Province of Macerata : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Ci siamo trovati molto bene presso l'alloggio che si trova in zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere le spiagge e le attrazioni di Porto Recanati. L'host è stata molto disponibile e prodiga nel fornirci suggerimenti per scoprire la zona. Quindi consiglio il soggiorno e torneremo volentieri a farvi visita :-)

Clotilde è un host molto accogliente e disponibile. L appartamento ha tutto il necessario per soddisfare ogni confort. Il giardino e la veranda sono un plus. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con una bambina di 3 anni e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Tipp für kleine Familien! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, welche vom Meer ca 50m weit weg ist. Auch zu Supermärkten, Restaurants und zum Zug kommt man (auch mit Kind) gut zu Fuß. Die Lage ist trotzdem ruhig, man hat keinen Lärm von Strandbars oder so. Die Ausstattung ist neu und modern: Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, Wohnküche, Bad mit Waschmaschine und Meerblick. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung einen Monat verbracht und dabei teilweise im Homeoffice gearbeitet. Auch für so eine lange Zeit ist die Wohnung großzügig genug. Hinweis: 3. Stock; wie alle Objekte in der Umgebung liegt auch diese Ferienwohnung nah an einer Bahnlinie. W-LAN könnte besser sein.

Bellissima casa spaziosa e mi sono trovata molto bene per il silenzio di questa collina vicina la città e il mare. La vista panoramica dall’appartamento è stata molto emozionante perché era un immergersi naturalmente con il tutto. Giulia è il suo compagno sono stati presenti ma discreti. Il loro cane è adorabile. Ho dormito comodamente sul letto. Tutto sommato, la mia permanenza è andata benissimo. Penso che ci ritornerò. Lo consiglio.

Bellissimo e confortevole appartamento. Aldesina e suo marito sempre disponibili e gentili. Ci ritorneremo volentieri!

Abbiamo trascorso in 8 amici un fine anno e inizio 2025, in un posto splendido. Posto tranquillo e perfetto per trascorrere giornate in relax, tutto al casale è stato impeccabile, la casa è molto calda e ha tutti i confort a portata di mano; le splendide giornate che abbiamo incontrato, ci hanno permesso di scoprire i dintorni favolosi di queste terre. Vorrei fare un complimento a Valter, splendida persona che si è messo a piena disposizione, rendendo il nostro soggiorno come se fossimo a casa. Grazie a tutti, non mancherà il nostro consiglio positivo a chi vorrà soggiornare a casa Argentella. Un arrivederci a presto.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Wir haben eine Woche im Haus von Sergio verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sergio empfangen und waren über das schöne Haus und die Umgebung sehr positiv überrascht. Sergio war ein toller Gastgeber. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert. Sergio hat uns alles gezeigt und wertvolle Tips für die Umgebung genannt. Sergio hat auf jegliche Anfrage sehr sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus selber ist spektakulär. Es ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder zeigen nur einen Teil der Schönheit des Hauses und der Umgebung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden war für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Das Meer selber ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Aber auch die Nationalparks sind nicht weit entfernt. Städte wie Ascoli Piceno usw, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aber auch kleine Städte wie Ripatransone sind einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Laura e Lorella, discrete e disponibili allo stesso tempo, ti accolgono in un ambiente curato ed accogliente che trasmette il calore di “casa”. Tranquilla e riservata la location ti permette riposo e relax. Consigliata per coppie e famiglie, ma anche per chiunque voglia evadere tuffandosi nel caos solo quando ne ha voglia

I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

We were a group of 13 persons that stayed for one week. The house and surroundings was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The pool area was very nice with a good view over the hilly landscape, and we had dinners by the wood oven/grill. We also got local recommendations from the hosts. It has been easy to communicate with the hosts. We highly recommend this place.

Casa molto accogliente in mezzo al silenzio e alla natura, tenuta con cura e curata nei dettagli.Ideale per chi ama stare in tranquillità e fuori dal caos.Host non incontrata ma tempestiva e gentile nella comunicazione. Consigliata.

Appartamentino curato, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario; abbiamo molto apprezzato l'aria condizionata nella camera da letto. Silvia è gentilissima e disponibile. Le parti eccezionali sono ovviamente la piscina privata e la veranda, che di notte si illuminano e creano un 'atmosfera fantastica!! Torneremo sicuramente, siamo stati veramente molto molto bene!!

Marika was amazing with us, she even came to the train station to help us with the luggages. The flat was really nice and close to the center of the city. We definitely recommend it!

E un luogo bellissimo, con un visto mozzafiato di Monte Vettore, in un paesaggio tranquillo, ma non troppo distante dai servizi. Dori e un ospita fantastica e vi dara consigli esperti su cosa da fare e vedere nei vicini. E un località perfetto per rilassarvi a casa oppure esplorare le montagne, le colline e tutto il paesaggio bellissimo delle Marche. La casa di Leonardo’s è perfetta, due camere, doppio servizi, una cucina semplice ma perfettamente adatta, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, un’area aperta spaciosa, sentieri nei boschi e un ottimo ristorante a 500 metri dalla casa! E completamente ristrutturata in uno stilo locale e autenticato come potete vedere dalle fotografie. Godetevi in questo meraviglioso posto. E un paradiso. This is a most beautiful place, with a wonderful view of Monte Vettori, in peaceful countryside, but not far from all the services you need. The apartment has everything you need, in a beautifully restored and authentic old farmhouse, and Dori is a fantastic host!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell’ appartamento di Marco, super accessoriato. Con spazio esterno per poter fare i pasti all’ aperto. A 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Noi siamo stati con la nostra bimba di 5 mesi ed anche per lei era ben organizzato (lavatrice vicino al lavandino così da poterla cambiare con facilità) Marco super disponibile per qualsiasi informazione! Lo consiglio!
