The apartment is located in a really nice and calm area in the historic Center of the City. Within a few minutes you can reach lots of bars and Restaurants. Also the apartment was very clean and perfect for a short stay. It has all the equipment that you will need. The apartment is located on the ground floor so it is easy to enter, the windows face a small inner courtyard thats why the apartment is very quiet but also a bit darker then expected. Francesco is a very polite and helpful host who made shure that you wont miss anything during your stay. All in all I had a perfect stay at the apartment of Francesco.

10/10 for this studio in Bologna! Great location - in short walking distance to sights, restaurants, shopping, etc. Lovely hosts - easy in communication with top recommendations for the area. Moreover they really have an eye for every detail in the excellent equipped appartment to guarantee the best experience! Would definitely come again and recommend it for friends :)

Emplacement idéal et très agréable pour visiter Bologne à pied. Appartement à la fois original et fonctionnel. Literie confortable. L’appartement est en rdc sur une cour agréable et donc forcément sombre.

Maria’nın evinde çok güzel zaman geçirdik fotoğraflarda anlatıldığı gibiydi. Oldukça temiz ve düzenli bir yerdi . Herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Marketlere ve ulaşım noktalarına yürüme mesafesinde deydi . Sakin ve sıcak bir yerdi. Maria oldukça ilgili ve canayakın bir ev sahibiydi .. Yine tercih edeceğiz her şey için teşekkürler ☺️

Arturo è un host gentile e disponibile. La casa è ben posizionata: a dieci minuti dalla stazione dei treni e vicinissima al centro ma in zona tranquilla e non trafficata. Il due letti matrimoniali sul soppalco sono ideali per un soggiorno tra amiche, come nel mio caso, e la verandina è un piacevole sfogo sull'esterno, tra i tetti bolognesi. Ci tornerei.

Federico is super responsive. He even let us check in a bit earlier so that we could leave our backpacks inside on a rainy day. I really liked the location and the flexibility for checking in and out. The instructions were perfect and we had a great time in Bologna. Walking distance to the centre and main square as well as the train station that takes you to the airport.

If you want to stay in a beautiful, safe, clean, quiet welcoming spot in Bologna - this is it. I cannot say enough good things about Francesca as a host, and the beautiful apartment itself! I have had the pleasure of staying for 1 month, my cat and I both felt right at home from day 1. This space is perfect: well decorated, comfortable, spacious, super functional and even better than the photos. Situated on a quiet, safe residential street (perfect for me as a solo female traveller) and walking distance to the city centre. There are a few great little cafes and restaurants around as well. I was very sick during my stay and Francesca went above and beyond to assist with groceries and medication, I can't thank her enough!! She is warm, responsive, and so helpful - she provided a city guide and lots of resources for me to explore Bologna & surrounding area. She also provided clear instructions on using the appliances etc. around the house. I will be coming back to stay here again!

This was a fantastic place to stay! Very cute loft in a fabulous location and everything was spotlessly clean. I would absolutely stay here again and can't recommend it highly enough.

We had a dream of a stay at Alessandra and Ludovico’s home. The beauty of the space and the surrounding landscape takes one’s breath away. And two warmer hosts, we never have met !

Avevo prenotato credendo fosse in un altra zona quindi mi sono sbagliata, ma è stata una scoperta. Posto pulitissimo e comodo negli spostamenti, a 5 min. a piedi c'è la piazzola dei taxi. È a 10 min. di macchina dal centro di Bologna. C'erano vari cibi per la colazione e per l'aperitivo. Super soddisfatta e super soddisfatte le ragazze che erano con me. Consiglio.

Tuvimos una estancia súper agradable y acogedora en este lugar, todo está cuidado y ordenado al mínimo detalle y nos sentimos como en casa. Es bello descansar y pasar unos días en este espacio creado y decorado por B&G para sentirse como en casa. Nos encantó!!! Súper recomendado .

Beautifully designed top floor suite that is well equipped and has a top notch location. Valeria and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. We had a great stay and it truly is an amazing stay in an amazing location - highly recommend!

en casa de Paolo hemos estado como en casa, Paolo es encantador y ha estado pendiente de todas nuestras consultas, el dúplex es muy cuco, la calefacción está a tope y no Hemos pasado nada de frío, había de todo en la casa, estaba a unos 20min del centro peor el paseo era muy agradable y no tuvimos ningún problema en aparcar gratis en la zona. estamos muy contentos de nuestra elección.
