This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

Anna is an exceptional host making you feel so very welcome. She and Sergio provided us with information and recommendations which we enjoyed. The village is magical overlooking the Tiber River there are lovely walking trails . It is uniquely located to explore the treasures of this area. The home is clean , comfortable and is the most well equipped home we have stayed at during our travel . So appreciated her thoughtfulness to every detail. We only wish we could have stayed longer . Grazie Anna hope to return and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

My wife and I loved our trip to Italy. Saverio was a amazing host, really helpfull and just a very nice guy. He didnt mind at all that we couldnt check in till 9pm and wanted check out a 730am, he was very accomadating. The house was perfect, very clean, nice powerfull shower and a bath. Saverio provided us with coffee and tea which was a nice touch. The decking area was lovely with beautiful views and a BBQ. Thank you so much Saverio for providing a wonderful air bnb for us to enjoy!

This was the cutest apartment with a stunning & large outdoor patio. Patrizja left us coffee, milk, tea, sugar & pastries so that we were able to sit outside & enjoy our coffee on her stunning patio when we woke up. My only complaint was the smell of potpourri was overwhelming. Such a cute town & great apartment- we highly recommend.

ANTONELLA è una veterana dell Accoglienza. Ha una casa stupenda, stile Airbnb 100% !! Purtroppo siamo arrivati con la febbre e siano dovuti ripartire ma nonostante tutto ci ha accolti in casa per farci riposare. Una casa stupenda ! Grande interamente ristrutturata ! Pulitissima e sopratutto accogliente! Antonella Persona vera amichevole e disponibilissima! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!!

We had a lovely stay in the beginning of September. The accommodation is a beautiful place on top of the hill with an amazing view over the landscapes of Tuscany. It was clean and the equipment was simple but completely sufficient. The host was super friendly and gave us good tips for trips in this area. Nevertheless you should prepare for the fact that the host on site hardly speaks English. We still found a way to communicate well and it was lovely to talk to him. Most things were sorted out through his son via texting anyway. That went super well. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to coming back!

Tutto era perfettamente pulito e accogliente, creando un’atmosfera rilassante e piacevole. Inoltre, ci hanno accolti con una deliziosa sorpresa: una buonissima crostata artiginale per la merenda, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. È stato un vero piacere soggiornare qui, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a nostro agio fin dal primo momento. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Grazie di cuore per questa splendida esperienza.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

We had a great stay at Mauro’s place in Perugia. Mauro was a super helpful host and the location is perfect- close to everything yet nice and quiet and great city views. It was a very cozy and comfortable base to explore beautiful Perugia. I highly recommend Mauro’s apartment!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

A Perfect Place for an Unforgettable Stay in Civita! We spent three wonderful nights in this cozy home, and it was a 10 out of 10 experience! Despite the chilly weather outside, it was always warm and comfortable inside, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay. A special thanks to Chiara, who was always available, responded quickly to all our questions, and helped us with transfers and taxis, making our trip even smoother. If you’re looking for the perfect place for an unforgettable stay in Civita, we highly recommend this one!

Nicoletta’s place was perfect for our extended stay in Perugia. Cosy, clean, and comfortable with a very well-equipped kitchen in a great location. Nicoletta is a lovely host - very responsive, accommodating, and clearly loves hosting guests in her city. Highly recommended!

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

This gem of a find right in the heart of the medieval village walls was amazing. Our balcony over looking the square & fountain full of genuine Italian history, charm & character. Laura was the perfect host with wonderful communication & generous knowledge & assistance. Our room was clean , cosy & the shower great! We ate & drank directly in the square eating traditional cuisine in a perfect setting. Breakfast was stress free with great choice. A delight to stay for our first night in Italy 🇮🇹

Annalisa kindly picked us up and drove us to the train station on our departure. She is a very kind , caring person and you can tell how much she cares for her hometown and shared information on areas to visit and find great food. The room was very comfortable and the view from the sunroom was exceptional. Even though Annalisa only speaks Italian we were able to communicate via Google translate. Highly recommend stay in this B&B.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en que hemos estado. El edificio en un antiguo torreón medieval con jardín con vistas al lago, totalmente reformado y muy cómodo en el interior. La habitación bonita y muy limpia, todo perfecto y muy profesional. Lo mejor de todo, el trato de Mónica, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos recogió en la estación, nos dio recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y a la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro tren. Los desayunos fantásticos, se adaptó a mis necesidades de comida sin gluten. Muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a la zona nos alojaremos aquí otra vez sin duda!

Appartamento in un'antico palazzo del centro storico con una posizione splendida per visitare il centro di Foligno e fornito di tutto quello che serve per il soggiorno e per una classica colazione. Arrivare in auto non è stato facilissimo poiché il navigatore fa fare un percorso complicato in vicoli stretti e tortuosi, impossibile per auto grandi, mentre esiste un percorso molto più agevole e lineare. Sonia gentilissima e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito riservato a pochi metri a piedi dal portone d'ingresso.

Carla e Claudio sono stati molto accogliente e pieni di buon consigli . La camera era esattamente come descritta . Tutto perfetto.

Such a lovely, peaceful stay. The b&b is beautiful and surrounded by amazing scenery. Host was flexible, friendly and very hospitable. Wish we could have stayed longer :)
