dårlig vannkvalitet i bassenget. Alt i alt var det likevel et fantastisk opphold der Gianpiero virkelig gjorde alt han kunne for at vi skulle trives.

La sua accoglienza è stata impeccabile, con presentazione della casa e della zona. ha dato ottimi consigli sinceri sui locali dove mangiare e sui luoghi da visitare. la casa come da fotografie, comoda e spaziosa sia nelle camere che soprattutto nelle aree comuni. i tanti servizi disponibili nella hanno contribuito a farci trascorrere una splendida vacanza all'insegna dell' amicizia e del relax.

Location incantevole e alloggio che permette di rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort e l'host disponibile ogni qual volta doveste averne bisogno. Il posto è un paradiso e risulta perfetto a chi cerca relax e benessere con viste mozzafiato. Ovviamente spostandosi in auto o si possono raggiungere, con viaggi di circa 20-60 minuti circa, le migliori località marchigiane e vivere le bellezze di questa magnifica regione. L'accesso alla struttura risulta a un po' scomodo e impervio ma basta guidare piano e fare attenzione soprattutto se non avete un'auto alta come nel mio caso. In ogni caso questo non ha pregiudicato la qualità di una delle vacanze più belle che abbia mai fatto, quindi posso dire che l'esperienza è stata assolutamente magnifica tanto che, se solo avessi più tempo, la ripeterei anche domani. Godetevi questo magnifico posto e complimenti all'host! W LE MARCHE!

La struttura è bellissima, confortevole, elegante ed accogliente nello stesso tempo, comoda negli spazi e curata nell' arredo e nei particolari, cucina attrezzatissima. L' esterno è molto ampio: un patio ben attrezzato ed un prato esteso molto curato con ulivi e con vista sulle colline circostanti, presenti anche amache e giochi per bimbi. L' host Matteo super gentile e presente all'occorrenza. Tutto molto bello. Super raccomandata.

Splendida casa allestita con molta cura, dal salone con la cucina molto attrezzata, al terrazzo che domina sulla piscina con la meravigliosa vista. Un grazie a Maria e Gianfilippo, molto discreti e disponibili all'occorrenza.

La struttura gode di una posizione unica sul fiume Tronto, di fronte al centro storico di Ascoli che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata. Gli ambienti sono tutti comodissimi, pulitissimi e molto accoglienti. L'host è disponibile e amichevole. La vista dalle camere verso la citta storica è affascinante e gli spazi aperti del porticato e delle terrazze aggiungono un punto in più alla struttura anche in inverno e sono, probabilmente, molto piacevoli nelle stagioni più calde. Consigliatissimo

Loved my time in Fabriano- the unit is spacious right outside is a flowing river and you are close to main square as market- 15 min walk to train station- Loved that she had all the amenities you would need and just so Pleasent great light!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Gustavo hat uns mit Informationen zu Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten tolle Hinweise zur Gestaltung unseres Urlaubes gegeben. Wir haben unsere beiden Gastgeber als sehr hilfsbereite und unterstützend erlebt. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles so wie im Angebot beschrieben. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Das Podere liegt zauberhaft in die Hügellandschaft eingebettet, unsere Unterkunft war nur 10 Schritte vom sehr sauberen, täglich gereinigten Pool entfernt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden durch unsere Gastgeber mehrfach gewechselt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr stilvoll und authentisch gestaltet. Die ruhige Alleinlage ist uns sehr in unserem Bedürfnis nach Erholung entgegen gekommen. Die Stadt Tolentino mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Region der Marken ist ein äußerst interessantes Urlaubsgebiet, das inbesondere durch seine reizvolle und abwechlungsreiche Landschaft, seine sehr freundlichen Bewohner und mit viel Kultur und Freizeitaktivitäten beeindrucken kann. Die traditionelle Küche der Marken konnten wir auf den vielen Festen in den umliegenden Dörfern und Städten genießen. Unser Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, da in 14 Tagen diese großartige Region nicht entdeckt werden konnte.

l'alloggio organizzato e pulito. c'è tutto quello che serve per una sosta o una vacanza. Climatizzato perfettamente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Mimma e Miky ottimi padroni di casa. Spazio interno ed esterno ottimale per più famiglie. Cucina e ripostigli ideali per soggiorni lunghi. D'inverno camere e bagni ben riscaldati. Biancheria e stoviglie ottimali. Per chi ha cani consiglio di fare attenzione a paddeggiate a piedi a causa di un maremmano libero sulla strada di accesso alla via in alto.Torneremo sicuramente per l'estrema vicinanza ai Sibillini e per la casa ha un calore che la rende davvero felice.

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!

Prachtige omgeving en geweldig uitzicht. Zeer mooie plek om te verblijven. Het appartement was uitstekend, netjes en met alle voorzieningen aanwezigen. Leuke plekjes rondom het huis om te zitten. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk. Bob en Ian hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen en stonden altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden. De pizza-avond was heel gezellig, ook leuk om andere gasten te ontmoeten. Kortom: een aanrader!

The reception by Paola was very friendly. The apartment was nice, clean and with two spacious bedrooms, and the swimming pool and terrace were lovely to spend a relaxed day. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook our own meal. We had a lovely time and recommend this to others who are looking for a relaxed place to stay.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux chez Stefan. La propriété est très belle et la maison annexe où nous avons logé est grande, parfaitement équipée et aménagée avec style. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et c'était parfait, puisque les températures peuvent grimper en été. Stefan est un hôté extrêmement aimable, réactif, serviable et discret. Nous avons séjourné dans la propriété comme si nous y étions seules. La région est extrêmement belle et variée, avec des petits bourgs partout qui sont des trésors, et une excellente gastronomie (où Stefan nous a également conseillés). Bref, un excellent séjour !

abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento in occasione dei festeggiamenti di capodanno 20222, tutto perfetto, location bellissima veramente immersa nel verde e con un silenzio e pace incredibile, la casa corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione, ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per la casa, le attrezzature e elettrodomestici forniti e del riscaldamento, consigliamo assolutamente il soggiorno presso Henrik, sempre disponibile e raggiungibile tramite whatzapp, l'unica nota da segnalare è che se avete un auto molto bassa stile sportiva o simili potreste avere qualche piccolo problema sull'ultimo tratto di strada per raggiungere l'alloggio siccome la strada è di sassi ma resta leggermente alta nel centro e in alcuni tratti sentivo grattare sotto....ma niente di che.... il paesaggio e la posizione ricompensano il tutto! :) super consiglio

Ottimo posto per soggiornare nelle campagne marchigiane. Tiziana persona disponibilissima. Casa molto curata nei dettagli, la piscina un plus da non sottovalutare. Da tornarci.

This house is absolutely beautiful, it's even more impressive in person. Ingrid has done a wonderful job on the house and it was clear it's well loved. We got married here and had everything we needed to make the place look lovely, it generally spoke for itself. It was amazing having the outhouse where my parents could stay and have their own space and every room having its own bathroom was brilliant.
