Province of Massa and Carrara : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Die Unterkunft und die Lage sind für Familien grandios. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir kein Tennis spielen fanden unsere Kinder den Tennisplatz großartig und die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Alle Anwohner und auch Personal waren sehr freundlich. Es war für uns stressig mit dem etwas größeren Auto die Privatstrasse zu erklimmen und wir hatten immer Sorge dass uns jemand entgegen kommen könnte, auf der anderen Seite war der Blick auf das Meer und der Sonnenuntergang einzigartig. Es ist alles hervorragend organisiert und erklärt und es gibt für die Mülltrennung klare Regeln. Die notwendigen Untensilien für Küche und Co sind auch vorhanden.

Abitazione di facile accesso, anche grazie alle precise indicazioni ricevute da Sara. Area tranquilla. Vani ben tenuti e puliti, effettivamente è tutto pressoché nuovo. La strada ove è posizionata la casa è a senso unico e non ha il parcheggio interno privato. quindi per lasciare l'auto in sosta bisogna avere un po' di fortuna per trovare il parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Questo forse è l'unico punto sfavorevole, ma comunque risolvibile facendo "4 passi" in più. Consigliato.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns die Gegend und die Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit einem wundervollen Blick über die Landschaft. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und es gibt genügend Stauraum. Die Details sind durchdacht und geschmackvoll. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist hell und geräumig und das obere supergemuetlich. Besonders loben möchte ich die Betten. Die Matratzen sind bequem und fest, die Decken waren angenehm warm (Oktober und Regen) die Kopfkissen schmal und fest. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns sehr gut erholt. Gesehen haben wir verschiedene historische Orte in der Umgebung, die cinque terre, wir waren wandern in der Umgebung und den Alpe apuani. Einen Tag hat es geregnet, aber auch das kann man in diesem Haus gut aushalten. Große Empfehlung!

Maison charmante à 30 minutes de Cinque Terre. Simone est super réactif aux messages et sa maman est très discrète ! Nous sommes restés cinq nuits et malgré la pluie, nous avons pu visiter les cinq villages ainsi qu’aux alentours. La campagne est très jolie et avoir une maison spacieuse est très agréable, surtout lorsqu’il pleut, ce qui fut notre cas fin février. Nous avons bien aimé la colonie de chats qui vivent à l’extérieur! À 10 minutes de la maison, il y a une grand magasin type "discount" ainsi qu’une pâtisserie très sympathique dans le village de Follo. le mobilier a changé par rapport aux photos mais la maison reste très confortable et bien équipée. nous recommandons cette maison et nous espérons y revenir un jour … avec le soleil!

Roberta en haar man waren leuke en lieve mensen. Het appartement was super schoon, lekker ruim en had een goed bed. De tuin hebben we helaas niet kunnen gebruiken ivm slecht weer maar met mooi weer kan je lekker buiten zitten. Enige minpunt was dat de vaatwasser kapot was. Verder was alles goed verzorgd en is het een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Cinque Terre.

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, in absoluter Ruhe mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir ihn nur 2x nutzen, aufgrund der Wetterlage. Die Aussicht vom Poolbereich ist traumhaft, Abschalten und Genießen. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants, eine Empfehlung lag in der Wohnung aus. Die Entfernung zum Meer/Städten ist trotz der ruhigen Lage gut.

Hóspedes cinco estrelas, tal como o espaço. Sempre disponíveis para qualquer questão e de uma simpatia fora do comum. A localização não pode ser melhor: 1 minuto a pé do centro mas num prédio lindo e em local bonito e sossegado. Perto da estação e local ideal para servir de base as visitas as Cinque Terre. A casa estava cheia de pormenores que nos faziam sentir bem e a cozinha bem recheada com os precisos e muito mais, incluindo água, bebidas, azeite, sal, pasta e até pesto. Não podia ser melhor.

We had a lovely stay at Davide’s flat. The place was clean, comfortable and it felt homy. The big plus was the well equipped kitchen that was perfect to cook the delicious food of the local market! We would be back with no hesitation, thank you Davide!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Simone. La maison est bien aménagée, avec deux grandes chambres : parfait pour deux couples d’amis. La proximité avec la gare (notamment pour la visite des Cinque terre) est très appréciable. On peut se garer dans le garage attitré au logement et laisser de côté la voiture pendant le séjour. Le logement dispose également d’un extérieur sympathique (même si nous n’avons pas pu en profiter dû à la météo capricieuse). Vous trouverez de nombreuses petites attentions dans le logement : eau fraîche, nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner, différents guides pour les visites alentours etc. Tout cela est très agréable. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Daniele, la femme de Tony. Nous avons pu nous garer sans aucune difficulté grâce à la place de parking privée. L’appartement est grand, très propre et bien équipé. Il peut y avoir un peu de bruit dans l’immeuble (comme dans tous les immeubles) mais avec des bouchons d’oreille ça ne dérange pas. Le quartier en revanche est vraiment très calme. Il faut être un peu patient pour l’arrivée de l’eau chaude au moment de la douche mais elle fini par arriver. Niveau localisation, l’appartement est en dehors de la ZTL donc parfait si vous venez en voiture, pas besoin de s’inquiéter pour cela. La gare pour les cinq Terre se trouve à 20 minutes à pied environ et le quartier historique à environ 30 minutes selon le chemin emprunté. Un bon pied à terre pour visiter le secteur.

Nicely redone place - modern finishes. On the main street quite a ways up the hill, just past the main action. Comfortable bad and lots of closet space. Nice amount of windows. Very secure door. Serene was prompt in meeting us and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend.

Fabrizio sait répondre à nos besoins d’une façon proactive. Il est d’une extrême gentillesse. L’appartement est propre et les explications laissées sont très claires. Il nous a bien conseillé concernant les visites à faire à l’extérieur des circuits touristiques. Merci beaucoup pour le beau séjour!

Spent a lovely few days at Irene’s place. Irene was a great host and accommodating with our late check in. The place was within easy reach of the train station and excellent for commuting to the other towns. I would highly recommend!!

Giulia est une hote très sérieuse et particulièrement agréable, elle nous a reçue, très bien accueillie et renseigné sur l'appartement et les attractions touristiques à proximité. L'appartement fidèle à sa description était particulièrement propre, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. On s'y sent très bien, je conseille vivement.

This was a really great place to stay. It matched the photos and description, was super clean and we had a warm welcome from Stefano, who was a friendly and helpful host. There was a lovely and generous set of initial provisions and it is super convenient for the train station and accessing the Cinque Terre towns. Overall, very happy to recommend!

El alojamiento era tal cual la descripción, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Información clara, precisa. Maravilloso estar a pasos estación de tren, supermercado y zona peatonal con restaurantes.

Ho prenotato l’appartamento di Giovanni per un weekend con il mio compagno alle Cinque Terre. L’accoglienza é stata impeccabile. Sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno Giovanni é sempre stato reattivo dandoci consigli utili su come muoverci. La casa é estremamente carina: abbiamo trovato tutto perfettamente in ordine e gli spazi erano curati nei minimi dettagli (oltre che super puliti!). Siamo stati accolti anche con un omaggio per la serata: una bottiglie di ottimo vino! Un gesto davvero molto gentile! Sicuramente torneremo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lucia’s flat and were so glad we could stay in a place with such a great view. We were especially thankful for the photo instructions of how to get to the Airbnb as well as the restaurant recommendations. Adriana was lovely and friendly. Her appartement was clean, cosy with everything you might need. Very close to the train station and within walking distance of the city centre. We had a fab time in La spezia, a town worth visiting and close to 5 terre

This place was beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been more perfect in this little town by the sea. You are so close to everything. The place was exactly as described. It is small but very charming. The patio is where we spent most of our time overlooking the harbor…it is so peaceful and beautiful. Our host was so responsive to our every question and helpful with suggestions on activities and restaurants. Even helped us with certain hikes to take. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I hope to be able to come back someday soon.

Davide was a wonderful host. He was very communicative and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rental is in an amazing location and we would absolutely stay here again!
