Domenico è un Host fantastico! Le condizioni perfette e pulite in cui ho trovato la casa dicono molto sul responsabile. Sempre disponibile, attento, non gli sfugge alcun dettaglio. Persona seria e soprattutto affidabile, colto e simpatico. La casa è situata in una delle migliori zone della città, si può vedere il mondo intero. Grazie Domenico! 👏🏻👌🏼

The villa is very spacious and clean. The location is in a posh and safe neighborhood. I would recommend and come back again. The only downside is transportation, best to have a car (but this is very well written)

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, dans une maison spacieuse, avec les charmantes attentions qui vous font apprécier votre séjour, Giulinana et Mauro sont des hôtes remarquables, très gentils et prévenants, nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur disponibilité, leur discrétion et leur aide. Excellente relation client !!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'alloggio di Simone in 3 adulti, un neonato ed una cagnolina per 3 giorni. Tanti i motivi per cui ci siamo trovati bene e per cui consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare qui: spazi interni dell'alloggio, ampiezza e cura del giardino recintato ad uso esclusivo di chi è ospite (la presenza del recinto tra l'altro è fondamentale per chi come noi si porta dietro il proprio cane), contesto di piena natura dei dintorni, estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di Simone come host e ultimo, ma non meno importante, è stato l'alloggio più fornito in assoluto in cui c'è capitato di soggiornare tra Italia ed estero. Insomma lo consigliamo vivamente a chi voglia staccare la spina dai ritmi cittadini quotidiani e sicuramente noi lo rifaremo!

Ho preso la casa per qualche giorno per fare un ritiro con il gruppo per finalizzare delle registrazioni. Riccardo è stato molto accomodante e gentile ad accogliere la proposta un po'inusuale. La casa è spaziosa ed estremamente luminosa, stare a suonare nel salone è stato molto piacevole. Quando eravamo stanchi dal suonare poi abbiamo potuto godere del giardino e soprattutto del bosco che circonda la casa. Il tutto è per altro a pochi minuti di macchina dall'autostrada, quindi molto comodo. Insomma, lo consiglierei a chiunque volesse staccare un po'dalla città e volesse godersi un po'di pace. Un punto di merito va anche ai genitori di Riccardo che ci hanno accolto all'arrivo, due persone davvero simpatiche e gentili.

Amazing villa, thanks a lot !

Perfect house for a girls weekend. Ten of us had plenty of space to cook, hang out both inside and outside in the beautiful backyard and jacuzzi. We were not bothered that it is an old house with creeky floors and some doors that did not close and a few bugs here and there. We would have loved to have a more modern or at least bigger coffee maker for the 10 of us all wanting coffee in the morning and maybe a few extra rolls of toilet paper but there are shops nearby so it was easy to restock. We did not meet Nicoletta but Gabriela took great care of us and came over several times to help us figure out how to light the stove, fix a fuse that blew, etc. she was always readily available and very cheery and helpful.

This is a wonderful family home to stay in full of personal touches which make it so special. As well as lots of bedrooms and bathrooms there is so much space downstairs and outside. The caretakers were lovely and really helpful and the host (Sara) was efficient, helpful and friendly to deal with. The pool is more than big enough as well as lots of garden space and there is so much to do in the area and only 25 minutes to Bologna airport. We would certainly consider booking again.

Wonderful, welcoming and accommodating host and her family. Beautiful house with great ambiance of Italian country living. Great location for day trips in Emilia Romana region. As beautiful as the description was, the reality was even better. Sandra’s guide to local activities and restaurants was one of the best I’ve seen. The place was spacious, the surrounding grounds beautiful, and the pool a welcome treat this summer.

Siamo già stati recentemente in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati ancora una volta benissimo. Non manca nulla e la spa al piano terra è veramente splendida.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Thank you Vittorio and Rosa Maria!

Dies war eine der besten Airbnb-Erfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, war ich beeindruckt von der Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail, die in die Gestaltung und Pflege dieser Unterkunft geflossen sind. Die Küche war nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt – in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen, die ideal für Erholung und Entspannung ist. Die Anlage selbst war wunderschön gepflegt und bot alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeberin Roberta, die diesen Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht hat. Sie war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend, stets erreichbar und immer bereit, mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Insgesamt war dies ein herausragender Aufenthalt, den ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Really nice villa in the heart of Tuscany mountains, it was quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side during our stay but can imagine how beautiful the view would be if it was sunny. The kids loved the cat from the neighborhood although it was not allowed inside. Foosball table and PS4 were also hugely popular. Given the location of the villa it is expected that you'd need to drive through some mountain roads to reach it, which can be tricky at night with a queue of local cars behind impatiently waiting to overtake, but as long as you check Google maps and don't let it lead you to some offroad "shortcut" you will be absolutely fine. Roberta was super nice and personally welcomed us at the villa despite us arriving late due to traffic. She was very responsive on chat throughout our stay and checking-in/out was very straightforward. Overall we were very happy with our stay at Roberta's villa.
