Bellissimo l'appartamento e Giorgio è una fonte inesauribile di consigli. Pulitissimo e super attrezzato, l'appartamento è spazioso, e il letto è comodissimo. Niente male la terrazza nelle giornate di sole. Tutto perfetto.

If I could give six stars out of five, I would. This place is lovely: beautiful inside, modern and clean, the hosts are friendly and flexible. Highly recommended.

Leggermente defilata dal centro storico ma comodo a tutti i servizi con le piste del Cimoncino e del Cimone più o meno equidistanti. Appartamento in contesto tranquillo e verdeggiante con giardino privato recintato ideale per chi ha degli animali domestici. Ambienti puliti e funzionali. Alessia sempre presente in caso di bisogno. E' stata una piacevole scoperta. Sicuramente torneremo. Consigliatissimo anche dai nostri pelosi a quattro zampe😊

Siamo rimasti estremamente contenti di come siamo stati accolti. Questo viaggio ha avuto molti intoppi e cambi di programma ma nonostante ciò abbiamo ricevuto comprensione e fiducia. L’alloggio è ben arredato, pulito e molto ordinato. La paesaggistica è qualcosa di meraviglioso. Ritorneremo senz’altro perché siamo stati bene come se fossimo in casa nostra.

Mit unserem Hund war die Unterkunft perfekt. Wir konnten gleich Morgens eine Runde Spazieren gehen im angrenzenden Park. In die Innenstadt sind wir etwa 35 Minuten gegangen. Alles war perfekt.

La casa di Elisa è perfetta sotto più punti di vista. Esternamente lo spazio per il parcheggio dell'auto è ottimo e c'è un angolo giardino molto gradevole. Internamente la casa è pulitissima e ordinata. Dispone di tutto l'occorrente. Letto comodo. La location è ottima per la vicinanza dal centro (poco più di 2 km a piedi). Nei dintorni si trovano ristoranti, bar e un grande supermercato a poche centinaia di metri. Elisa è un host impeccabile: gentile e sempre disponibile a supportare con consigli. Istruzioni perfette per l'accesso a casa. In conclusione consiglio fortemente l'alloggio di Elisa e non escludo di tornarci in futuro.

Tres bon logement. Tres bon lit. J ai mieux dormi dans ce logement que chee moi. Tres silencieux. Beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours de Bologne. La mere de Édouardo est tres gentille et aimable. Je recommande ce logement.

Casina di montagna veramente curata, calda e con tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla e con possibilità di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi. Torneremo sicuramente.

What a fabulous spot! We stayed at Maria’s apartment for a girls’ weekend in Bologna and found it to be everything we wanted! A spacious, clean and comfortable house surrounded by a courtyard for quiet and privacy but located right in the center. Everything is walkable in 10-15 minutes, the nightlife is right outside (but you can’t hear anything) and all the great restaurants and shops are around the corner. We had a fantastic time exploring Bologna knowing we have a great night’ sleep when we head back to the house. I definitely recommend staying here, it’s a real gem.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Tutto perfetto, ancora meglio di come si presenta dalle foto. Sicuramente ci torneremo e lo consiglio pienamente!

Giulia gave us a warm welcome and was a great host. She put together a travel guide that took us to an incredibly good pizzeria. Thank you very much for that. She also put out toys for our son, which meant he had a great time too. Come along and enjoy a great, quiet time.

The Appartement was great! everything was nice and clean and the room was very cozy. From the window you can even see the Ghirlandina tower and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the lovely balcony. Close to the city center by walking!

Gianmaria est un excellent hôte. Il a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer : le logement, le parking, les lieux à visiter sur un plan. Ses conseils nous ont été très utiles et bienvenus. Gianmaria est bienveillant. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement est fonctionnel, propre et proche de tout. Nous le recommandons sincèrement.

Everything was great, the apartment was really nice and it has a nice terrace which is a bonus. The location is perfect, 10min walking from main square. The price was very high but I assume it was because of the Cosmoprof fair and everything was very expensive.
