Tivemos uma estada muito agradável no espaço da Margherita em Portovenere. Foi acertada a nossa decisão de ficar ali, e não em uma das Cinque Terre, que ficam muito lotadas. A barca que circula nas Cinque Terre passa em Portovenere também. O apartamento é ideal para até 6 pessoas. Recomendamos à Comunidade Airbnb.

Ottimo appartamento su due piani con tutti i confort del caso e parcheggio privato interno. il mare è a 5 minuti a piedi, e il condominio è molto silenzioso.

Luca est un hôte parfaitement accueillant. Le kit de bienvenue est très pratique et très sympa ! La communication tout au long du séjour a été top, il nous as donné de très bons conseils et de bonnes adresses afin de visiter la région dans les meilleures conditions. L’appartement est très propre et bien organisé, nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout est prévu ! Nous recommandons fortement Luca et son logement!

Since Portovenere was the last stop on our trip to Italy, we wanted to stay somewhere with a great view and a terrace where we could relax with a morning coffee and/or an evening drink. And wow (!) Elisa's flat far exceeded our expectations, as the view from her terrace left us speechless upon our arrival! Every morning we would grab breakfast items at the stores just steps away from the entrance to the flat, and take them back "home" to have breakfast with a view. We even made dinner there one evening, despite the wide selection of amazing restaurants nearby, because the ambiance of the terrace at night was so beautiful. In addition, the apartment was very well organized, had wonderful decor, and was in a great location close to everything. Finally, Elisa was a wonderful host who was very communicative, and was always available to offer guidance or to promptly answer any questions we had. (Also, to welcome us, she left ingredients for a delicious pasta/pesto meal!) Grazie mille!

Un soggiorno veramente riposante e confortevole, ma al tempo stesso vicino a Tutti i servizi … Inoltre è di una Bellezza unica, molto curato nei dettagli e nella Pulizia. E’ dotato di ampi spazi sia Interni che esterni con molto verde perfettamente Tenuto e Mantenuto con discrezione… Dotato di Tutto quanto necessario e non … perfettamente pulito ed utilizzabile… che dire… un vero paradiso gestito da Persone Uniche, Bravissime in Tutto e sempre Gentili e Disponibili… Grazie di Cuore

Unsere Freundesgruppe (9 Personen) hat eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Unser Highlight war der Pool, der sehr groß und sauber ist. Rolf und Livia sind sehr sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Rossana. Hôte très accueillante. Logement propre et très bien décoré. Le logement se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de la gare de La Spezia, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour visiter les 5 terres, tout en étant loin de la foule. Merci

An incredible place with stunning views near the beautiful village of Tellaro. Giada was a great host, she was very helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The property was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay in Italy.

Le logement proposé par Sabrina et Mattia est juste incroyable. Perché au dessus des villages des 5 Terres avec une vue incroyable et un calme, on s'y sent "Comme à la maison " . Sabrina est très attentionnée (panier petit dejeuner, soins de beaute, mieux qu'a lhotel...) et réactive et vous accompagne tout au long de votre séjour. La location est comme neuve, impeccable, belle décoration et moderne, il ne manque rien. Parking clos privé, excellent point de chute vers diverses excursions: 5 Terres, Pise. Portofino etc..de plus à cette période même si la météo est un peu capricieuse, il y a peu de monde donc plus agréable pour les visites et tarifs moins élevés. Petit plus : la boutique cabanon , une idée de génie. Difficile de partir et qu'une envie, revenir..

Bellissima casa nei dintorni di pietrasanta, con ampio giardino e pulita . L’’host è stata molto gentile e reattiva. Unica pecca non ci può spostare a piedi , ma occorre prendere l’auto per fare qualsiasi cosa. Ottima esperienza nel complesso, forse un po’ overpriced considerato il periodo di bassa stagione

Sabrina was helpful and spent time giving recommendations for the area. The apartment was within walking distance of the center and public beach. It was very handy to have the parking spot available. The apartment was clean and spacious for the two of us.

Wonderful Stay in Lerici – Perfect Location & Fantastic Host! We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, and all the beautiful spots in Lerici. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. What really made our experience special was the host. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions. When the heating wasn’t working one evening, they immediately sent someone over to fix it, which we really appreciated. They also gave us amazing local recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made our trip even more memorable. Traveling with children can sometimes be tricky, but the host made everything so easy for us. They provided a cot, a high chair, and even some toys, which made our stay much more comfortable for the whole family. We had such a fantastic time and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lerici.

Tommaso, Sohn von Deborah, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Es wurde immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und ebenso die Wohnung selber. Einzig WLAN und Storen im Schlafzimmer könnte man verbessern. Sonst super, danke.

Ringrazio la Fondazione Canepa per avermi fatto trovare una casa pulita e accogliente. In particolare ringrazio la direttrice, dott.ssa signora De Luca per la disponibilità e l' interessamento nel risolvere piccoli problemi. Complimenti anche al team di Airbnb con cui ho avuto contatti sia telefonici che con la messaggistica.

Primeiramente, anfitriões simpáticos e coerentes nas informações. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Estamos muito gratos por esta estadia. Casa bastante acolhedora, tal como estava descrito. Estação de comboios perto, assim como supermercado. Lojas locais e cafés também. Cozinha muito bem equipada, cama confortável, televisão muito boa, casa de banho também, e uma data de produtos de limpeza. Ainda tinha reserva de garrafas de água e outras coisas das quais usufruímos, e que queríamos contribuir com € e eles muito educados disseram que não queriam nada em troca. Pessoas educadas, mesmo muito. Recomendamos muito este espaço! Recomendamos também muito este espaço para quem tenciona visitar cinque terre. Tudo muito acessível. Tudo de bom para estas pessoas.
