Ho trascorso una settimana in compagnia di amici nella struttura di Patrizia. L’immobile è immerso nelle colline e nel verde, in posizione abbastanza comoda per visitare la vicina Umbria e i magnifici Borghi aretini/senesi. Il soggiorno è stato magnifico: la pace, la tranquillità e la bellezza del contesto hanno reso questa esperienza unica. Posto ideale per chi cerca relax, lontano dal frenetico incedere della vita di città.

We had a fabulous stay in this villa over Christmas. The beds/bedding was comfy and the home was lovely and warm. There was a cot for our toddler and the place was relatively child friendly. Kitchen was very usable. Floriana’s wine was available to purchase (which we did) and she also left us one as a treat. We booked the cook to come make dinner one night and it was fantastic. The property is idyllic and it was nice to walk around and enjoy the views. Highly recommend staying here.

Prachtige locatie met uitzicht over de vallei en de historische binnenstad van Gubbio. Echt een aanrader!

L’alloggio “il Cottage“ è un delizioso appartamentino di due camere che si trova proprio accanto alla fortezza (che lo rende ancora più suggestivo). Francesca e Aliek ci hanno accolti con gentilezza e professionalità, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Tutta la loro famiglia è stata molto carina e disponibile, inclusi cani, gatti e asinelli che sono stati per noi una compagnia inaspettata e molto gradevole. La fortezza si trova in un’area molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicino alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche dell’Umbria facilmente raggiungibili in auto, al massimo in un paio d’ore. Assolutamente consigliato sia per coppie che per famiglie, o semplicemente per persone che amano la tranquillità e la bellezza .

This place was everything we wanted and more. SO private (we were aline and no other guests in the big Vila next door). the view is just stunning- waking up to it every day, seeing it from the bedroom and drinking our coffee in this view was magical. arriving there is easy but the oast 5 min drive are in a bit more rocky road- fine for higher cars we arrived when it was fully dark and it was still.fine the pool is amazing we had everything we needed here and likes how it is surrounded by green and really isolated. the communication was easy thank you so.much! I wish we will come back!

Lieber Lucio, nun sind wir bereits zum zweiten Mal bei dir in Magione gewesen. Dieses Mal zwar nur für 5 Nächte, dennoch genauso bezaubernd und erholsam wie letztes Jahr. Wir schätzen deine freundliche, ruhige Art in jeder Situation. Wenn wir einmal etwas falsch gemacht haben, hat es sich bei dir gar nicht wie ein Fehler angefühlt. Pace e relax 🔝 Se siete alla ricerca di un posto all’insegna della pace e della tranquillità questo è il posto che fa per voi. Immerso nel verde con una vista mozzafiato. Avrete a disposizione anche una piscina - non manca proprio niente! Poi l’accoglienza sia di Margherita che del team di supporto sono stati squisiti dall’inizio alla fine! We recently spent two weeks in this delightful house. The location is perfect for exploring the area around the lake and further afield due to good road links. It has all the feel of an isolated house while being close to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean when we arrived and although basic has all the things you really need. Andrea the host was absolutely delightful and welcoming. He was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and loved it. Very peaceful, easy access to other towns, and the area is breathtakingly beautiful. We loved taking the walking trail along the river! The health center was absolutely amazing after a long day of sightseeing. My only frustration is that the airbnb host is actually a management company that manages from a distance. When you arrive you are to contact the owner via text who is also not there. Then when you arrive there is Rita (owners mother) and Pamela (Rita’s helper); who are wonderful. There are a lot of people involved and you don’t really know who to talk to if a problem arises; communication gets tricky.

Francesco war ein toller und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat uns mit seinen Tipps das Erkunden der Gegend sehr einfach gemacht. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder, da der Urlaub für uns eine wundervolle Auszeit bedeutete und es an nichts fehlte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Viele. Dank!

Truly an amazing spot for a family vacation. An easy drive from FCO, the area is totally stunning. Gabriele was the most fantastic host, treating us like old friends. His recommendations, assistance in making reservations, and just general approach made this an enjoyable and hassle free experience. He even chopped wood for us for the evening. The house is secluded, with great nature walks starting from the property. Everything in the house was in fantastic shape, with everything we needed to enjoy it stay. A great small kitchen for cooking meals, nice bathrooms, comfy bedrooms and living room. It was exactly what we were looking for in our family getaway. I strongly recommend Gabrielle’s house for a fabulous Italian family trip.

Het verblijf bij Fausto en zijn vrouw (Anna's ouders) was werkelijk waar geweldig: een schoon huisje in een geweldig mooie omgeving. De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de hosts was hartverwarmend. Zo kregen we een bosje kruiden uit eigen tuin, kwamen ze medicijnen brengen toen één van ons ziek was en stonden ze altijd klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Nadat een andere accomodatie die we hadden geboekt, een paar dagen voor vertrek annuleerde, was de accomodatie van Anna nog beschikbaar én reageerde ze snel. We hadden geen betere accomodatie kunnen vinden dan deze en zullen zeker nog eens teruggaan.

A wonderful and relaxing week - the beautiful, mature and pristine gardens combined with a swimming pool and great views is what makes this place very special. Lots of different spaces to eat, drink and relax. 2 bars, a pizzeria, a mini market / deli and a good standard restaurant within 5 minutes and friendly locals. Cortona and Lake Trasimeno resorts in easy reach with driving very easy and quiet. Lots of places to see and explore within 30 minutes. The house itself has everything you need, good kitchen, UK TV channels, good wifi and Tuscan charm, downstairs bedrooms a good idea to keep temperatures down for sleeping. Ideal for a single family with children or two couples sharing.

Luogo stupendo immerso nella natura, camere confortevoli e ottima disposizione della casa, molto pratica nonostante fossimo in 13 ospiti. Personale molto disponibile, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio.

Domitilla’s cottage was very clean, and well furnished (including bed mosquito net). It is perfect for a calm and cool retreat, ~10min walking distance to Paciano village with good restaurants. We loved taking breakfast and lunch in the garden outside next to the olive trees, and got regular visits from our host’s beautiful cat :)

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr abgelegen (1km privater schotterweg zum Haus) und ruhig und komplett von der Natur umgeben. Der Pool ist riesig und sehr gut mit Dusche und Klo direkt am Pool ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat noch ein eigenes großes Badezimmer und es gibt sogar 2 Küchen. Die Terrasse und generell der ganze Außenbereich ist sehr schön und mit genug Bäumen hat man auch schönen natürlichen Schatten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Kommunikation mit Milagros war auch sehr einfach und schnell. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Grazie mille per tutto, abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida location in occasione dei festeggiamenti di capodanno in gruppo di 8 amici, tutto perfetto e anche meglio di come ci aspettavamo sia Silvia (host) che Camilla sono state super disponibili e sempre reperibili, tutto davvero perfetto, pulizia e ordine, c'era tutto ciò di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno, non posso che consigliarlo ;) grazie ancora e buon anno! Wir waren eine Woche dort und sind sehr happy gewesen. Wir wollten nach einem familiären Schicksalsschlag flüchten und fanden genau das, was wir suchten. Ruhe, Natur, Erholung und sehr liebevolle Vermieter. Eine wahre Oase inmitten der Natur, und die Sonnenuntergänge haben uns schwer beeindruckt. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und was auch immer unser Anliegen war, jederzeit wurde uns sofort geholfen. Der Pool ist phänomenal und auch im September noch warm genug zum Schwimmen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!

Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!
