Marco host disponibilissimo e molto gentile. Appartamento esattamente come da foto: piccolo ma funzionale e molto pulito. Posizione ottima fronte mare. L’appartamento è caldo ma appena ho chiesto io ventilatore, Marco è stato subito pronto a rispondermi e a farmelo trovare davanti la porta dell’appartamento. Anche la zona esterna molto ampia e piacevole e si trova facilmente parcheggio, anche non a pagamento. Veramente bel soggiorno!

I have stayed at Rina's place several times. It is immacutaley clean and comfortable. Fully furnished with everything you need. There are several bars and restaurants nearby and the old city center is only a 10 minute walk. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

superbe appartement dans magnifique village appartement au top! rien de manque, celui-ci est aménagé de sorte à ce qu'il soit pratique. La literie est de bonne qualité, la cuisine est propre. Le plus : la terrasse avec vue sur l'adriatique. Carlotta nous a demandé si nous étions bien arrivés et nous a indiqué qu'il y avait un petit cadeau dans réfrigérateur :-) Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il y avait un plateau dans la cuisine avec 2 verres à cocktail et des gâteaux. Quelle délicate attention après toutes ses heures de route (Ns venons de Bretagne en France). Le village est magnifique et animé avec la plage en contrebas. La région est superbe. Vous pouvez en savoir plus en feuilletant les livres et prospectus qui sont à votre disposition dans le logement. Et puis, nous avons fait de belles rencontres aussi dans le village. Je recommande vivement.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Fano. The house was exactly as described—well-maintained, clean, and perfect for our family of three. The location couldn't have been better, with easy walking access to numerous bars, restaurants, and the beach. Our host was exceptional, always quick to communicate and very accommodating. We were even able to check in well before the agreed time, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we'd gladly return! Thanks Michela!

Francesco is a great host, reactivity and politeness are outstanding. It's the second year in a row for me to use this location and I am very satisfied with it. Just two small remarks: the check-in message should be updated without the part related to the remote control inside the safe, it got me lost for a while; the price is increased too much, I had some doubt before confirming the stay I won't be so sure for the next time if it doesn't get adjusted.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und mit dem Garten und dem großen Grundstück war es wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Der eigene Tennisplatz ist auch viel wert. Ich würde jedem empfehlen, der noch überlegt sich für diese Unterkunft zu entscheiden! Nik ist super nett und ebenso der Hausmeister Lirim ist auch echt nett! Total schöner Urlaub gewesen!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo da Partizia. Casa spaziosa e accogliente, a 3 minuti a piedi dal mare, fori dal caos del centro ma facilmente raggiungibile. Non fatevi intimorire dalla vicinanza di strada e treno perché si sta talmente bene che ci si abitua in fretta!

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Appartamento in ottima posizione per visitare il centro città e per raggiungere il lungomare. L'host Enrico è una persona gentile e amichevole con cui è stato piacevole interagire. Ci ha fornito indicazioni utili e precise per il nostro soggiorno e la comunicazione è stata perfetta. Host e appartamento consogliatissimi.

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Irene è un host davvero simpatica, disponibile e gentile, l'appartamento corrisponde in pieno alla descrizione e ha superato le mie aspettative, zona molto tranquilla con un comodissimo spazio esterno in cui si può cenare, leggere un buon libro ecc, la pulizia è a dir poco impeccabile, mobilia moderna e funzionale, in cucina è presente tutto il necessario per preparare i propri pasti in totale autonomia, davvero poca distanza dal mare, parcheggio riservato, insomma la nostra esperienza può dirsi solo che positiva, i treni non danno per nulla fastidio in casa neanche di notte, ci torneremo senza dubbio, consiglio assolutamente Irene e il suo alloggio anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla baia flaminia. Il parcheggio è di fronte all'entrata della porta, dunque comodissimo per prendere l'auto per fare la spesa o andare sul lungomare la sera. La casa è praticamente nuova ed è perfettamente attrezzata.

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We don’t know if our future travels will bring us back here, but we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a place for anyone who might one day be in that area. Thanks, Alberto!!

We had never been to Pesaro before but wanted a few days on the coast after visiting Firenze. We had a wonderful stay with Paola. The home was in excellent condition and had everything you need for your stay regardless of what the weather is doing. Paola gave us some great local recommendations - Gibas and Botanic were standouts. Lots of space to enjoy when you are in the apartment, lovely sunny deck at the front of the property. Very quiet at night so it was easy to get a good nights sleep after a busy day touring the area. Can recommend the Maggiore car rental agency by the station. Can't wait to return to Pesaro and spend more time in Paolas lovely home.
