Rosanna was very kind, picked me up from the train station and was sure that I had everything I needed. Breakfasts were great (with an additional Ricotta fresh from the mountains) and the Room was pristinely clean and welcoming. The surrounding area and town is beautiful and everything is close by. Will definitely be coming back!

Posto tranquillo e silenzioso dove godere della pace dei territori. Ottima qualità-prezzo. Camere comode e con tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Meravigliosa la piscina dove fare un tuffo o rilassarsi. Giovanna ed Emilia, due padrone di casa attente e gentili, disponibili nel farvi sentire a casa. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo, da Assisi a Santa Maria degli Angeli, da Perugia a Gubbio. Posto in cui probabilmente torneremo

Appena si varca l'ingresso della Residenza Bocci si rimane incantati dalla bellezza della location... Un luogo immerso nella natura dove potersi rilassare, ma che ha allo stesso tempo una posizione strategica per poter raggiungere con facilità Assisi, Spello, Rasiglia e le cascate delle Marmore(solo per citarne alcune!). La colazione di benvenuto è stata favolosa soprattutto per gli assaggi di torte realizzate dalla mamma di Leonardo(peccato non averla avuta tutti i giorni!) L'Appartamento al primo piano che affaccia sulla piscina ha uno stile rustico ma allo stesso tempo elegante. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare da Leonardo, host con esperienza, se vi trovate a Foligno in Umbria.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our month long trip! wonderful host, very charming B&B with comfortable clean rooms, the breakfast was so good, and the location absolutely beautiful! We wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful surroundings and home in spello. Leonardo and Paula are so nice and caring. We felt so welcome and had a wonderful time. My boyfriend is vegan and they cooked homemade food and bakery 🥲 We loved it

Appartamento in un'antico palazzo del centro storico con una posizione splendida per visitare il centro di Foligno e fornito di tutto quello che serve per il soggiorno e per una classica colazione. Arrivare in auto non è stato facilissimo poiché il navigatore fa fare un percorso complicato in vicoli stretti e tortuosi, impossibile per auto grandi, mentre esiste un percorso molto più agevole e lineare. Sonia gentilissima e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito riservato a pochi metri a piedi dal portone d'ingresso.

I had a great nights stay here! Very welcoming and lovely hosts! I was looked after from the moment I arrived and even had my dinner made for me! The home is beautifully presented and I had a great nights sleep. Clean and tidy! The stay was very reasonably priced, easy to find and I’d highly recommend! :)

Wir waren für eine Woche bei Stefy und Gianluca. Es war einfach traumhaft und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber waren so herzlich und haben uns immer das Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein. Sie haben einen speziellen Bond zu unserem kleinen Sohn entwickelt und es war einfach schön dort zu sein. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag frisch und sehr lecker, einfach unglaublich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und super ruhig. Das absolute Highlight für uns und unseren Sohn war (bei der Hitze) natürlich der Pool und ein gemeinsamer Pizzaabend. Vom Haus kann man sehr gut Ausflüge machen und die Gegend erkunden. Wir haben viel geschafft, aber bei weitem nicht alles, deshalb: liebe Stefy, lieber Gianluca, vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Woche, wir kommen wieder. :)

Stanza pulitissima, ottima per brevi soggiorni. Posizionata in un buon punto vicino alla stazione in una zona tranquilla e ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto. Grazie al host per il bellissimo soggiorno, ci ritornerei sicuramente!

ottima accoglienza, ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico con le magnifiche opere d'arte e gli innumerevoli ristoranti tipici. ottimo soggiorno, camera spaziosa bagno perfetto, ambiente prima colazione accogliente e fornita.

Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit bei Eva. Wer auf der Suche nach einer Auszeit vom Alltag ist und endlich mal wieder so richtig zur Ruhe kommen will, ist hier genau richtig. Eva‘s leckeres Frühstück mit Blick auf die umliegende unberührte Natur liefert dabei den perfekten Start in den Tag. Eva ist nicht nur eine sehr liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, ich habe auch viel von ihr gelernt. Bei einem Spaziergang durch die umliegende Natur hat sie mir gezeigt wie wilder Spargel wächst und auch wilde Orchideen habe ich dort um ersten Mal gesehen. Die meiste Zeit habe in der Werkstatt an der Drehscheibe verbracht, auch da ist Eva eine hervorragende Lehrerin. Ich habe die Zeit sehr genossen und würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Het huis van Nicola en Andrea is prachtig. De omgeving is erg mooi. De gastheren zijn erg vriendelijk en laten je je thuis voelen. Ze geven zelf aan dat ze het leuk vinden om gasten te ontvangen die muziek maken. In de gemeenschappelijke kamer staan instrumenten. Het huis is mooi gebouwd en de gastheren pakken steeds een project op om het steeds beter te maken. Er heerst een wat artistieke sfeer.

Abbiamo pernottato qui durante il Cammino dei Borghi Silenti. Colazione ottima servita in modo impeccabile e, su nostra richiesta, in anticipo di quasi un'ora rispetto all'orario normalmente previsto dalla struttura.

Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso e curato, con un grazioso spazio esterno. Posizione strategica per visitare Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, il lago di Bolsena. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. Angela è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. È stato un piacere!

Stuart e Katrina sono due host fantastici! Cordiali, disponibili e molto gentili. La casa immersa nella natura e’godevolissima, la piscina super e la camera silenziosa e ben curata. Colazione coi cornetti caldi speciale! Grazie mille per averci fatto sentire “a casa”!!se torneremo in zona ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the countryside for peace and quiet to stay with Marco and Karen

We had a very nice stay at Maria her place. The surroundings are beautiful, as well as the property. It's a place to relax, drink wine and enjoy the nature. The little gardenhouse we stayed in was nicely organized, well equiped, and very clean. Maria checked-up on us daily, to make sure we had everything we needed. She was super friendly, and her dogs too! We would love to come back one day, highly recommend staying here! Thanks Maria!
